• Stephan (1/5): A nightmare - no recommendation :( - Nothing - it was a nightmare for us :( Dirty bedsheets and towels, overall unhygienic Appartement. Doesn't look like on the pictures. Needs renovation. Unacceptably bad communication and unwillingness of host to help. We had to call Booking and after hours of waiting the only option for sleeping in clean accommodation was to book a Hotel in the late evening and leave. Host was not available for a solution and didn't replied or agreed on any compensation. It absolutely ruined our holiday. I can not recommend booking this place.

• Paula (7/5): Great location but only 2 forks and 1 toilet roll - Great location, very central and makes a great base to see the city. Not very well equipped, we had 4 people in our group and the kitchen only had 2 forks and there was only 1 toilet roll in the apartment and no tea towels.
• PATRICIA (7/5): We had a very enjoyable stay overall. - We found the accommodation very well located and really enjoyed the area. The flat was very nice overall, but there were a few issues: Our son had to sleep on the sofa bed on the first floor due to a physical disability, but we couldn’t find a duvet for that bed. We eventually found one in a cupboard with a cover, although the duvet itself had a number of stains. -We were also disappointed not to hear back from you regarding the two missing forks in the kitchen, as we had to share cutlery during our stay. -The kitchen tap is not securely fixed to the sink, and the hot and cold water are reversed. -The motion-sensor light in the stairway keeps turning on and off, even at night when no one is moving. This was quite disruptive, as it woke us up several times. -In addition, the light in the upstairs bathroom is not working.

• Caterina (6/5): - Buona posizione ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Appartamento con grandi potenzialità ma manca di cura sulla pulizia e sui servizi a disposizione. Scarsa pulizia. Le lenzuola del divano erano sporche. Abbiamo cercato lenzuola pulite negli armadi ma abbiamo trovato solo sacchi di biancheria sporca. Il divano molto scomodo per dormire. Cuscini sottilissimi e non presenti per i due posti letto del divano. Non era presente il tappeto per la doccia e mancava anche una coppia di asciugamani. Il lavandino del secondo piano era otturato. Dalla doccia usciva un filo d'acqua (pressione acqua molto bassa).

Gli accessori della casa: asciugamani, bagnoschiuma, dentifricio, phon, caffè e the e utensili cucina. La difficoltà nel comunicare con lo/gli host. (Mai ricevuto risposta nei messaggi da me scritti prima e durante il soggiorno per necessità di check-in/check-out) La fonte di riscaldamento: una stufetta per piano (da tenere accese quasi ininterrottamente), senza possibilità/indicazioni per accendere i termosifoni.

• Iliana (1/5): Don’t recommend during cold periods - The location was good I made reservation for 3 people. There were only 2 beds made. It was extremely cold in the apartment. The cleaner tried to turn on the heating but it didn’t work. The spare sheets, pillow and towels were dirty, the bathroom on the first floor was very dirty. The trash bin wasn’t emptied from the previous guest. There was hair all over the floor. I sent a video to the owner but he didn’t replay so I called couple of times which is very expensive in UK. A cleaner came talking loudly on the phone with the owner about me saying things like “if she complains again I don’t know what to do”.

Dietro ad uno specchio in bagno. Il bagno era dietro ad un armadio , quindi privo di soffitto, comunicante con la zona letto.

• Shantanu (7/5): - Location was very good, by the Barbican. A good, fairly basic option, for the money. The kitchen facilities were a bit random. No corkscrew? Not enough of the same glasses/cups/cutlery. The hot water was difficult to operate/unevenly available. I initially gave up on having a hot shower in the morning but did eventually manage to have one.

• Amor Antonia (1/5): UNA VERGUENZA! - El supermercado cercano donde compramos el papel higiénico y gel de baño.! Una vergüenza!. Reservamos tres noches para seis personas; al llegar al apartamento sólo había ropa de cama para las dos camas de la parte superior, 4 toallas pequeñas, dos rollos de papel higiénico y un poquito de gel de baño. Envio mensaje al propietario y me dice q hay toallas y mantas en el armario.. y si que había, pero sucias, dentro de una bolsa negra Mantas o ropa de cama para el sofá cama, inexistentes. Volví a enviar varios mensajes al propietario para que al menos trajera mantas y toallas y sigo esperando respuesta ( si que se preocupó de enviar un mensaje para recordar la hora de irnos y donde dejar las llaves). La zona de lavadora, más de lo mismo, toallas y sábanas sucias. Tras leer otros comentarios, creo que es una práctica habitual del propietario, te cobra por 6, pero realmente solo tiene menage para dos personas o cuatro si utilizan la misma toalla para todo ( ducha y WC). Solo hay una ducha en la parte superior, en la parte inferior un WC ( por supuesto sin toallas). Y del sofá cama, mejor ni hablar, los hierros formaban parte del fino colchón.
• Diana Maria 2019 (7/5): Cartier frumos, amplasare bună, păcat că nu este nimeni care să te ajute în rezolvarea problemelor! - Locație centrală, poți merge și pe jos spre anumite obiective, zonă liniștită! Curtea interioară foarte frumoasă, bucătăria utilată: prăjitor de pâine, filtru de cafea etc. A fost frig în apartament, cu toate că proprietarul ne-a răspuns (după două zile) că centrala este pornită, dar nu știu când, că dimineața și seara când ajungeam nu funcționa! Senzorul de la aplica din hol funcționa cum voia el, așa că te trezeai noaptea de mai multe ori deoarece se tot aprindea! Am plătit pentru 6 persoane, deci se știa că vom folosi și canapeaua din camera de jos, doar că cearceaful nu fusese schimbat! Baia de sus este despărțită de cameră doar printr-un paravan!

