• dalia17 (9/5): Tolle Lage und sehr höflicher Gastgeber. - Viktor war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Alles sauber und toll zentral gelegen. Annehmlichkeiten alle da. Mobiliar und Ausstattung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man kommt damit klar. Der Super Host biegt alles wieder gerade!:)
• Mary (10/5): Beautiful accommodations in a prime walkable location - Loved the terrace, the location, the spaciousness. And the host was very attentive and helped get us settled in by helping w our bags and giving a tour with directions on how to use various appliances / light switches etc. I believe this is standard for European accommodations so it is what it is- the beds were extremely firm which was a challenge for my husband and I as we are side sleepers. Wouldn’t stop me from booking here again though.

• Jennifer (10/5): Relaxing terrace vibes and walking - The location - it was walkable everywhere in old town and we walked to a paella class in Rusafa. We went to the central market every day for coffee and a pastry. The terrace is wonderful to relax on. And, it’s a great size. Lots of room, including a half bath. N/a

La struttura è ben curata, pulita e accogliente, tutto è stato esattamente come descritto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene durante il soggiorno. L’host è stato estremamente gentile, sempre reattivo e disponibile, oltre a darci ottimi consigli. Consigliato senza dubbi!
• Jacob (10/5): Fantastic location, great balcony, family friendly. - The location is fantastic, right next to the central market. The property is comfortable and spacious and the balcony is large enough that our whole family were able to sit outside for meals and drinks. The host was very helpful, and even accommodated an early check in and a late check out. We wound stay here again.

• Menzer (10/5): - This accommodation was simply perfect. Not only because of its excellent location, but also because absolutely everything you could possibly need was provided – which is by no means a given. From spices and oil to washing machine and dishwasher tablets, as well as air conditioning, everything was thoughtfully prepared and well equipped. The location was ideal. During “Las Fallas,” we had a fantastic view from the balcony, which made the stay even more special. The hosts welcomed us personally, handed over the keys, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They also provided great recommendations for nearby places and popular restaurants. Overall, it was an exceptional stay that I can highly recommend without hesitation.
• Camilla (9/5): Vi var tre vuxna som bodde mycket bra här. Återkommer gärna! - Läget är perfekt i gamla stan men ändå på en lugn gata. Underbar balkong och en trevligt planerad och möblerad lägenhet. I köket fanns all utrustning man behövde. Vi blev väl mottagna och visades runt i lägenheten. Lite hård säng men det är ju en smaksak…
• Miriam (10/5): Fabulous location - Amazing stay in a perfect location. Vladimir couldn't do enough to help. The apartment was spotless, really well equipped and we loved the balcony. The decor was very quirky. It was great to have the extra toilet, the mini dishwasher was a great addition. There was even a washing machine if you had a longer stay.. Can't wait to return! Loved it all!!!
• Simone (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in einer super schönen Stadt. - Die Lage war super. Direkt in der Altstadt. Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. Der Vermieter hat schon auf uns gewartet und somit konnten wir gleich mit einem Stadtbummel starten. Wir konnten fußläufig alles erreichen. Nur zum CAC oder Strand brauchten wir die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Der Mercat Central war 2 Minuten entfernt. Bäckereien, Supermarkt oder Restaurants, alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. In der Wohnung selbst war alles vorhanden. Der Balkon war auch sehr schön mit Nachmittagssonne.

• Marc (7/5): - Onze host was heel vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. De geur in het gebouw die dan ook een slechte geur gaf in het appartement. Daar kan onze host niets aan doen, behalve klagen bij de syndic van het gebouw, maar voor ons was dat helemaal niet prettig.

• Claudia (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf en aanrader!! - De locatie is echt top!! Vlakbij de Mercado Central en alles is te voet prima te doen. Het appartement voorziet van alle gemakken. Het balkon is heerlijk. De bagage mochten we op dag van aankomst en vertrek in het appartement laten. De host is ook vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Ik zou het zo weer boeken. Op sommige momenten een rioollucht vanuit de hal, dat was jammer. En het matras op de bedbank kan wel verbeterd worden.

• Thomas (4/5): Stylish Apartment, but would book something with better price-performance ratio than this - Stylish Apartment, Centrally located There is a Bar nearby with loud people on the street. No issue in the apartment, but can be annoying when on the balcony. The apartment right downstairs is being renovated - be aware of construction noise!!! The Air condition in the bedroom made a loud sound the whole night, even when switched off. Sleeping was difficult. They could not fix it on the next day and the Air condition was disconnected which was OK to sleep peacefully, but room was very warm then. Despite that issues, the owner did not want to compensate me financially for this. One argument was, that we incorrectly used the AC and the balcony door was open too long. Unclear how he wants to know this??? Balcony doors were closed all the time because of the mosquitos.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Hat super gepasst, wir kommen gerne wieder. - Die Lage ist top, nur ein paar Schritte vom Mercat Central und den Plätzen und Fußgängerzonen der Innenstadt entfernt. Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ausstattung des Appartements ist sehr gut, die Terrasse bietet ausreichend Platz. Wir konnten bei An- und Abreise das Gepäck im Appartement lassen, Personal war sehr freundlich. Küchenausstattung sollte ergänzt werden (Schneidbrett, Geschirrtücher)

• Claire (9/5): Fantastic apartment - The location of the apartment is fantastic, very central & easy to get to all main attractions, but set back a little from the main road so less noisy. Really nice, modern apartment with all the facilities you'd need and a great size. Our host was very helpful, even letting us drop our luggage off before check in time.
• Robert (10/5): Brilliant - Very central, everything is within a 15 min walk. Can be a bit noisy at night for this reason but that’s the trade off. Very nice flat, with a great terrace. Vladimir was very helpful and nice too!

• Rich (10/5): Great stay - Location was fantastic and the king+ size bed was nice. Outdoor terrace was the best place to sit and drink out morning coffee. Nothing really. The furniture is a bit low for us but that's just a preference.

• Gert (7/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, close to Central Market and walking distance from tourist spots in old town. Vladimir answered all our questions and was very helpful. The terrace was large and comfortable. It mainly gets sun in the morning, a small spot on the side gets sun until afternoon. Facilities were good for cooking, a tea pot would be great if possible and dishwasher/washing machine is provided. The second room isn't a proper room. It's screened with a glass door and curtains, has limited storage for clothes and has no air conditioning so is very warm. It looks like it was divided off from the main space to add a second room. There is a window in the bathroom that opens out fully onto a disposal area. I would be concerned if small children were using this room. It might be an idea to lock this if possible.

The windows located in the main bathroom and at the entrance - Towels need to be changed. They have some unwashed spots and look old

Everything is very clean and feels fresh. The location is ok but not very central. The area feels a bit rough. The pillows for me are a bit hard - feather pillows would be nice.

The wine, oranges and water waiting for us - The area and convenience, the kitchen and master bedroom were very nice. Loved having the balcony for fresh are and wine hour. Its got everything you need, it's clean, comfortable and has a fabulous terrace with comfortable seats. The location in the old town is a stones throw from the Central Mercado which is a fabulous food market. It's also close to the train station and a number of beautiful Plazas. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in beautiful Valencia. There was nothing we didn't like
