• Kevin (6/5): Spacious apartment in central location - The central location for the old town and for front. Spacious and modern feel to the apartment. I'm afraid it started off very badly in relation to getting the keys on the first night. I tried to contact the lettings agency asking for key codes but they kept saying I've got to use Whatsapp and watch videos of the key box locations. Did contact them after landing but same thing, but they did send email, which I had no WIFI for, so I had no choice but to get the shuttle bus to resort, and then stop at a hotel nearby for 109e, it was late around 21.30 and finding the key box in the adjacent gardens would have been difficult. Next morning, I used the hotels WIFI and viewed the email, it gave a location but I had to ask the staff in the bar named to actually locate the box outside, so I got access at last. You have refunded already the first night's fees, which I thank you for. It didn't end well I regret to say. on the morning of vacating the flat which I planned to be out well before 10.0am, the keybox by apt door would not open on the combination. I had to contact the agency to ask them permission to leave the key inside the apt, Then the other keybox outside would not work on the combination given, so again another message to the agency, who told me the combination had changed!. This whole experience spoilt the holiday, I am a pensioner with a basic mobile and limited knowledge of phone technology and feel discriminated against on this instance, it was lucky the shuttle dropped me off outside the (Obal) hotel which had a room and saved me walking around Marbella late at night looking for a room, but my stay started being 109e out of pocket.
• Jolanda (8/5): Erg aangenaam ivm locatie maar toe aan upgrade. - Locatie tegenover oude stad geweldig. Ook de parkeergarage onder het pand ideaal. Communicatie met verhuurder snel en prettig. Oude en samengeraapte meubels, onderhoud appartement slecht en zwembad niet te gebruiken. Jammer, maar mocht de pret niet drukken.
• Tetyana (7/5): - Месторасположение отличное, всё рядом. Пляж, рынок, парк, магазины, рестораны. Окна выходили на проезжую часть, поэтому было очень шумно. Не работала стиральная машина, пришлось покупать средство для прочистки канализации в душе, но помогало на короткое время.
• A. Steenman- Singh (6/5): Prima locatie maar veel achterstallig onderhoud - De locatie was prima, vlakbij het strand en centrum. Eigen parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage. Erg gehorig door bouwwerkzaamheden in het complex en het verkeer. Doucheput loopt blijkbaar al jaren niet door. Beddengoed was oud en vies, is vervangen. Wasmachine is kapot, badkamerdeur is stuk en gaat niet dicht dus weinig privacy. Weinig keukengerei. Bed in de 2e slaapkamer is te klein voor lange personen. Deze klachten worden al geruime tijd gemeld in eerdere recensies. De beheerder deze klachten meerdere malen gemeld en beloofde ze op te lossen, maar komen niet. Ter compensatie een late checkout gehad.
• Souhayl (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Location Listing does not match the reality, and I would not recommend this property to other travelers. First, apartment was advertised as a 2-bedroom apartment (“2 full bedrooms”), but in reality, there is only one actual bedroom. The so-called “second bedroom” is actually a windowless closet with a bed inside—no natural light, no ventilation. AC is only available in one of the "2 rooms". Second, the glass door of the bathroom DID not close. So no intimacy. Basically we had to stay in one of the rooms while other guests were in the bathroom. Maintenance never came to fix it. Also, there were some cables like unfinished work in the bathroom. Third, washing machine did not work. We could not use it. Fourth, we didn't have access to parking when we needed it but only 1 day later because they forgot to give us the keys. Fifth, no supplies at all: 3 toilets paper rolls, no salt, no pepper, no oil, NOTHING. No shower gel, no shampoo. Sixth, one of the bedrooms (individual bed) had no pillows. As I said, avoid at all costs... so many better options out there

• Lewis (5/5): Great location but the apartment requires some attention - The location was perfect. It is right next to the beach and very central to the old town and centre. The apartment doesn’t entirely look like the photos. There are quite a few things that need fixing/attention to make it nicer. - The bathroom door is broken and doesn’t close. - There are wires sticking out of the wall - Almost every drawer in the apartment was broken - The swimming pool was closed for construction which we were not made aware of before our stay - The sheets on the beds were not very clean when we arrived and no spares - No lightbulbs in any of the lamps

• Clinto (7/5): Good overall. We would re-book. - We were able to check-in early which was great. The location is excellent. Just across the road from the Old Town and a short walk down to the beach. Plenty of supermarkets nearby for shopping. There is a nice view out of the huge apartment windows onto a park / garden area. A few things - fixtures and fittings wise are looking a little tired but everything works. There was nothing food / drink wise provided - not even salt & pepper or a small bottle of water. Only 1 and half toilet rolls provided so we had to buy more and left 6 unused. Also only 1 washing machine tablet provided.
• Rhiannon (10/5): Brilliant! - Location is PERFECT. Few mins away from the beach and a street over from the apartment is the old town. Super spacious inside and has all the facilities you would need in an apartment. Lovely view of the park ! And has car parking available. Will definitely be staying again. Hosts are super responsive as well. Next to nothing to fault it on

The quality of the room was poor, upon arrival the lid of the toilet was broken, the air did not circulate in the room. We bought the capsules, but then found out that the instant coffee machine in the room didn't work. With a little effort, you could get this just fine.

• Medhat (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect. A/Cs ,TV ,satellite programs was satisfactory. Bed sheets are in Polyester, should be in cotton. Very little hangers for towels & clothes etc... The aluminum windows needs to be changed as we can hear if someone is talking in the street at night &the cars running in the street although we were at the 3rd floor.

