• Sergio (1/5): - Un poco en la linea de lo que dicen todos, se presentó 30 min tarde (23:00 iba con un niño de 3 años dormido en el carro), no dice que desde la mañana había tenido una avería y nos tenía que llevar a otro piso( nunca me lo comentó), lógicamente la cama supletoria ya la di por perdida pero al preguntar si había sofá cama me dijo que si. Cama no tiene y sofá porque se lo venderían así porque era viejo, roto y malo. No me ofreció ni un cojín ni mantas ni nada para ese sofá. El ruido de la calle como ya se comenta escandaloso pero lo peor es la cisterna que se suena cada 8min. 35 seg. Toda la noche sonando. Podría decir más pero no tiene sentido ahora viendo los demás comentarios o se callara o contestará que le rompí algo o algo así. Entramos a las 23:00 dormimos y a las 9:30 estábamos fuera, solo dormimos ( y mal).

• Emilia (9/5): Apartamento bonito y con una cama súper cómoda - La cama era una delicia, como estar durmiendo en las nubes, comodisima. El apartamento era muy bonito, estaba muy limpio y era cómodo. Decían en su mensaje que dejaban para desayunar, solo había unas cápsulas de café y unas pocas magdalenas, no creo que eso sea un desayuno.

• ANA (9/5): - El apartamento está muy bien equipado, es cómodo y moderno.Muchas facilidades para hacer el check-in y además cuenta con parking privado gratuito.Es de agradecer el detalle de tener cápsulas de café,zumo y algo para desayunar dado que llegamos muy tarde para poder comprar algo. Quizás olía un poco el baño, pero nada exagerado.

• Vanguelis (9/5): Ευχάριστη διαμονή κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο - Καλή τοποθεσία ώστε να είμαι κοντά στο μέρος που ήθελα, κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. Τριγύρω υπάρχουν πολλά σούπερ μάρκετ. Καθαρό και ευχάριστο. Ο οικοδεσπότης μιλούσε μόνο Ισπανικά αλλά συνεννοηθήκαμε. Καναπές καθόλου άνετος για ύπνο.
• Pablo (3/5): Mala relación calidad-precio y cama muy incómoda - Lo único rescatable de la estancia es que cuenta con parking en garaje y la zona es muy tranquila. Una estancia decepcionante por su mala relación calidad-precio. El coste es demasiado alto para las condiciones reales del lugar: es un espacio muy pequeño, con instalaciones anticuadas y una cama sumamente incómoda que impide un buen descanso. En definitiva, carece de confort. Solo lo recomendaría como último recurso para salir de un apuro si no hay ninguna otra opción disponible en la zona.
• Roman (7/5): SATISFACTORIA para ser un apartamento en Madrid - Apartamento en urbanización tranquila Un buen sistema de bomba de calor , con el frio invernal fue lo mejor . Las obras y el ruido de las obras durante la noche , en las cercanias . El estado del mobiliario y de los muebles del apartamento era ciertamente lamentable. Muchos de ellos era imposibles abrir , de las multiples capas de pintura , otros al abrirlos te quedabas con el pomo del cajon en la mano o bien se desprendia el cajon . Las perchas , maluchis y de todos los tipos , un popurri. Las Sabanas de la cama del dormitorio , eran del año catapum chimpun y con mas bolitas que el arbol de navidad La mujer que nos atendió al telefono en la llegada check in a las 21 horas , fue bastante insolente en su atencion telefónica , permieitiendose lujos en la conversación, como por ejemplo,,,,, " que querra usted con las horas que ha llegado " , cuando por la comunicacion whatsapp tenemos confirmado llegada "sin problema hasta las 24,00 horas" , Fue un chasco tener que hablar con dicha señora que se comportaba como impertinente en su dialogo , mas aun cuando avisamos de la hora de llegada y de que veniamos algo cansados de un viaje en carretera de 500 kmtrs.

• Vladimir (10/5): A 10!!! Stylish, comfortable, well stock apartment close to the airport. Best place in the area - I've stayed in multiple apartments at this same building complex, and this is the best renting experience by far. The owner/manager was very attentive and in communication in advance of my arrival, and organized everything for the collection of the keys, and send me all the necessary instructions by chat. We didn't have to meet at all but still everything with the booking and me settling in went seamlessly and smoothly. The apartment has a very swaggy, stylish decoration, and everything is very well maintained and furnished. They even provided plenty of washing machine and dish washing tablets, and other handy stuff. This is the perfect example of an owner taking very seriously its job of walking the extra mile to give the guests a premium experience. The kitchen is a 9, the bedroom a 9, the living room a 9 and the bathroom a 10 our of 10. NOTHING!!! Difficult to put a CON to such a nice and stylish place. I can only give flowers to an owner that really invest and walk the extra mile to give the best experience to its guests... Definetly a 10!!

