• Jeffrey (9/5): A lovely place in a great location for exploring Madrid. - A great location for exploring Madrid. Despite being right in Gran Via, the place is very quiet and peaceful because it is an interior apartment with windows that look out onto a pretty central courtyard. The host was communicative and helpful. The interior is very pretty and well-maintained. It is small but that was okay with us because we were not spending much time there. A major subway station is just down the block. Although you use your cell phone to enter the building and apartment, the host does provide a key. We were never able to get the key to work, which wasn't an issue because the phone worked, but knowing the key would work if something happened to our phones would have been nice. Also, we could not figure out how to unlock the apartment from the inside without using our phones. The host said to just turn the knob on the lock, but we could never get it to work. Not the end of the world but you should be able to exit a place quickly if there is an emergency.

• Claudia Michel (7/5): - Good location and nice place They oblige you to pay an extra fee to do their check in of 20 euros not reimbursable or they wont let you in, even if you already paid the stay. Also they arrive earlier than the according time to check you out

• Bin (5/5): 在门口打不开门的感觉非常糟糕。 - 卫生尚可，位置尚可 锁卡住了，电子锁跟钥匙都打不开门，需要尝试很久才行，一天晚上实在打不开找客服等了一个小时的备用钥匙还是不行，最终还是扭来扭去好久才能开。中途隔壁的住客刚好回家，他说这种事每周都会发生，真的很难理解为啥不去解决。 第二天防止开不了锁耽误回国行程，换了一间房，位置跟设施都很差，有个插座有问题还发生了跳闸。 非常失望。原房间的位置跟设施勉强给个4分，其他的只有负分。

• marta raquel (9/5): Excelente ubicación, hermoso departamento! - La ubicación, las instalaciones y la comodidad El sistema que tienen para entrar fallo entonces tuvimos que llamar nos atendieron de 10 pero hubo que esperar al encargado un buen rato para que lo solucionen!!!

The location is unbeatable—within easy walking distance to all major attractions and just minutes from the metro, making city exploration effortless. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and both the bed and couch were incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect stay for three people. On top of that, the host was gracious and attentive, ensuring we had a seamless and enjoyable visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great hospitality!
