• Timo (9/5): A stylish complex for a relaxed holiday and a good location for exploring the northern parts of the island. - The ground floor is tastefully decorated. The terrace is spacious and well furnished. Great views of the sea and Teide. Private parking. Justin is a caring and informative host. The noise from the motorway at night is heard in the main bedroom. However, the bedroom on the top floor is quiet. In winter, when the weather is windy, the apartment can feel cold.

• Carola (10/5): Super Aufenthalt bei einem wunderbaren Gastgeber - Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, tolle Aussicht, hervorragende Restaurants fußläufig, top Gastgeber. Der Nachteil der sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung ist die wahrnehmbare Autobahn.
• Bettina (9/5): Meer Ausblick geht nicht. - Zentrale Lage, traumhafter Ausblick, sehr gute Ausstattung, hervorragender Gastgeber. Tatsächlich ist das einzige Manko, dass man nachts die Autobahn im Schlafzimmer hört bei offenem Fenster.
• Alfons (10/5): - Die Lage ist genial. Man hat von der Villa einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Pico del Teide sowie auf die Küste um Puerto de la Cruz und das Meer! Ganz nah gibt es hervorragende Restaurants und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Justin ist zudem ein super Gastgeber. Er war immer über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Er spricht außerdem fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer ist übrigens mittlerweile durch ein sehr großes ersetzt worden! Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt! -
• Hanna (8/5): Great for groups and families! - We had a cery pleasant stay! The villa has incredible views, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace by the pool. The pool itself was also great. Justin is an extremely friendly and helpful host. He gave us a lot of recommendations for local food and sightseeing, and the check-in/check-out experiences were smooth. Although the villa’s interior is nice, it could use some renovation. Some appliances were in poor condition, and on the top floor there was an unpleasant smell from the plumbing. The sunbeds by the pool also didn’t smell well. Lastly, the villa is located above a busy road, so there was always a muffled noise from the cars.

• James (10/5): Exceptional - The property is in a great location. There is a bus stop right outside which makes it easy to travel around if you don’t have a car. There is a few good restaurants near and the supermarket is only a 20 minute walk away which has everything you would need. The views are breathtaking from the pool, bedroom, balcony and office room both night and day. The kitchen is really big and very modern with everything you need to live comfortably. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils you require if cooking your own food. Property has its own bbq too if you fancy a bbq by the pool day. The pool is heated enough for our holiday in February which is there cooler months. The master bedroom views are unbelievable. The seating area beside the pool is great for vibing and taking in the breathtaking views. All in all this property is 10/10 Our host Justin we cant thank enough for looking after us the whole trip. He was attentive to our needs and checked in with a daily message to ask if we were ok, needed anything or help with anything. Justin provided us with a list of things to do in and around the island. Even though we had no issues whatsoever it was reassuring to know that he would be able to help with any issues if they arose due to his friendly, accommodating nature. Next time we are in Tenerife we will definitely stay here again. We loved absolutely everything about the property. We couldn’t find a single fault.

Great separate office space for work and meetings. The view is fantastic. The villa is very well equipped with appliances and furniture, inside and outside. It is secluded, yet accessible. Short distance from main street with many good restaurants. Stayed for 2 weeks and loved it. For dislikes: nothing comes to mind.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor area, complete with swimming pool eating area,sunbathing area and stunning views was a dream come true—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying an evening under the stars. Justin went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing thoughtful touches like a welcome gift of a bottle of wine, recommendations of places to eat and attractions to visit and quick responses to any questions we had. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel so welcome. The location was fantastic—close to shops, beaches, or restaurants], yet peaceful enough to enjoy complete tranquility. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a slice of paradise in Tenerife.”

• Katarzyna (8/5): Very good - Just got back from wonderfully visit in Tenerife. Justin was a perfect host, super helpful and easygoing. The place is exactly as on pictures, very clean in nice neighborhood with many restaurants closely. House is only few minutes from Puerto Cruz and La Orotava , and max 30 min to Santa Cruz which makes it super good place for any sightseeing trips. Last but not Leaste - the view from the balcony is "to die for". The only small comments or future improvements: Pool could be heated, and sometimes there is noise coming from close by TF5 road.
