Super fijn en groot balkon met uitzicht op de zee. Contact met de eigenaar verliep heel goed, hele vriendelijke mensen . Ik raad dit appartement ten zeerste aan!

• Cristina (10/5): Para quedarse a vivir - Todo, el alojamiento tenía todo lo que se necesitaba. Además de limpio y cómodo, estaba totalmente acondicionado y con mucho gusto.

• Bert (9/5): Bien, Bene, Benicassim - De gastheer was flexibel rond onze aankomsttijd en communiceerde vlot en snel op onze vragen. Het appartement is kraaknet. Het beste in jaren dat we hebben gehad. Dikke pluim daarvoor. Het was er ook erg stil. Mogelijks in de zomer minder als er veel meer toeristen zijn. Ook een gratis overdekte parking is handig. De wandeling langs de kust is een aanrader. Via een houten steiger kan je een heel eind lopen langs de zee. Je kan er ook de fantastische villa's bewonderen, soms wat verouderd, maar de grandeur straalt het wel nog uit. Weinig. Er is niet zoveel te zien aan de kust. Op een half uur stappen heb je wel een levendige straat met winkels, bars, bakkers en restaurants die minder toeristisch lijken dan die langs de kust. Naast het gebouw gaan ze vermoedelijk een nieuw complex optrekken binnenkort wat mogelijks wel lawaai en stof kan opleveren. De foto waarop het rode appartementsgebouw te zien is, is getrokken vanuit het appartement waar we verbleven. Een klein detail voor de winter : de zwembaden waren leeg.

• Reiner (10/5): - Die Grösse des Apartements, der grosse Balkon. Alles ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Balkon lädt sowohl morgens zum frühstücken als auch Abends für einen schönen Sonnenuntergang ein. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Parkplätze auf dem Gelände sind für grössere Autos, wir waren mit einem Ford Tourneo dort, nicht geeignet. Man kann aber auch an der Strasse parken. Wir bekamen morgens um 9 bereits eine Anfrage, wann wir denn ausziehen würden. Wenn als Check out Time 11 Uhr angegeben ist, erübrigt sich eine solche Frage eigentlich.

Kitchen equipped with everything, you can really use it. The balcony is at the edge of the building offering sun from morning to evening as well as shadow, just as you want and a great view to the sea. Several possibilities to sit and relax. Just wonderful. Very friendly host. You have to walk to the city center some minutes but if you want to relax and have only a few meters to the beach it is perfect. Pool only in operation until mid September.

• Iveta (10/5): Stunning sea view and spacious apartment with everything you may need - This was the best apartment we've ever stayed in in Benicassim and we've been going there for many years. The owners met us at the door, they had great communication, the apartment is extremely clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, massive balcony and it has everything you may need from air con, brand new dishwasher to hairdryer, even cotton buds, etc. The apartment is very well looked after and has beautiful decoration, you can see that the owners really look after it. They even provide towels and bedsheets, I've been to other apartments where they charge extra for this. The beds were comfortable and we slept super well. Honestly excellent and we'd love to be back! Nothing
• Sofía (10/5): Para repetir mil veces - Nos gustó todo. Sólo tengo cosas buenas que decir. El apartamento: genial, bien equipado, buen tamaño, y muy cuidado. La terraza: impresionante sus vistas del mar, y gracias a su tamaño se puede disfrutar mucho para estar, comer en familia, etc. El complejo: súper completo para niños, hay pista de tenis, columpios y una piscina súper chula. Ubicación: perfecta, es nuestra zona favorita de Benicassim. Y por último, muy importante, los anfitriones: aun teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, este es el punto que más marca la diferencia, se nota que se preocupan de que estés a gusto, están súper disponibles y son encantadores. No tengo nada que decir!

The location is excellent, a short distance from the beach and from a large supermarket. The complex pool is also large and well maintained.

• Mario (9/5): Great apartment on good location. - Very nice hosts - they were there on our arrival and explained everything. Apartment looked exactly as on photos. Good view, close to the beach and the complex had their own pool. Although we knew that there is no air conditioning - we stayed there when even night time temperatures were really high. And this made our stay bit uncomfortable. Therefore recommendation is to invest on air conditioning. I understand that 10 month in a year you don't need it but temperature during our visit was 34 degrees, so it bit cool air was really missed
