• DIDIER (8/5): - Très bon emplacement, très propre, grande chambre. Rue calme, pas de bruit de trafic.Buffet petit déjeuner correct. Personnel tres reactif : un petit pb sur un pommeau de douche réparé très rapidement Prix très élevé pour ce niveau de standing mais réservation fait en J-1 ... Peu d’insonorisation au sein de l’hôtel, mais très liée aux clients indélicats qui ne font pas attention

• Marta (7/5): Excelente ubicacion y buena relación precio calidad para una estancia standard - La ubicacion es excelente, a pocos pasos de una zona muy comercial y con mucho transporte de la Gran Via. El desayuno es standard, pero completo. Sin avisarnos nos dieron una habitación con baño para discapacitados. La ducha estaba entre la bacha y el inodoro de modo que despues de ducharse quedaba el piso muy mojado para acceder al inodoro. Quisimos cambiar de habitación y no había disponibilidad. Pedimos un trapo aunque sea para secar y nos dieron un balde con trapeador que habia que devolver inmediatamente. Esta situacion fue muy incomoda.

A localizacao apesar de proxima da Gran Via, era estranha e havia sempre pessoas estranhas proximas a entrada do hotel. Foi bem insatisfatoria.

The free 001 bus (that runs from Atocha Station to Moncloa) stops at the bottom of the road, two minutes from the hotel. The young chap on reception was extremely helpful. All staff very pleasant.

• Michael (8/5): A decent place with a few issues. - Good location close to restaurants with short walks to museums and tourist attractions. Bathroom didn’t have a dedicated shower. Designed for a disabled person, the shower was a curtained section in the middle of the bathroom causing the floor to get wet everywhere. Room cooling didn’t work well

Çıkış esnasında oda da böcek gördük ama iletemedik çünkü acelemiz vardı. Onun haricinde odada kötü bir durumla karşılaşmadık. Günlük rutin temizlik yapılmıyor anladığım kadarıyla muhakkak iletmeniz gerekiyor. Ayrıca oda da cam çok küçük havalandırma konusu sıkıntılı. Yani camı açtığınızda böcek girmiş olabilir. Tel ile bir önlem alınsa çok iyi olur.

• Sarah (10/5): If I ever visit Spain again, it’s Los Condes for stay - I liked the well appointed room. Quiet luxury. Breakfast was a good spread. Location was perfect. Walking distance to shops, some sights and a church. Spent one of the beast Easter’s in my life in Madrid commencing with a beautiful mass service. All good. Compared to other hotels across Europe, Los Condes gives spacious rooms at good rates.

The overall location was fine as it was by the Gran Via, but the street was not accessible by a vehicle, and we had to take our suitcases uphill. Could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. The room was tight as we booked a triple.