• Piera (4/5): Not good. - Great location and nice neighborhood It was a bit dirty and basic (stained sheets and not even a bottle of water or some sugar). However, communication with the host was difficult — not very responsive. They told us we couldn’t check in early, but in the end, all we needed was a code to open the lockbox. We also had no hot water for two days.

• Kocański (3/5): Nie wrócę na pewno - Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodna lokalizacja. Smród z kanalizacji, bo syfon był suchy. Nie działał boiler, więc było zimno i nie było cieplej wody. Nie działał internet i telewizja. Kontakt z zarządcą tylko telefoniczny, nie odpowiadają na wiadomości.

Wygodne łóżka, Ogródek i dobra komunikacja z pozostałymi częściami Londynu. Brak ciepłej wody! Poza tym drobne niedociągnięcia np. Brak podstawki w mikrofalówce, ruchomy kran w kuchni.
• Laura (9/5): Great location - Amazing location, playpark around the corner. Street food vendors until 5pm on Fridays and mini supermarket nearby for essentials. Short walk from underground. Loved the outdoor patio space. We attended for a concert at Wembley stadium and found easy access to transport links.
• patrizia (7/5): Appartamento che potrebbe essere un vero "bijoux" se fosse più curato. - Posizione ok vicino a metro in zona tranquilla. Check in come richiesto è stato fatto in anticipo. Il proprietario non risponde ai messaggi fatti tramite Booking, ho dovuto contattare telefonicamente. Appartamento molto carino (con ripida scala per accedere alle stanze) ma non è molto curato: i mobili di cucina e camera non sono stati montati del tutto internamente! Armadio pieno di oggetti! Luce in bagno sopra specchio non funziona quindi il bagno è illuminato dalla luce della camera. Uno dei due letti è sfondato. Materassi e cuscini scomodissimi. Acqua in doccia fuoriesce con pochissima pressione.

• Elizabeth (7/5): Modern apartment in great location. - Location is great, lounge area and kitchen work well, and the number of beds was ideal for us. This is an attractive modern apartment. Loved overlooking the market, excellent for people watching. Deluxe feels like a bit of a stretch, there are a few things which don’t work, and it feels to us that for the money, I would expect things to be in good working order. Seen in other reviews and obviously not addressed issues: no bathroom light, no lounge light fixture hanging with no bulb, no cupboard light. No hand towels or place to hang a towel in the loo. No bath mat, not much kitchen equipment. Basics only. Curtains have been added. Contact wouldn’t share the apartment address for me to place a Tesco order, which seems odd, usually I have had that detail. We did have a problem with the hot water, we figured out how to fix it with the person at the end of the mobile number, but no follow up to make sure things were ok.

Se deben subir escaleras, lo cual se debe tener en cuenta para personas mayores. La estadía en el sofá cama se debe mejorar, incluyendo almohadas y toallas para las personas que lo ocupan.

Also there was problem with the toilet upstairs but it didn’t effect the over stay and experience.
• Louise (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location. - Beautifully presented, very comfortable, full kitchen, garden area, games machine. Very good location. We wished we could stay longer! Just a couple of very minor things to note: no teatowel or oven gloves, made it difficult to remove hot food from the oven and we couldn’t dry the dishes after washing them before leaving. The kitchen tap is labelled backwards, so warm water came out of the ‘blue’ and cold from the ‘red’.
• Josep (10/5): Ideal accommodation, very hard to beat - Almost everything. Location, surroundings, comfort, equipment, cleanliness... there was even an arcade machine available!! We didn't play much because the idea was to visit London, but I think it's a great idea. Right next to the accommodation there are very good options for breakfast, lunch, to buy food or simply to have a beer. Everything was perfect, especially the attention we received from the owners, who were very friendly. We had a small problem with the electricity, but the owners fixed it immediately despite it being a public holiday in London. If I have to stay again, this accommodation is definitely number 1 in my preferences. Thank you for everything!!

A few extra bits would be nice - blind for lounge window, towel rail and towel in loo, baking tray/ cafetière etc.
• Damian (8/5): Excellent location, close to convenient amenities and nice space to stay in. - The location is excellent and quiet at night time, with access to plenty of local amenities - including a Waitrose supermarket about 100 metres away. The living and sleeping space are both of a good size and the property is furnished/decorated to a high standard. The living area had interesting features - including the outside courtyard and a partition in the living room. There is also a cloakroom/WC adjacent to the living room, which would be handy if there is more than 2/3 people. The bedroom had two double beds and lots of storage/wardrobe space. The property has been tastefully and thoughtfully designed and finished. As I was travelling for business, I needed to hang my fresh shirt, trousers and jacket. However, there was only 1 hanger in the extensive wardrobe storage space. In the evening I wanted to prepare some soup and something to eat, however there were no saucepans or frying pan. I also only used a few items of crockery, cutlery and glassware - so hand washed these items. There was no tea towel to dry them, so had to leave them drying on the side.

• Leanne (9/5): Great location, good value for money - The location was great, loved all the little finishing touches in the apartment. Quiet area. Much bigger than the photos showed had a terrace with a table and chairs outside. There was no curtains in the living room area. So privacy was minimal. The sensor lights took a long time to turn off on the stairs so it was light when we were trying to get to sleep. Couldn't find the WiFi code anywhere.
