• Alain (10/5): Prachtig appartement met centrale ligging. - Erg centraal, binnen loopafstand redelijk formaat supermarkt. Het gebouw is erg mooi gerenoveerd en modern voor Spaanse begrippen en goed geïsoleerd. Voor de ramen kan men ook rolluiken laten zakken om het echt donker te maken. In principe alles wat je zoekt in een appartement zit er in en werkt volledig naar behoren. Mooi en erg leuk ingericht. Ik zou er zo weer terugkomen.
• Saskia (7/5): Ouder echtpaar / verblijf eind maart. - Dicht bij het centrum, winkels en restaurantjes. Het appartement was mooi, nieuw en met aandacht voor details ingericht. Gratis parkeerplaatst (wel druk) op 5 min loopafstand. Goede verwarming. Totaal geen zon op het balconnetje of in het appartement. € 50 schoonmaakkosten voor 3 nachten, maar geen 1 rol extra toiletpapier. De wc bril zat los. (Zelf vastgezet) Geen enkel flesje drinkwater bij aankomst zoals wel bij alle andere appartementen. Eetbar was ongemakkelijk. 1 barstoel viel schroef uit (zelf vastgedraaid) Er werd teveel spaanstalige informatie gemaild..

• MARIA ANGELES (10/5): Una estancia para relajarse y disfrutar del tardeo por el centro ilicitano. - El trato cercano de quienes nos atendieron. ¡El colchón era muy cómodo, mejor que el de casa! El piso está muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Elche con cafeterias, restaurantes y supermercados cerca. También agradecer que pusieron una silla de oficina para poder teletrabajar más cómoda durante mi estancia. ¡Con ganas de repetir!

La ubicación excelente y la atención por WhatsApp con Marga muy bien Los utensilios de cocina están altísimos y tienes que subirte a una silla para poder cogerlos El aparato de tv es enorme pero no se pueden ver los canales de tv, solo Netflix, etc La iluminación de la sala

• Alison (10/5): Perfect little apartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. - Perfect little apartment on the edge of Elche old town. Very close to all the sights and also handy for the local train and bus station for trips further afield. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped with cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee machine - we were there for 11 nights so cooked some nights. The TV has live tv channels and Netflix & the wi-fi is good. The bathroom is small but the shower is powerful and the water hot. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment so although there is some road noise with the balcony doors open, once shut it is nice and quiet. We loved this apartment and would definitely stay again if (when!) we come back to Elche. The only suggestion we have is that for longer stays it would be nice to be offered a change of bedding.

• Murphy (4/5): Poor value for money - Apartment was fine Not good value for money-expensive The owners were incredibly unhelpful I asked them to phone me a taxi to take me to the airport but they wouldn’t and insisted on repeatedly sending me a link to order a taxi(which required 6 hours notice) In the end I had no option but to stand on the street and wait for a taxi to pass -an hour later I got to the airport 40 minutes before departure and only managed to get it due to the flight being delayed over an hour

• Dániel (10/5): "I would live here" - Since this is a new property, I'd like to write a bit longer review about our stay. The location is perfect, close to the city centre, there are many bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, supermarkets in the area, and some beautiful parks (as a part of the Palmeral). There's a busy street next to the building, so you can hear the noise of the vehicles in the living room, but the bedroom is so quiet. The apartment is almost brand new (built in 2019), the interior is modern and classy, the furnitures are upper-middle class IKEA products, so staying here just feels good. There's everything you need for your stay, including kitchen appliances. The only pity here is that the sun never shines into the apartment, so it's so bright. The bedroom is one of the biggest advantages of this place, the bed is super comfy (if you like a bit harder beds), the pillows as well. If you pull the shutters down and close the door, you can have a really good sleep here. There's heating and A/C as well, but fortunately we had a great weather so we didn't have to use it. However we didn't met, our host was super kind and friendly, keeping us informed about every details of our stay. Overall we had a great time here, it far exceeded our expectations, I would describe it as level "I would live here". (so let us know if it's for sale, lol :) Nothing, nulla, niente, nada, keep it going this way!
