• Soledad (10/5): Vacaciones con familia - El apartamento es muy amplio, confortable, limpio. Mejor aún que en las fotos. La ubicación es buena si dispones de coche. Que está en una zona donde no hay transporte público cerca, se necesita coche para moverse. Y al GPS le cuesta encontrarlo.

• Maria Ignacia (9/5): Apartamento amplio y en un edificio de reciente construcción - La amplitud, la limpieza y que todo está nuevo Esta un poco alejado del centro, pero teniendo coche no es ningún problema.
• jgpove70 (9/5): No le pongo un 10 por el fallo de que no corresponde el número de portal.por lo demás genial! - El piso está genial, limpio y muy bien equipado El único pero, es que el número de portal no es el que aparece en la página, deberían de corregirlo, y el acceso al portal a veces fallaba, hay mejores soluciones...
• Elisa (9/5): Todo casi perfecto - Todo, ubicación, instalaciones, servicios, tranquilidad.... No llega al 10 por detalles fáciles de subsanar, solo cenamos un día en la casa, alquilan para seis y tienen tres tenedores. Ponen dos botes minúsculos de gel para tres días. Que lo solucionen porque por lo demás es totalmente recomendable para alquilar.

• eric (4/5): Difficile à trouver, nouvelle résidence et l'accès à l'appartement est trés compliqué. - l'appartement est bien et l'equipement correspond aux attendes décrites. télécharger une application avec indication de photos et pièce d'identité pour entrer avec code dans la résidence et appartement, tout cela aurait pu être demander et anticiper avant l'arrivée et une clef pourrait être remis à un agence ou un autre locataire pour entrer dans résidence, et le code de l'appartement serait donné avant car si il y a une panne d'électricité comme cela s'est produit auparavant, on entre plus dans la résidence et appartement . Ce système n'est pas adapté à des personnes âgées. ET surtout l'emplacement ne correspond pas au lieu indiqué, un plan pourrait être envoyé auparavant par e -mail , car si la police ne nous avait pas emmené jusqu'à la residence, on ne l'aurait pas trouvé
• Patricia (10/5): Cómodo y limpio - El apartamento está nuevo completamente, muy cerca de San Sebastián. Nosotros aprovechamos para visitar más sitios y quedarnos a unos km. Hay facilidad para aparcar y tiene todas las comodidades. Muy recomendable. Solo había 3 tenedores y éramos 5 personas

• Ana (10/5): - El piso es muy amplio, por lo que se hace muy cómodo para una estancia de 6 personas. Tiene todas las comodidades y, además, aunque está apartado del centro, en 10-15 minutos andando llegas al centro del pueblo y a las paradas del transporte público.

• Ciara (10/5): De lujo - Todo!!! Instalaciones nuevas, limpísimo, ascensor hasta la plaza de parking, amplio, súper equipado y decorado con mucho gusto. Muy recomendable Por poner un pero, el sistema de la APP para abrir la puerta de la porteria no nos funcionó. Nos abrió un vecino.

Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y muy bien cuidado, se nota que lo mantienen con esmero. El apartamento está en perfecto estado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y desconectar. Además, la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Sin duda, una estancia totalmente recomendable. Se necesita tarjeta para tirar basura, pero no ha sido un problema, se resolvió fácilmente

