Cozinha bem equipada, cama confortável, roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Anfitrião com fácil comunicação. Perto da feirinha. Poderia ser investido em roupas de cama que não amasse ou passar as mesmas. Não tem garagem. Em dias de semana e pela noite conseguimos encontrar vaga na rua. Em dias e horários da feirinha não tem vaga.
