• Laiba (10/5): Heartwarming and like i was staying at a family members house. - The property was clean, welcoming and spacious. It also had a balcony from which you could see the pyramids. The best part was the staff and how kind and helpful they were. Always ready to assist 24/7. The location was a bit of a culture shock and hard to navigate but the hotel sent a taxi to pick us up which made our experience much more hassle free and.

• diana_tch (7/5): The place is good enough for this price - - I booked the hotel as I needed close location to the Great Pyramids Visitor Center. And this is why it was perfect for me. - Amazing view from the terrace, same as on the photos. - When I arrived I was given a room without window. I am claustrophobic and I can't stay at places without windows, so they moved me to another room. To be honest if they didn't give me the other room I was going to give this hotel a rating of 2. - The boy at the reception was very nice and helpful. - The place looks quite shabby, but you can't expect more for this price. - As I already said - I don't like rooms without windows, and this hotel has such, so have it in mind. I'm super thankful they agreed to move me to another one! - The area around the hotel doesn't look really nice, but I didn't feel in danger. I was walking alone at 4 am and I saw kids playing around all alone.

Parking is available in the premises but you need to order food from outside as the restaurant is not functional. Overall a comfortable stay and would surely recommend is you are looking a decent budget hotel for a day or two.

• Adel Abdelaziz (1/5): واحدة من اسؤا الفنادق - لاشى اطلاقا كانت تجربتي في هذا الفندق كارثية بكل معنى الكلمة! بعد أن دفعتُ مبلغ الحجز كاملًا عبر موقع Booking، فوجئتُ بأنه تم إلغاء السداد من قبل الفندق، وطلب مني الدفع نقدًا مرة أخرى عند الوصول! كيف يُمكن لفندق أن يُلغي دفعًا تم تأكيده عبر منصة عالمية؟ هذا تصرف غير مهني وغير مسؤول على الإطلاق. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قمت بحجز غرفة بتكييف، لكن عند الوصول، أخبرني الموظف أن الغرفة التي حجزتها هي بـ"مروحة"! وبعد أن عرضتُ عليهم صور الفندق من الموقع التي تُظهر بوضوح أن الغرفة المُعلنة بها تكييف، اضطروا للإقرار بصحة كلامي. التكييف في الغرفة كان موجودًا بالفعل، لكنه بطيء جدًا في التبريد ولا يُؤدي وظيفته بشكل كافٍ. أما عن المستلزمات، فكانت مُزرية: لا كيبل مياه ساخنة، لا زجاجة مياه شرب، لا مناديل ورقية، لا فوط استحمام، لا روب، ولا حتى أبسط مستلزمات الحمام مثل الصابون أو شامبو الاستحمام! الحمام نفسه لم يكن فيه مناديل ورقية أصلًا! والأكثر صدمة، أنني حجزتُ بفطور ولكن لم يكن هناك أي فطور مُتاح المبنى نفسه في الدور السادس و الاسانسير لا يعمل الا بوجود شفرة مما جعل الصعود والنزول كابوسًا حقيقيًا خاصة مع الأمتعة. باختصار، الفندق غير منظم تمامًا ويخالف كل معايير الراحة والاحترافية. لا أنصح بأحد بالإقامة فيه تحت أي ظرف وقد كانت هذه واحدة من أسوأ تجاربي الفندقية على الإطلاق.

• Mariam (10/5): Exceptional Stay – Perfect for Families! - The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the entire place was well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly (especially Ahmed Sherif) and always willing to help with anything we needed—they really made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Giza, especially families. Great value, great service, and an unforgettable view! Its hard to get to the hotel but you just have to follow google maps & u can also contact the property for exact location.

Thank you to Aladdin (very kind, humble, welcoming man always happy to help) and his lovely welcoming staff for an amazing first holiday in Egypt. The balcony view of the Pyramids with a generous breakfast was a delight every morning. They served us everything we asked for, and throughout the week, we had endless offerings of drinks with no bill to pay as well as free shuttle to the airport and back. We loved our driver, Shariff and we chose to stick with him to take us around Egypt for most of the week. He was attentive with helping us take creative photos and videos which will be valued forever in our memories. He is also very patient waiting whilst you look around sites and tourist attractions. We enjoyed sooo many things, too much to mention here. We felt the price for one week was an absolute bargain for the experience we had. We encourage the younger staff to learn more English, if we were to make a suggestion, but it's okay we recommend using Google translate, and not knowing was all part of the charm. Aladdin speaks fluent English, any issues, he's always on the end of the phone, if he's not there in person.

Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with excellent coffee. There is many local restaurants and shops around. On last day our caretaker overslept and did not prepare breakfast on requested time before we left to the airport. We tried to pay in USD, but he had no change in USD, expecting us to have exact amount. We agreed to pay in Egyptian pounds, but were charged 50% extra than on Booking, only after bargaining we paid 20% extra. So we left hungry and annoyed.

• Peter (10/5): Highly recommended hotel for the view, the atmosphere and most of all the attitude of the staff - - Owner/manager Aladdin is hospitality personified, will help you with anything and everything - A quiet location with an breath-taking view from the rooftop on the 3 pyramids - Huge terrace to have breakfast and/or dinner with the Giza plateau in the background - Hassan made amazing towel 'sculptures', that always made us smile - There is a huge contrast between the dump behind the building and the luxury of the hotel - The mango was on a different level than anything I had in Europe - Rich and huge breakfast that Aladdin was happy to customize to our taste - Air condition was surprisingly quiet and wifi reasonably fast - a combination I have never seen elsewhere - You could pay the price for the amazing view from the 6th floor by walking up the stairs if you don't plan your day taking the (altering) time of the daily power outage into consideration

The view from the hotel is truly breathtaking and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The location is convenient, and the area is served by different restaurants, and pharmacies, hospital, close to the hotel site few minutes, as it only takes 5 minutes to reach the main gate of the Giza Pyramids, 40 minutes to Cairo Airport, and 25 minutes to downtown Cairo. The accommodation is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious, with the falafel being a standout. If you are looking for a hotel with a special view, excellent service, and a great location, this place is a must-visit.