• Iksu reissaa (10/5): Perfect family stay in a peaceful hillside apartment - It’s genuinely hard to find any downsides to this apartment. As a family of five with three kids, we fit in perfectly. The space is generous, with plenty of storage available, and it's located in a newly developed, lovely neighborhood near scenic hills where you can spot (and smell) adorable sheep grazing. The apartment is part of a residential house and comes with some great features, like a remote-controlled awning on the second balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a capsule coffee machine (with a small amount of capsules provided, Dolce Gusto), a dishwasher, a washing machine, and even a tumble dryer located on the second balcony. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Both bathrooms were spotless, and the apartment even has its own underground parking space with a remote-controlled door. The main entrance to the apartment uses a pin code on the door handle - not the fastest method, but perfectly manageable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and impressively, this was the first apartment we’ve stayed in that included a first aid kit, something we’ve never seen before. Honestly, it’s hard to think of anything that was missing. There’s a small playground nearby, and street parking was easy and safe, so we didn’t end up using the garage. One of the highlights was being able to walk down the hill to the Plazaolako Bide Berdea, a fascinating hiking trail built on an old railway line. You can stroll across historic bridges and through tunnels, truly a unique experience, and just steps away from the apartment. The surrounding area is dotted with small farms, so you’ll often see horses and smell the sheep nearby, adding to the rural charm. While there aren’t any supermarkets within walking distance, it’s just an 8-minute drive to the Urbil Shopping Centre, where you’ll find a large Eroski supermarket for all your grocery needs. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was impressively stocked. All in all, a fantastic stay for families! As mentioned earlier, it’s genuinely difficult to find anything negative about this place. The check-in process is contact-free, which is convenient, but it does require uploading your personal details and those of everyone staying before arrival. This allows you to unlock the building’s main door using a mobile app (and internet of course). It’s not overly complicated, but it does take a bit of time, and it was amusing that all the instructions were sent in Spanish. Once inside the apartment, which you enter using a pin code, you’ll find a physical key and a remote for the garage to use during your stay. One thing that could be improved is the lack of guidance around waste disposal. There were no clear instructions on when or how to take out the garbage, and nothing about recycling either. Navigating to the apartment by car was a bit tricky, and I suspect the area isn’t well connected by public transport, although I did see a small red bus pass by a few times. What’s surprising is that the entire neighborhood seems to be missing from Google Maps, including the house we stayed in and even some nearby streets. It’s not a brand-new area, so it’s odd that the maps haven’t been updated. Driving to the property involves a single, somewhat complicated route. It’s not a major issue, but you do need patience to wind through a series of narrow streets. At first, I thought my GPS was tricking me, but no, it’s just genuinely not that well connected. That said, the charm of the area more than makes up for the inconvenience. A few kitchen items could use an update, like the kettle, which wasn’t in perfect condition. The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, and one small thing to watch out for: the lock in the second, smaller bathroom is very tight, so be careful not to accidentally lock yourself in.

• Erika (9/5): - Apartamento amplio y moderno, muy limpio, equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Se agradecen los detalles como dejar café, azúcar, sal y productos de baño. Aunque hay aparcamiento en la calle, disponer de su propio parking resulta muy práctico. Está un poco alejado de las zonas comerciales de Lasarte, pero resulta muy práctico como base para recorrer y conocer la provincia de Gipuzkoa.
• NICOLAS (10/5): Genial - Nos gustó todo estaba súper limpio muy cómodo las habitaciones bastantes cómoda y amplias los baños súper bien Cuando fuimos hacía mucho calor y no tiene aire acondicionado por lo que no pudimos dormir mucho. Y la ubicación a la hora de encontrarla nos costó un poco

• Celine (8/5): Very good - Apartment space and cleanliness Shower trays do not clear quickly causing water to leak onto the floor. No air conditioning or fans, difficult to sleep. A little to far from San Sebastian. Also, there is ongoing construction work in the area.
• Marta (10/5): We found a gem. - This apartment is perfect! It's new and beautiful, with plenty of space. It's also well-equipped. It's not located in the center of San Sebastián, but it's very well connected. From the apartment, you can walk to the town, and from there, you can take the BU04 or BU07 bus to the center. I'm so glad we stayed in this gem!

• Konstantinos (10/5): Nice brand new apartments close to Bilbao - The apartments are brand new. Very good quality and well equipped. The communication had been good. A bit tricky to find the house but the hosts provided a video and the details via messages. The parking is confusing but once found it is fine. It also has a steep ramp so careful if the car is low. There is a playground and sport facilities around which is nice to see and helpful when traveling with kids. Overall, a very good impression and we would visit again with pleasure. The host should provide more details on how to spot the parking. But this is not a big deal. It also requires a car to reach Bilbao. But this is expected based on the location.

• Aurmoogum (8/5): Very good - Modern apartment, very comfortable and clean with all facilities .very helpful staff. Location was very difficult to find despite all the kind effort of the host. Found some maggots in one bath towel!! Very unfortunate as the apartment was clean.

Was not a problem for us, but is good to know.
