• AndresMMC (10/5): Perfecto apartamento para disfrutar de Roquetas - Un apartamento muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado. No uses las instalaciones pero tiene muchas para cosas para pasar unos días extraordinarios. Un poco más de limpieza en la cocina y eché en falta unas servilletas o un poco de papel de cocina. Pero no empezé que lo califique de excelente.

Equipped with all that is needed for comfort stay. Fast internet. Balcony with sun most of the daytime. It's closed secure area. Whatever questions you have contact with owners is instant. Check-in is easy and flexible. On getting keys you have all needed instructions. Underground private parking space.

• Michaela (9/5): - We stayed for one month and we liked absolutely everything about this stay. The locatin ( 400 meters to the beach and sea ⛵, underground garage, apartment with 2 bedrooms, big terrace where you can enjoy your meals, spacious living room, comfortable beds. Washing machine, fridge working very well. To Almeria 20 minutes by car. The only thing we didn't like is the neighbours above us - pretty loud, sometimes until 2 o' clock night... But it didn't bother us that much. For us it was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed at and if we come again in this region, we will repeat.
• Carlos (10/5): Extraordinario - Prácticamente todo. La urbanización es un espectáculo, con un montón de piscinas, un gimnasio, jardines ... Hasta seguridad privada. Hablando de la casa, es como si estuvieras en la tuya. Con todas las comodidades que puedas desear. Dos smart TV, amplia terraza, sofá cómodo. En cuanto a la ubicación, se encuentra lo suficientemente alejada de la playa para no sufrir los ruidos de los bares y restaurantes, pero cerca para poder ir andando (apenas a cuatrocientos metros). Nada de nada. Si acaso, el no tener más días de vacaciones. El garaje es un poco dificultoso de maniobrar ya que tiene multitud de columnas.
• Wiktor Pustuła (6/5): - We really enjoyed the large terrace and the spacious apartment, which also had two TVs and two bathrooms. There were plenty of towels, and having an on-site pool and underground parking made our stay very convenient. The location was excellent, and the host was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was moldy, so we couldn’t use it, and there was an unpleasant smell in the air throughout the apartment. The washing machine also had an odd odor, and some basic items were missing, like dish soap in the kitchen and soap in the bathroom. We also noticed mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing.

• cristina (10/5): Acogedor - Los anfitriones son muy amables, la urbanización está muy bien cuidada,es tranquila y la gente es muy respetuosa, tiene varias piscinas, el gimnasio está muy completo con máquinas multifuncionales. cerca de todo, super, playa, restaurantes, el apartamento es muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario. No hay nada que destacar
• Jesmona (9/5): Clean and comfortable - This was a very nice clean and comfortable apartment. It was exceptionally well equipped. Main bedroom had a double bed and a TV on the wall. Second bedroom with twin beds.The living room had a very large smart TV, comfortable sofa and an IKEA rocking chair. I loved the covered terrace which was overlooking swimming pools. The whole development was very well maintained and clean and secure. There was some noise from the neighbours in the apartment above (dragging furniture!) which is why I’ve dropped my score one point. Nothing