Goed telefonisch contact met de behulpzame eigenaar. Met het openbaar vervoer naar de binnenstad. Eigenlijk niets. Wel even wennen aan de verlichting in de galerij gang.

De keuken is wat klein en niet geschikt om daar met twee personen bezig te zijn. De verwarming is lastig te regelen. De bank is niet goed om op te zitten (totaal niet comfortabel)

There is a good neighbourhood restaurant nearby called Trinchea, with excellent service & delicious food. We are not familiar with apartment living so found the accommodation a bit small. It is located on a large complex of similar apartments and is a maze to find your way around.

Easy to get to the airport by bus as there is a frequent service during the day (No 77/88 to Canillejas, then no 200 to the airport). We had no problems at all during our stay. The heating/aircon was a bit tricky to operate; some instructions would be helpful.

• Xinxin (10/5): Entspannt, sorgenlos und angenehm - Gastgeber Javier ist super nett. Seine Erklärung zum Check-in, zur Lage Unterkunft(wie findet man die und die Garage) sowie die Umgebung ist top. Die Unterkunft ist super für 2 Personen mit Auto. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir noch nicht erlebt, aber Javier wird die Lösung/Tipps geben beim Fragen. Die Unterkunft ist neu, sehr sauber, stilvoll. Die Pforte ist auch hilfreich! 24-Stunden-Erreichbarkeit ist schön da wir kurz vor 0:00 erst angekommen waren. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Beim Besuch über Madrid ist diese Unterkunft perfekt. Nichts

• Joan Holly (9/5): - The apartment is close to the airport for people with that need . It was clean, nicely decorated, and homey. Although we didn't use the kitchen because we only stayed the night, it was well equipped, and they offered orange juice, coffee, and muffins for breakfast. The shower was also great. Parking can be a little challenging, and the sofa was a little hard but all and all a great apartment.

• Anna (8/5): Beautiful flat, helpful host - Close to the airport MAD suites provide a perfect place to stay at a reasonable price. Beautiful flat, all you needed by hand and easy access to public transport if you want to go downtown Madrid. Minor snags on finding the right apartment keys were resolved gracefully, the host was easily available even late at night. For people that want simple way of getting to downtown Madrid I a taxi is a good idea, but for me a bus next door +Metro was a fine option. A friend of mine pointed that out, when I told him about this excellent place to stay.

• Alexandre (10/5): - Excelente apartamento com tudo o que é necessário. Localizado em uma área residencial longe do centro turístico, mas com ônibus na porta. Fica próximo a um parque bem agradável. O metrô é um pouco distante, mas dá tranquilamente pra ir andando.
• Marie Christine (10/5): Super endroit pour visiter Madrid ! - Tout La facilité d'accès au parking et d'une manière la facilité des explications de Miguel et des accès de l'appartement. La présence d'un gardien et d'une supérette à côté ! La proximité avec Madrid et la serviabilité de Miguel très présent sur Whatsapp pour répondre à toutes les questions. Le lien envoyé par Miguel vers une application de taxis pas chers ( 13€ pour être au centre de Madrid en 1/2 h ) en remplacement du métro inutilisable pour travaux. L'appartement très joli et très fonctionnel et le lit très confortable. Si l'on doit passer à Madrid on reviendra chez Miguel. Au début j'ai un peu râlé pour la fermeture du métro mais Miguel n'y est pour rien et nous a donné un lien vers une solution de substitution très efficace !

Everything was excellent and well thought of by the landlord, and Mr. Jose was always available for any support whenever needed This is a premium apartment located within a secured and gated residential compound at a well served spot of Madrid nearby a number of fancy Malls and other shopping outlets The apartment built-up area is a bit small, but one can still manage to enjoy the stay without any problems
• TEODORA (10/5): Fabulous stay! - Peaceful area, expectations met (like in the pictures), comfortable and very smooth communication with the property. They showed high degree of flexibility, which we appreciated. Parking was a plus, since we were going by car. Would repeat 100% No complaints at all, as long as you’re aware that arriving to the city center takes about one hour (bus + metro) or 30 min by Uber.
