Sängarna var sköna och det fanns jättebra ljustäckande gardiner att dra för. Badrummet var fint och modernt. Tv'n var stor och behaglig att se på från soffan. Saknade ett duschdraperi för att inte få vatten utöver golvet. Saknade också fler Tv-kanaler som visade filmer och möjligheten att kunna välja språk på undertexterna själv. Tv-utbudet var för tråkigt. Saknade en mindre vägglampa vid köksdelen på kvällen. Valet stod mellan nästan fullt ljus eller inget ljus, och fullt ljus reflekterades i Tv'n. Saknade också större kuddar.

• Marko (9/5): Mukava yllätys tämä paikka ja Boogin kautta edullinen majoitus. - Siisti tilava huone. Oli Deluxe sviitti yöksi. Keittiössä on kaikki tarvittavat laitteet ja välineet uusia ja puhtaita. Sänky itselle hyvä ja tarpeeksi korkea. Modernia ja vanhaa hyvin yhdistettynä. Hissin vanhan alkuperäinen tunnelma ja vedettävä rautaovi oli plussaa tunnelmaan. Asiakaspalvelu toimi niin hyvin kuin pitääkin. Tullaan vaimon kanssa uudestankin. Huoneen kaapissa voisi lisää peittoja ja tyynyjä. Aamiainen oli hieman sekava kuvio. Tilauslappu tuotiin jossa oli paljon aamiaisruokia ja piti laittaa x mitä ei halua syödä. Pöytään tarjoilu vissinki sen takia kun ei ole sesonki ja hiljaista, hyvä ettei tule hävikkiä. Lämpimät tilatut pekonit,nakit ja munat oli kylmiä ja ihan kaikkia haluttuja ei tullut. Kokonaisuus toimi kuitenkin hyvin.

• Heidi (8/5): - Huone oli uusittu, paitsi kylppärin lattia oli vanha.Parkkipaikka ilmainen. Koira maksu 30€, ja kun tulimme hotelliin koira huone ei ollut valmiina. Työntekijä otti maton pois meidän ollessa paikalla, sieltä tuli roskia sekä myös sohvan alta. Respa oli unohtanut kysyä meiltä sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä aamupala toiveet. Nyt hiljaisena aikana ei ollut käytössä aamupala buffettia, vaan aamiainen tarjoiltiin lapun mukaan mitä haluaa syödä. Näistä miinukset edelliseen kertaan verrattuna.

When reserving the room the check-out time was 12:00 but in the hotel it was informed to be 11:00. Toilet flushing was stucking. Venetian blind controls were broken.

• Mauri (8/5): Hyvässä hotellissa huono aamupala. - Huone keittiöllä oli tilava ja keittiö iltapalan nauttimiseen todella hyvä. Huone oli viihtyisästi sisustettu ja siisti. Huoneesta antaisin lähes täydet pisteet. Huonehintaan kuuluva aamupala järjestelyineen oli onneton, lähinnä kysymys oli asiakkaan kiusaamisesta.Mikäli asiakasta pyydetään lomakkeella erikseen kirjallisesti ilmoittamaan, mitä tarjolla olevista ruoista hän ei halua syödä,, niin ei silloin ole kysymys suomalaisesta hotelliaamiaisesta. Kyllähän kokki sitten pöytään ruokaa toi, mutta mikään normaali seisovan pöydän aamupala se ei ollut. Henkilökunnasta tämä ei johdu, vaan kustannusäästöistä. Jatkossa valinta on esim. Scandic, mikäli haluan nauttia hotelliyöstä kunnon aamupalan kanssa.

• Chris (10/5): A beautiful, comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast, though a toothbrush in the room would ha - We really liked the accommodation, especially the illuminated pictures in the hallway. Our room was very beautiful, comfortable, and spacious, and the bathroom was also very nice. The breakfast was fantastic as well. There wasn’t really anything in particular, although I did miss having a hotel toothbrush, as that is usually provided elsewhere.

• Rox_Torino (8/5): Comfortable stay in Rovaniemi - The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and satisfying. The bus stop right in front of the hotel was very convenient, with direct service to the airport. The walk from the hotel to the city center was not so scenic, as it wasn’t through the forest. Prices were quite high for a single night.