Location is really good ✅️✅️✅️ Good space in flat ✅️✅️ Comfortable and secure ✅️✅️ Good WiFi ✅️✅️ Simple instructions to get in and out ✅️ Host was responsive and also let us check in early due to our flight arrival times (clarify with them thoe)✅️ Also mini supermarket across the road really good ✅️✅️✅️ Few negative, but this is a general viewpoint because not all of these problems bothered me The blind in the front room is annoying could do with changing There is a taxi rank downstairs, so it is a little louder, but nothing significant to me, but I can imagine some people having an issue with it, but for me personally, it wasn't bad Bathroom door doesn't stay closed it's a sliding door. Clearly, I just used a towel to wedge and closed it wasn't that big a deal, but still ino some would moan Overall it was ok

Close to old town and beach but avoid if your like your sleep - Location is exceptional 5 minute walk to beach and located across the road from the old town. Lovely park across the road from the apartment. Lift access to apartment. Most units within the complex seem to be medical businesses such as physiotherpists etc. We visited Marbella for a wedding so didnt spend much time in apartment. We were 3 adult males. Apartment was clean. Excellent value for money for our stay. There is a small swimming pool in the apartment complex which we used one morning after the wedding to cure the hangovers. Check out was 10.30am and cleaning lady was bang on time. Bathroom slide door was not hung properly so it kept sliding open of its own accord other reviewer has stated they had same issue. Itmay be fixed now by management. Shower drained slowly. Yes their is a taxi rank right below living room window apartment is on third floor. There is noise but as we had 3 late nights with wedding it didnt bother us however if your looking for sleep it may not be the best choice.
• Christine (1/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID - location Noise omg you won’t sleep , taxi rank outside door people getting out of taxi all hours , public noise is horrendous 2nd bedroom is a make shift room no window , small prison like cell room so hot and stuffy with a slide door that had to be kept open at nite as too hot and Bathroom slide door wouldn’t close so we had no privacy we had to wait till we go to restaurant to go to toilet fully . so embarrassing having to shower with door opened . we reported these to management and to be fair to them they gave us kettle towels & wine n chocs but bathroom door wasn’t fixed . no wardrobe or locker in 2nd bedroom had to hang clothes on the ground and you can see this desk just thrown into prison room , main bedroom has wardrobes but no heavy curtains so at nite you could see in . Overall very disappointing! it’s a pity as the location of this apt is excellent but the rest is a let down .
• Niamh (5/5): Passable - Great location, short walk to the beach and Marbella old town. - There wasn’t enough supplies left in the apartment e.g Toilet roll - Aircon was leaking in the sitting room - Put on a wash in the washing machine and the machine broke down. We are still waiting for our clothes that were stuck in the machine to be sent to us.
• Emer (4/5): Disappointing - Positives were: The key was in a lock box at the apartment. It is in a good location close to old town and short walk to the beech. There was a good shower. The sheets on the beds were clean. The air con was overall very good in the apartment. The apartment was not really clean, dishes were grubby, the fridge had not been cleaned, curtains were poor some were broke. The 'second bedroom', was a large cupboard with a day bed in it and a sliding door into the living room no window and no air con. There was a festival in the park beside us the week we were there, (which was lovely to visit) but extremely loud and the windows were vibrating, which ruled out any chance of resting in the afternoon. The noise is obviously not the fault of the owners but a prior warning would have been welcomed.
• Lewis (1/5): Average apartment, awful management. - The living room was spacious and light. We had a terrible experience with the management of the property. We checked in to the property at around 9pm on Thursday evening, and went straight to sleep. We were woken up at 7:30am by banging and drilling in the unit directly next to the apartment. It wasn’t just minor construction work, and was clear that the unit was being refurbished. We messaged the manager of the property who had introduced himself via WhatsApp to voice our concerns, as we were going to be working in the apartment and needed to be able to take Zoom calls. He directed us to contact them through the booking.com app, which we did. In their reply, they said “we already complaint about the noises with the community, but there is nothing we can do”, showing that they knew full well there was construction work happening in the building. I informed them that unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to stay in the apartment, and would have to book elsewhere. In their reply they said the would refund us for the remainder of our stay (7 more nights), but first we would have to check out and cancel the booking so it became available again on booking.com (I have screenshot proof of this message). We checked out, and left the apartment exactly as it was found less than 16 hours after first arriving. When we tried to cancel the apartment through booking.com and apply for the refund, we were informed by booking.com that they would have to contact the property manager to agree to this. Obviously due to our earlier conversation we didn’t think there would be an issue with this. Booking.com then informed us that the apartment had rejected our cancellation and refund request on the grounds that they had “no idea about the noise”, even though we had fully checked out of the apartment and even though they had admitted it and okayed the refund on the app. Needless to say, the property manager has since completely ignored us apart from the automated message to review our stay after our booking was complete.

• Mitchell (7/5): LOCATION LOCATION - Location location!!, just steps away from.promenade sea front and steps away from old town , nice large apartment well furnished Unfortunately noise can be an issue, close to busy road and taxi rank directly under apartment 24hr , so if you like early nights you may struggle
• Raih (9/5): Superb - The appartement wa excellent located between the Old Town and the beach next to Alameda Park. Always short ways. It was big, comfortable and well equipped. The owner contacted us early and reacted fast to our questions. Very easy check-in and out. No, Nothing to complain.
