New, clean and conveniently located! - - Fantastic location in downtown Macau with easy access to free shuttle bus services between the major casinos. - Convenient shopping mall below hotel for F&B and also for groceries. - Decently appointed room with good shower, and a huge bed! - Really nice infinity pool with choices of different depths. - Had challenges setting the A/C. It was either too cold or too warm. - For the price paid, I would have expected unlimited supply of drinking water in the room but we were expected to pay for the 4th bottle onwards. - Check-in time 3pm and check-out time 11am seems rather extreme for a 5-star hotel.

- Michel (6/5): Overall, a great location but the mgmt of the guest environment and facilities needs improvement. - Great location. I visited Macau specifically to explore the Portuguese and Chinese historical sites rather than the casinos, and this spot was perfect. It is within walking distance of almost all the major landmarks and cultural attractions. Wi-Fi: High signal strength but very poor actual speeds during peak times. Not suitable for voice or video calls. Room 1221: This room has a connecting door, and unfortunately, the neighbors were smoking and very loud. The hotel didn't seem to monitor the non-smoking policy, and I had to block the door with a towel to keep the smell out. Policy: No pool access after checkout. In the April heat with a late 7:00 PM flight, it was disappointing not to be able to use the facilities before leaving.

Unfortunately, however, there are enormous service problems which are unacceptable for the price and lead to deductions in the overall rating. 1.Arrival: there was no greeting at all — no hello, no “how are you,” just “check-in is not possible yet, please leave again?” An absolute disgrace. 2.When check-in was finally possible, we had to wait 30 minutes. Sorry, this could have been organized differently, and it was never such a problem in any other hotel. 3.The worst part is that the refund of the deposit has still not been processed and is supposed to take two weeks — really, none of the other hotels in China had such nonsense.

Everything closed early and there was no continuity to the hotel - everything seemed disjointed. Luckily we did not spend much time there.

- Ray (9/5): Great family hotel - The hotel is very new. Some shops are opened only. The room is very updated with good lighting and all controls (lighting, air con and TV) work. Hotel staff tried their best to serve us as there were alot of movement in the late morning till late afternoon. Overall it's a good hotel with lots of potential. We love it as there was no casino inside the hotel =) The only gripe was there is no do not disturb button. Maybe there was but we did not manage to find it. Also, signages for queuing up for checking in could be better as the queue had to go round a pillar which some hotel guests upon arriving were confused.

- Antonio (3/5): Bizarre experience, poor service - Relatively new hotel, large rooms Service is below par. No English spoken, you’re asked to leave a deposit in cash. Continental breakfast was very weak, it is centered around the Chinese breakfast. I had a bizarre event where the cleaning messed my toiletries, reading glasses and medicines that were in the bathroom. They also left on the sofa a used face mask - disgusting. I reported this to the hotel manager, but they didn’t seem to care at all. I will never go there again.

According to booking confirmation, breakfasts are included so we would expect all 3 adults are provided breakfast, but turned out "only 2 adults" were provided breakfast. Additional charge of MOP218 is required for a simple breakfast!!!! The booking confirmation was very misleading!! (2) Booking confirmation shows the family room will enjoy "seaview" but in fact only when we stood at the small balcony then we could see the so called "seaview"....from the room you could not see any "seaview"..the AD was misleading!! (3) Most staffs could not speak Cantonese (a local language in Macau)!

- Ricardo (5/5): Amazing location and view, ruined by an unexperienced staff... - Located in the heart of Macau, with close walkable access everywhere, and without a casino operating in the hotel, it is perfect to wonder about, the views are great, the location is fantastic. Booked a room for 3 people (to include our 1.8m 15 year old). That was made clear in the booking, paid for the most expensive suite to get a room and a living room, and when we get to the apartment, there is no 3rd bed. There are 2 hotels with different rates and different rooms at this location, so had to pay extra to actually get a room with multiple beds. Why not warn me when I book a room for 3 that there is only 1 bed? ridiculous! At checkout the deposit and the extra payment for the rooms where all mixed up by the staff, that wanted to charge everything again - unnecessary stress at 4 am when trying to go to airport ASAP. Please fix your processes...

- Julian (7/5): Great location with wonderful views but the the staff training requires some work. - Position great Checking in not very efficient. The name in my passport has my middle name and the Booking.com booking name did not have my middle name so they were not allowing me to check in. Only after management intervention could I check in. Had to pay MOP1000 as a deposit. On checking out I was told it would take two weeks for a refund. Why so long? The bathroom had a very strong drain smell. Only after putting a damp cloth and a paper bin over the drain plug on the floor could I reduce the smell. My rate included breakfast so one morning I decided not to have a full breakfast so just went in to take a banana to eat in the room later but were stopped on the way out for removing a banana and insisted I need to eat it before leaving.

I was not served espresso coffee at 9:37am (breakfast finishes at 10:00) I insisted and asked to pay 86$ MOP which I paid . Unacceptable for 5-star hotel not to serve proper coffee rather than a poor mix of instant coffee and water 2. Omelette breakfast very bad quality oil used , chef needs to improve

- Tao (9/5): Great location! - Location is super convenient, very easy to get around just by walking. Staff is very friendly. I arrived a little too early, Ms Icey at the reception was very helpful, getting me checked in right away, and the room was great!

- Jacobus (7/5): There are better options available. - Good location. Friendly staff. Overpriced. When I was booking this hotel suite, there was never any mention of having to pay a large security deposit which will only be paid back 3 weeks after checking out. Ridiculous!
- Brian (7/5): Good - The location was great, and room was spacious with good hardware. Check in staff could only speak Mandarin, and the entrance was kinda tricky... you need to walk up a slope and then the check in was strangely at 2F rather than the floor you entered.
- Wei (9/5): Enjoyable stay. - The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The extra large double bed is very comfortable. The absence of a casino makes this the perfect accommodation for the family. The porters and the counter staff could have been more proactive in attending to guests standing in front of the counter during check out.
