• Shakil (6/5): Good place but patio doors don’t close - Location The patio doors do not lock. We expressed our concern but these were ignored.

• Lamiae (1/5): Buena ubicación y limpieza, pero el apartamento necesita una renovación urgente - Lo único bueno de este alojamiento es el parking y la ubicación . Hemos estado otras veces en este mismo edificio, en diferentes apartamentos, y siempre todo ha sido excelente. Pero este en particular necesita una renovación urgente. Las almohadas son muy duras, las toallas están viejas y ásperas, y los muebles en general se notan muy deteriorados. Da la sensación de que hace mucho no se invierte en el mantenimiento. Es una pena, porque la ubicación es perfecta y estaba todo muy limpio, pero el estado del apartamento hace que la estancia no resulte cómoda.

• Saloua (1/5): horrible!!!!! - This apartment should never be rented out like this! Absolutely awful! The company behind this apartment, MVA (Marbs Vacation Agency), does NOTHING to help. Promises are broken, and money is not refunded! Finally, an agreement was made to deduct the service fees and cleaning costs from the total, but this never happened! They no longer respond to my messages! Thieves! I'm going to list all the complaints here; I'm so fed up with this. This is simply theft!! This apartment should never be offered like this!!! The windows don't lock! The balcony doors don't lock! This is extremely dangerous, I'm staying here with 2 small children!!! The apartment smells like sewage! The light in the room won't turn on; it's broken! The bedroom shutter won't close! The shower door won't open There's no iron in the apartment! The washing machine stopped working and won't start. the washing machine is leaking. The beds are worn out!

• Diane (7/5): Ideal location - Good location and communication from the host when we had difficulty with no keys was excellent and swift. Directions to the property not ideal when on foot especially when carrying heavy cases. As women travellers we wouldn’t want to walk through an underground car park alone at night with heavy cases. Also keys were not in the key safes. Lack of mirrors in the bedrooms, could do with bath mats for when you step out of the shower

• Jamal (5/5): Passable - We had very bad experince with the host. Check in instructions were wrong. He asked us to retrieve the keys from a lock box at the apartment door in banus 1 apart 4D while the lock box was actually placed in an isolated place (200m from building) and the apartment was in Banus 2 not banus 1. We tried to call him when we arrived at 11pm and continued to decline our call and use whatassl messages. The concierge s of banus 1 and bajus 2 were aware of the situation. When we finally entered the apartment, we found the bed sheet, pillows and a living room chair in a very bad situation. (Very nasty) and bedroo. Tv remote was missing..beds stuff were yellow in color from frequent use and lack of hygiene. We reached out host on the following morning and shared photos, he promised he will rectify all but never showed up. Very bad experience especially at check in

• Colin (1/5): Would not recommend - Good location Ran out of hot water on numerous occasions during our stay, Rudest staff on foyer I have ever came across. Upon checking out at our correct time and while waiting for our taxi in the foyer we were ordered out of the building onto the street with my wife and 2 young kids and all our luggage. Would never stay here again. In my opinion it is a residential complex that doesn’t want short term lettings and wants to hide that fact.

• Sindy (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect if you want to stay in centre of Puerto Banus. You have a parking space in the garage. It’s hard to park in centre so that was also a highlight. It’s impossible to lock the terrace door so it’s not so safe in my opinion. The only good thing is that it’s not in first floor.
• Gareth (7/5): Would use this apartment again. And staff/ host was very helpful - Excellent location, clean, all amenities, spacious. Sliding doors on balcony didn’t lock, apart from this apartment very secure with security.
