• Joanna (8/5): Nice flat in excellent location - The location was great, close to the city centre and the language school. The apartment is nice - spacious and well kitted out and the beds are very comfortable. (There was spare bedding /duvets in the wardrobe). The shower was particularly good (very large). It tends to be very noisy in the streets around the apartment and there were a few problems when we arrived (broken shutter/window, no hot water). I would recommend providing guests with a short page of instructions in the apartment (e.g. how the heating works - via air con machines not radiators and location of the nearest bins). Also the pre-checkin paperwork is very cumbersome and the Chat-bot cannot deal with issues. However, when I called the telephone number the staff were very helpful and resolved the problems quickly.

• ELİF BÜŞRA (9/5): We were satisfied in every aspect and would love to stay again. - It was excellent in every aspect and we were satisfied with the apartment. Its location was very central. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. Everything we needed was available. Since there are cafés and restaurants around the building, it gets a bit noisy at night. Also the bed in the main bedroom was a little bit uncomfortable.

• Marion (8/5): Central location in busy bar district- so expect and prepare for late night noise - Perfect location for buses and bars and bustling restaurants and shops Because it is close to the lovely bars and restaurants and late night opening the noise is really something you need to consider. We read the reviews about noise so came prepared with ear plugs, headphones and even sleeping pills! But even when the Saturday and Sunday late night revellers are gone, there are the motorbikes and bin lorries to consider. That was 1am on one occasion. ..
• Elizabeth (8/5): Great location; good hosts! - Simple and comfortable apartment in a very good location, within easy reach of the major sites in Granada, either on foot or by public transit. The hosts were very responsive to all of my questions both before and during our stay. A five minute walk from El Corte Ingles department store, which has an excellent grocery market on the lower level. Though the location overall is very good, the apartment is on a corner with restaurants on all three adjacent corners, which means there was a lot of street noise every evening starting around 4:30 or so, and going on through the evening. Even so, things quieted down by 10:30 PM, and all of the windows are equipped with very heavy wooden shutters, which are great for both blocking out street light and noise. (But also air; I recommend using the fans provided or the air conditioning if needed.) We arrived the day after the major power outage in Spain, which affected a couple of the appliances in the apartment, and we didn't have hot water the first morning. The hosts were very responsive though, and sent someone to fix it while we were out, and everything was fine after that.

• Laura (4/5): Great location - This apartment is in an excellent location The apartment was very loud there was noise throughout the night every night. The shower fixing was off the wall when we arrived. I reported when we arrived but there was no follow up to repair it. The dishwasher was so dirty we didn’t use it. There was a unit on the bedroom which was not attached to the wall and extremely unsafe
• Zenaida (7/5): Good apartment but need a little cleaning - The location was great The cleanliness was uncomfortable in the shower and the communication with customer service. Just to answer my question I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes. The Sofa wasn’t comfortable.
• Deirdre (10/5): The apartment was in a perfect location for walking to popular tapas bars and evening entertainment. We had a lovely nig - Great location and very comfortable for two couples. The only small issue was that the shower head could use some maintenance.
