• Jessica (6/5): Fijn voor 3 nachten - De ligging, grootte van het appartement en alles is aanwezig. We mochten ook eerder inchecken, dit was super fijn! Tip voor de eigenaar: Het appartement is echt aan een opknapbeurt toe. De keuken heeft zijn beste tijd gehad, evenals de kleine badkamer. Verder kunnen muren, kozijnen en plinten een likje verf gebruiken. Veel vlekken en schade hier en daar. De vloeren waren vies, veel haren en stof. Dit vonden we jammer. Verder is er één slaapkamer zonder verduisterend gordijn waardoor het ‘s ochtends licht is de de kamer. Hopelijk doen jullie er iets mee, anders vrees ik snel lagere beoordelingen.

• Walburga (9/5): Familievakantie in Valencia - Ruim appartement met drie goede slaapkamers en twee badkamers. De wasmachine was heel handig ook omdat wij met een baby onderweg waren. Kinderbedje en kinderstoel werden gratis ter beschikking gesteld. Perfecte locatie met een bushalte voor de deur de tramhalte op minder dan 10 minuten en te voet in ca 20 minuten in het oude stadsgedeelte. Ook heel dicht bij het park (10 minuten)

• Oana (10/5): A fost super! - Ușor de ajuns oriunde în centru. Timp de 3 zile, ne-am deplasat doar pe jos la toate obiectivele pe care le aveam. O gazdă foarte primitoare, mulțumim pentru ajutor!

• Manon (6/5): Niet voor herhaling - Je kreeg 2 paar sleutels. En nadat we contact hebben gehad met de eigenaar kwam ze de volgende dag het beddengoed verschonen. Na het zien van de foto’s en lezen van recensies waren we enthousiast. Vooral dat alles schoon is lazen we. Dat is dus echt niet waar. Alles is vies en oud. Overal waar je kijkt zaten vieze vlekken en lagen haren. Op het plafond, de plinten de badkamers enz. Ook de douche straal was echt minimaal en je moest met de douchekop in de hand douchen. In het beddengoed zaten allemaal vieze vlekken en stonk erg muf. Het leek wel alsof het niet verschoond was. De handdoeken hingen nog buiten aan de waslijn.

• O'Neill (8/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely book this apartment again. - Very comfortable and suitable apartment for five adults. Close to supermarket,bakery, café. Public transport close by, but easily able to walk to old town in 20 mins. Host Ana very accommodating and let us check in earlier as we had an early arrival. Although cleanliness was acceptable, the apartment could do with a deep clean , especially floors, balcony and sliding patio doors. Wasps nest in apartment balcony below. Unable to sit outside most evenings. Husband got stung. However host said she would report it immediately and have it dealt with.

• Adele (8/5): Very good - Not too far to old town. Good layout, comfortable and quiet. Good communication with host No information on transport or restaurants in the apartment
• Jakub (9/5): I highly recommend staying there for larger groups! - The apartment was near the Old Town (less than 1km away), with many bigger convenience shops and pubs. It also had an elevator (albeit a small one). We contacted Ana via WhatsApp, and she was helpful and responsive. It was fully equipped with multiple kitchen appliances. Overall, I would highly recommend staying there for larger groups! It was in a private building, so we had to keep it down after 11:00 PM - not a big problem since there is a park and pubs all around. The second toilet was directly in one of the bedrooms and was small (still easily usable).

• Evgenia (9/5): Thank You, Ana! We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia! ❤️❤️❤️ - Ana was really great - so helpful and hospitable! We arrived late on Christmas Eve and she waited till 10 for us! There were sweets and a bottle of wine as a compliment left for us. The location is great - you have stores and public transport nearby, though the old town is on a walking distance (20 minutes to the center by foot) and we rarely used it. The kitchen has all amenities, including coffee capsules, salt, sugar etc. Bathrooms are a bit small, but that’s OK for a few days’ stay. The living room with the dining and kitchenette are spacious and sunny. There is a balcony for the smokers. 😉 Definitely recommend the apartment!
