• SHEENAGH (8/5): The property was comfortable and affordable in a great location. - The location is excellent. Close to The Vatican and the Castle. Shops and restaurants close too. Large and airy property in a quiet building. It’s not my idea of “luxury”. It’s in need of some TLC. The shower was a step up and would benefit from a handle. The water pressure in the shower isn’t great.

• CHRYSANTHI (8/5): Το διαμέρισμα εξυπηρέτησε τις βασικές μας ανάγκες σε πολύ ικανοποιητικό βαθμό. - Μείναμε 7 άτομα για 4 βράδια στα τέλη Νοεμβρίου. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή και σε κοντινή απόσταση από το Βατικανό και άλλα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Επισης, βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά σε super markets για να προμηθευόμαστε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Σε απόσταση μικρότερη από 5 λεπτά περπατήματος, υπάρχει στάση αστικού λεωφορείου που πηγαίνει κατευθείαν στο Fiumicino. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και διέθετε όλα τα απαραίτητα. Είχε πάντοτε ζεστό νερό και η θέρμανση λειτουργούσε άψογα. Το WiFi λειτουργούσε κανονικά. Δύο-τρεις φορές που χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσουμε με τον οικοδεσπότη, ανταπόκριθηκε άμεσα και με ευγένεια. Οι φωτογραφίες του διαμερίσματος που έχουν αναρτηθεί στο Booking έχουν υποστεί αρκετή επεξεργασία. Αντιμετωπίσαμε μία μικρή δυσκολία με τον αριθμό των πριζών, επειδή πρόκειται για παλαιό διαμέρισμα, για την φόρτιση ηλεκτρονικών συσκευών. Το κλειδί του διαμερίσματος ήταν ηλεκτρονικό. Αυτό δεν είναι πρόβλημα, αλλά χρειάζεται να έχεις οπωσδήποτε data για πρόσβαση στο internet. Ο οικοδεσπότης υποδεικνύει μία σελίδα για να μπορείς να κλειδώσεις/ξεκλειδώσεις την πόρτα του διαμερίσματος.

• Krzysztofk93 (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na piesze zwiedzanie miasta. Blisko sklep oraz restauracje. Pokoje przestronne. Bardzo dobre WiFi co ułatwia korzystanie z internetu ponieważ telefony mają problem z zasięgiem w środku. Apartament na II piętrze, jest winda jednak polecam stosować się do zaleceń właściciela obiektu. Jeśli szukacie miejsca do spania bo cały dzień planujecie zwiedzać to apartament jest OK ! - problem z odpływem pod prysznicem. Za każdym razem pojawiała się woda na podłodze w łazience. - problemy z płytą gazową - byliśmy w październiku więc przy wyłączonym ogrzewaniu trochę brakowało grubszej kołdry lub koca - deszczownice pod prysznicem do wymiany ponieważ działa tylko połowa i dużo wody ucieka na boki. Również poza prysznic.

• Samanta (7/5): Roma sempre meravigliosa!!!! - la posizione è perfetta a due passi dal vaticano e comodissima per girare Roma tostapane da cambiare mettere tende in salone perchè comunque chi dorme in salone ha la luce cambiare i getti delle docce togliere il folletto da dentro l'armadio della camera sono solo consigli per migliorare il soggiorno

The apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even better. Honestly, nothing significant—maybe the weather, Rome is too hot in August 🤭

• Gates (10/5): We had a great trip. - Very spacious and beautiful apartment. We are a family of four but my two sons are both over 6 feet tall at age 16 and 17, plenty of room for all of us. Literally about four blocks from the Vatican, we actually stumbled on the Vatican our first night. The hosts were very responsive to all of our messages and booked us an amazing car to the airport. They have a link to unlock both the front door and the door to the apartment that you use on your phone… It was so simple and fabulous and it meant we didn’t have to keep track of keys.

Usually other such apartments in Italy were well equipped with tea bags and coffee, there was nothing here. It's definitely not luxurious

• Anonymous (9/5): Very pleased with this unit. Inform the customer the entrance details or meet upon arrival. - Location, cleanliness, comfortable + , suited our needs. The communication was a bit iffy re instructions as to how to access the u it. We did finally get them, but unable to call by phone, the security guard did call the number and provided us with info needed to get in. No mention of the entrance key into the courtyard, so we went out without it, and were locked out until a couple came and let us in. Perhaps put a key chain on it with a label. Thanks
