- Marta (7/5): Estudio pequeño con todo lo necesario - Estudio pequeño para dos personas máximo, ya que no hay mucho espacio. Hay parada del tranvía cerca, el apartamento es nuevo y está bien equipado. El termo de agua no calienta lo suficiente. Limpieza mejorable.

- Nataly (9/5): Very good choice for couples - The apartment is new, the building is very nice and also the area. Very well equipped and excellent located especially if you are with car ( lots of parking spots) The mattress and the pillows were super comfortable! It looks much bigger at the pictures. Too narrow for three people except you use it only to sleep in it.

I had to work from the appartemnt, so the foldable desk and chair worked perfectly for my laptop and portable monitor setup. The owner was quick to respond to anything I needed. I'm defenetly booking this one again when I'm in back in Murcia.
