Guest Reviews
- Brenda (8/5): Very good - The kitchen and laundry facilities were great. We didn't have a toaster at first, but I sent a message to the owner, requesting one, and Michelle brought a new one to the door that night. Michelle is a very nice, kind and caring person. Queen bed was very comfortable, although a little too low for older people to get up from. The apartment had plenty of natural light coming in. Other people staying/living in the building were very polite and friendly. It's an easy walk to the nearby private hospital and there's an IGA and Domino's around the corner. We stayed at 3 different apartments in the CBD/Spring Hill area and this one was the best value by far being self contained and convenient to the hospital. If the issues noted in my dislikes are addressed, it'd be perfect. The click clack type sofa bed was way too hard and too short to sleep on. A quality sofa bed and a higher Queen bed would be the top priority for the owner to invest in. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is very noisy and needs attention. A cloth and detergent for washing the dishes and a rubbish bag would be helpful. Please note there are 8 steps to climb to access the lift. Getting heavy suitcases up the steps is difficult.
- Patricia (7/5): We would stay again, pretty good vakue - Location very convenient to city, just a short walk Room had most things needed for a comfy stay A bath mat in bathroom would have helped. More linen on beds, especially second bed for third person in lounge room. All in all we had a good night
- Sandy (1/5): WARNING OTHERS DISGUSTING - Nothing The complete experience. All communication was through text messages. Dirty cups in the sink. Tv and AC remotes didn't work. The bed in the main room is so close to the floor. I advised them that the sofa bed was needed when we got there, it was not made, and there was no other bedding in the room. When we asked for some, we got a blanket in a doona cover, that's it. No sheet, no other pillow. No tea or coffee, just a kettle. The room, hallways, and lift smelt disgusting. We paid $187 for the night. We need an invoice for our stay, and I am still fighting to get one, and it has been a week. On Booking.com, the name and number of the place are different. When you call them and say there is no 31 or hilltop, they advise it is number 41, and booking must have the wrong address. The name on the building is Bart's apartments. They request you send a photo of your photo ID to a mobile number, which I was not happy about as I have no idea who the number belonged too, and there is no reception or office you can talk to a person.VERY POOR SERVICE.
- Joshua (3/5): Needs attention - I had a roof They was only 1 blanket, sofa bed didn’t have one and had to get the owner to bring me one and could only get it to me at a inconvenient time. Air con didn’t work. Didn’t feel safe with no safety latch on the door.
