• Jovana Dozanin (10/5): - 1.Top location - 10minutes walk from Colloseum and metro station (2stops to Termini), minute walk to the bus lines that goes to many landmarks. Good connection from Fiumicino airport (train to Termini +2 stops with metro). Well stocked Supermarket in front of the building. Good choice of food nearby. We like to walk,on many places we went on foot and it is great having in mind that buses may be late. 2. Clean, quite, authentic building 3. Very kind host gave us a map and helped us with public transport to landmarks I am really satisfied, big recommendation! If we come back to Rome, we will definitely choose the same place! Nothing.

• Rafael (7/5): - Великолепное расположение рядом с Колизеем, до него идти не больше 5 минут, что для нас являлось главным плюсом и перекрыло все минусы. Хозяйка всегда была на связи и помогала с вопросами. Номер очень просторный. Также есть утюг в общей зоне, что также большой плюс для путешествий. Номер был достаточно грязным, было ощущение что после предыдущих гостей заменили только пастельное белье.

• cheryl (8/5): Decent evening restaurants nearby. walk ttcolliseum was easy. - Close to the colosseum and bus pickup. Very secure. Nice little market and bakery nearby. Owner gave us good directions to get to place by train. Rooms were beautiful. The common area chairs are not very comfortable and we would have preferred a regular table instead of a coffee table. We had entry problems and were not instructed on how to open the main door from the inside. What seems normal for locals is foreign to travellers.

The room was perfectly arranged, spotless, and located in an extraordinary area, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. All of this made our trip to Rome even more memorable and special. Highly recommended!

I wish there was an iron to use for my clothes

• Monika (10/5): Super pobyt, brak uwag - Pokój w prywatnym mieszkaniu, w standardzie hotelowym. Bardzo czysto. Nasz pokój był z widokiem na dziedziniec i małym balkonem. Do każdego pokoju w mieszkaniu oddzielne wejscie na kartę, dostępna kuchnia z ekspresem i podstawowym wyposażeniem. W pokoju sejf, kapcie, ręczniki, żel pod prysznic, mała lodówka, klimatyzacja, tv. Nie ma do czego się przyczepić. Lokalizacja na plus - blisko market, przystanek i Koloseum. Wymeldowanie w nocy - bez problemu. Nie mam uwag.

• Pema (10/5): Fantastic stay, clean, comfortable and great location. I would definitely come back 👌 - Amazing place, comfortable, clean with everything you need. Our room had windows to the garden, which made it very quiet, and you could get a good nights sleep. I loved that it was so close to Colosseum, so we could really enjoy the beautiful view of it every time we walked by. Great access to bus and metro. I liked everything about the apartment. Self check-in was easy as well with a good instruction of how to do it.

• Wu (10/5): I’ll come back to this property for sure. - The location is excellent—just a 5–10 minute walk from the Colosseum—yet set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room was clean, well-equipped, and included everything you need for a comfortable stay, from air conditioning to a hairdryer.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Three night stay - Our host provided useful directions upon our arrival in Rome & helped us to find the guest house. Coffee given upon arrival with a map & assistance with restaurants. Location excellent with an easy 10 minute walk through a park to the Colosseum. Lift for use for cases to access upper floor living area, use of communal kitchen, with good coffee machine. Safe, secure & quiet "Linda" room occupied by us, modern decor with free slippers & a lovely bathroom. Local coffee/bakery shops walk two minutes away. We highly recommend & would stay here again. Nothing, all good. Thank you.

• Bogdan (9/5): Clean and great location - Very easy communication, pleasant stay and responsive hosts. We could leave our luggage in the common area after check out and easily picked up when we left to airport. Location is perfect, just 10 min walk from Colosseum.
• Laura (8/5): Fantastic stay and would highly recommend - Fantastic location close to the colloseum and transport links. The room was modern, relatively spacious, clean and had great amenities. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were late arriving to the accomodation for check-in. The host was annoyed and did make this apparent which was not the most welcoming of starts to our stay. But very helpful and attentive otherwise.
• Kokyew (7/5): Nice location but will not come back - Great location and peaceful building. Convenience store downstairs. Also the bedroom was a good size compared to hotels in rome. The shower was excellent. This is a room inside a shared apartment not a hotel or residence. There is no lobby and no one onsite. I should have paid closer attention but the labeling and the way it was presented gave me the wrong impression. The checkin was probably the hardest because you have to coordinate with someone to let you in and that person is not very friendly or understanding that visitors are coming from far distances. There is an expectation that you can predict when you arrive within an hours notice and coming from the port of Citavecchia, this was stressful for us.

Situated within an easy 10 minute walk between both a LINE A and LINE B Metro stops. Near very good bus stops. Routes 85, 87, are excellent for getting around. Hosts were very responsive regarding check- in, but I would suggest you reach out in advance of your arrival to arrange.

• Janka (9/5): Great value for the money. - Great location, we could walk to all sights. A metro station was also close that took us to the Vatican. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was clean and modern, and check-in was flexible and easy. The motorized blinds were broken so we couldn't open them which made the room quite dark during the day. The windows are very thin so if you're sensitive to noises, that might bother you a bit.

It was very very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. I give 10/10 stars for the host, she was really really nice and responsive to all the questions. -

There are always e-scooters opposite the accommodation and that only takes a couple of minutes to get to the colosseum. Good facilities, iron, fridge etc. Nothing! All good.

• Reza (10/5): Brand new and Spacious. - Brand new, high ceiling, very clean, well designed, and spacious room overlooking courtyard with a little balcony. There is also a Nespresso coffee maker with pods in the common kitchen. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. It exceeded our expectation and the reality of it was much better than the photos. Nothing.
• Melanie (10/5): Gorgeous guest house in great location - Lovely warm greeting from our host with detailed tour of facilities and key system. Room was bright, fresh and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Set in a narrow cobbled street, the building style is vintage with high ceilings and original lift, but inside the guest house is modern and sleek. The room felt very safe, with keyless entry and residents only main doors. The location was perfect, 10 min walk to colosseum and right on the bus route. Handy corner grocery store for drinks etc. Few minutes walk to many restaurants, so many to choose from! Highly recommend this guest house after a long day sight seeing in the heat. The air conditioning was great! Nothing at all. 😊

Location was perfect for us as my son mostly loved the colosseum the location ment we walked past it ever day. It’s 25-30mins walk to most other attractions. Staff were very welcoming and met us for an early check in at 12.30. Left your luggage as room wasn’t ready but all checked in and off to explore. Room and bathroom was immaculate. Electronic door entry. New locks cause an issue with the door opening on a few occasions while staff sorted this when we contacted them and supplied an extra manual key it did cause a little stress. If we were out partying and late home I don’t think they would have been so easy to contact them. Would suggest changed to a manual key system.

• Jessica (10/5): Great stay, very modern and near Coliseum - Very modern, brand new guest house. I was only the second person to stay in my room. The host that greeted me was very hospitable and made sure I had what I needed and showed me how to get in and out of the building. The bathroom was very nice and had hot water the whole time. Water and clean towels are provided. It’s about a 9 minute walk to the Coliseum and metro station. There’s a bus stop out in front. I would stay again!