Jääkaappi iso plussa ja keittiövälineet myös vaikkei niitä tällä kertaa tarvittu. Hieman epäsiisti, television alapuolella seinässä roiskeita, tiskipöydällä jotain kuivunutta likaa joka rapsutettaessa lähti pois. Vessan harja kylpi vedessä ja harjassa oli vessanpaperin riekaleita. Ei ollut kokovartalopeiliä. Ei ollut ylimääräisiä tyynyjä.

Holiday club oli ylibuukannut varauksia, joten jouduin luopumaan yhdestä vuorokaudesta. Yritys kertoi syyksi, että omistaja-asiakas on aina etusijalla. tämä luvattiin korvata rahassa ja annettiin aamiaislipukkeet .Saunan design oli vähän outo, matala,m utta menetteli.
• Debora (6/5): Overall, I found the accommodation okay, but I wouldn't recommend it or return to this hotel. - Only the location and the comfort of the rooms. I have several comments about the hotel. The room was hot, and we couldn't regulate the air conditioning at all. The bathroom was bad, without a shower stall, so everything gets wet when showering. This is very bad with children. Breakfast was the same every day (we stayed 4 days), always served the same thing. Everything closes very early – the restaurant, the reception – so guests have no food options and need to go to the supermarket (which also closes early). We were traveling with a child and every day we received complaints about noise and disturbance, including from the hotel staff.

• Benafsha (9/5): No regrets to ever stay here. - Staff are absolutely amazing at the hotel and go above and beyond to make the stay so warm and welcoming. I was a single mum travelling with my daughter and we landed the first night around 9:00pm. The chef still took the time to make a hot meal for my daughter and didn’t rush us out. They took the time to guide us with any questions we had and even checked in throughout the stay to see how things were. Breakfast was really good too. Nothing.

• Roberto (10/5): - The room was like a one bedroom apartment. Spacious and clean with small dining table and kitchenette. Supermarket was walking distance so we were able to cook hot meals on some nights. Ceiling was painted with Santa, his reindeers and Northern Lights theme, nice touch. Heated flooring, my tired feet loved this. Best of all we had our own private sauna inside our bathroom! Staff were lovely and very helpful. We had questions about tours and V was very accomodating in calling the tour company regarding questions we had. She also looked up on the internet the weather forecast and explained to us how to tell if the weather will be good for Northern Lights viewing. Really appreciated that she took the time. Buffet breakfast was your usual sausage, bacon, eggs and pastries, cereals fruits etc. Nothing too mind blowing but it was enough to keep us full for a good start to the day. Beds were super comfy. The shower wasn't enclosed, no glass walls or doors or at least a curtain, which meant water splashed everywhere. A squeegee mop was provided which worked well, but I would rather not be cleaning the floor. Also, the bathroom could do with multipl hooks on the wall to hang clothes and towels. Elevator was old school where you had to make sure the door and the screen was closed before it would move up and down. Some tourists forget to do this so the elevator did not come down to ground level for us. We had to tell reception staff and they kindly walked up the stairs to close the doors properly. The location if the hotel is walking distance from the train station, however there is still a slight incline to arrive at the top of the street. If there's snow, which there was for us at the time, it can be tiring with luggage and backpacks. We just had frequent rest. Also, its about a 15-20min walk to the city centre, which is a nice leisurely stroll but when you're tired and cold at the end of the day you might wish it was a bit closer. All of these are easily fixed.
• Chabdran (9/5): Wonderful Stay – Great Experience - We stayed at Postmaster Hotel for 3 nights from 23rd March to 26th and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were cozy and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Postmaster Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Thank you for the hospitality! Nothing

• Tanaka (10/5): - We checked in at midnight after an Aurora tour, and the process was smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, right in front of the bus station, which provides direct access to the airport, Santa Claus Village, and other cities in Lapland. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the staff were friendly.

• Pekkala (6/5): - Aamiainen ja sijainti olivat erinomaisia. Myös hotelli oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Vauvan sänky piti erikseen pyytää kahteen kertaan vaikka se oli valittu varauksessa. Lisäksi vauvansängystä löytyi musta hiustukko. Vuoteessa piti olla yhtenäinen petauspatja, jota ei sitten ollut.
