• Kathryn (9/5): Beautiful apartment, fantastic location! - The apartment is very centrally located - two minutes from the Spanish steps and less than ten to Trevi fountain. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. The hosts were attentive, helpful and responsive! I had contact with the owners of the property on WhatsApp. Our flight arrived late which I informed them of ahead of time. They were fine with the late check-in and asked me to message them when I was outside the property before pressing the buzzer to be let in to the apartment building. I had messaged them a couple of times when we landed and were en-route which weren't responded to, which made me feel a little anxious that maybe we wouldn't be able to get in, but we were let into the building and then were able to access the apartment easily. Personal opinions, but there are no blackout blinds. We needed to close the external shutters and still some light came in. The pillows were memory foam and a little flat for my liking. Lastly, the coffee machine wasn't working completely. All just small details and nothing major.
