• Daria (10/5): - Отель прекрасный! Очень большой номер, все чисто, комфортно и красиво. Клининг каждый день и несколько раз в день приходит экстра Клининг и спрашивает нужно ли что-то еще. Один раз вечером не поздно были дома и нам принесли фрукты бесплатно. А еще у мужа был день рождения и ему подарили целый торт! Что было очень неожиданно. И торт был вкусный. Расположение тоже отличное. До старого города и ближайших достопримечательностей 10-15 минут. На завтраке большой выбор, все очень вкусно. Есть отдельный сотрудник, который может приготовить блюдо из яиц. В общем отдых в этом отеле нам очень понравился, точно вернемся еще. И отдельное спасибо менеджеру Нигяр. Она оперативно помогала решить все вопросы и организовала поздравление мужа. Был небольшой запах в душе, но он быстро проходил после купания.

• Zhanel (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent — only about a 5–7 minute walk to Nizami Street, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food. Special thanks to Leman at the reception for being so attentive and welcoming throughout our stay, and to Nigar, the manager, who regularly checked in to make sure everything was comfortable and that we were enjoying our stay. We also truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade upon check-in and the lovely compliment sent to our room. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again!

• MEHMET (10/5): - Mövenpick Winter Park Baku otelinde konaklamamızdan genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık. Sabah çok erken saatlerde giriş yapmak durumunda kalmamıza rağmen resepsiyon ekibi son derece yardımcı ve çözüm odaklı davrandı. Yorucu bir yolculuk sonrası bu yaklaşım bizim için gerçekten büyük bir konfor sağladı. Şehir manzaralı odada konakladık. Odamız hem temiz hem de oldukça düzenliydi. Günlük housekeeping hizmeti özenliydi ve otelin genel hijyen seviyesi beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Personelin güler yüzlü ve ilgili yaklaşımı da konaklama deneyimini daha keyifli hale getirdi. Otelin konumu da oldukça avantajlı. Şehrin merkezi noktalarına ulaşım kolay olduğu için Bakü’yü gezmek isteyenler açısından rahat bir tercih olabilir. Buna rağmen birçok merkezi otelde karşılaşılan yoğunluk ve kalabalık hissi burada yoktu. Daha sakin, huzurlu ve rahat bir konaklama arayanlar için iyi bir alternatif olduğunu düşünüyorum. Hem iş seyahati hem de turistik konaklamalar için tercih edilebilecek, konforlu ve kaliteli bir otel deneyimi sundular. Tekrar Bakü’ye gelirsek yeniden değerlendireceğimiz oteller arasında olacaktır. Sevmediğimiz bir durum olmadı.

• Baloch Queen (10/5): - Rummet var fint och rymligt! De städade fint i vårt rum och fyllde på med vatten och annat varje dag vilket gav en bra service av personalen! Det var en väldigt bra läge och nära till allt. Jag älskade terrassen som hade utsikt över hela Baku och Kaspiska havet.

Нам предложили номер более выской категории без доплаты, что было очень приятно. В номере есть чай, кофе, холодильник. В целом всё понравилось. Завтраки проходили не в основном ресторане, видимо, так как был не сезон. В помещении было душно. Сам завтрак очень скромный. Кофе был не вкусный.

The location is excellent, as it is close to many services, shops, and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Suleiman for his outstanding service, kindness, and helpful attitude he truly made a difference during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again. The only minor issue I experienced was that parking is not always available, which can sometimes be inconvenient.

Один раз докупали завтрак - большой выбор блюд, так что на любой вкус можно собрать себе любимый завтрак. Номер был очень комфортный. Уборка каждый день. Относились заботливо к оставленным в номере вещам, полотенца меняли каждый день, постельное белье - по запросу. Опробовали спортивный зал. Он небольшой, но беговая дорожка работала хорошо. Сауна также была комфортная. Когда снова приедем в Баку планируем остановиться в этом отеле.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well prepared, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after a long day. What truly made the experience special, however, was the exceptional staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. A special thank you goes to Nigar, Guest Relations Supervisor, for her warm welcome, attentiveness, and outstanding hospitality. She made us feel truly valued from the very first moment and turned our stay into an even more memorable experience.

• Marta (9/5): A week in Baku - The location of the hotel is great, you are n the center but not in the crowd. Zou have a little park in case you want to enjoy the nature. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfy and big and the pillows are great. The coffee machine is a great plus in the room with excellent coffee. My room was super clean and cleaned twice a day which is hotel's policy. My client assistant Nigar was super helpful and she organized for us the airport transfer and also she proposed very good restauranst that we tried and all was excellent. If I come to Baku again or someone asks me where to stay, I will propose Movenpick winteh Baku Hotel. The breakfast is every day the same with not to many options. There is only black tea and filter coffee, there is no espresso or some herbal tea (chamomile or mint for example), there are no different pastries and variety of different options. also the restaurant on the 15th floor was not working as it was under reconstruction, and I am sad because of that. I did not like that it was too windy outside, so you need the hat and scarf even im April/May.

Her sabah otelle ilgili yorumlarınızı sorup değerlendiriyorlar. Ayrıca odaya meyve tabağı gönderiyorlar. Otele gelmeden önce oldukça fazla yorum okumuştum kahvaltisi konusunda. Bu yorumlar genellikle negatifti ama ben oldukça beğendim kahvaltısını. Normalde ikinci katta olan kahvaltı kaldığım son gün 15. katta hizmet vermeye başladı. Bu hizmetin ilk günü de otelde olmak çok güzeldi. Manzara esliginde gonul rahatligiyla guzel bir kahvalti yapabilirsiniz. Ayrildigim gun ucak erken kalktigi icin kahvaltiya gidemesem de dusunceli otel personeli sayesinde paket kahvaltimi yolculukta yiyebildim. Tekrar Bakuye gidersem tercihim yine Movenpick Winter Baku olacak. Nizamiye caddesinden otele giderken ekonomik seviyesi düşük sokaklardan geçmeniz gerekebiliyor. Geceleri tek başına bir kadın için güvenlik açısından dikkatli olmak gerekebilir. Kahvaltı salonu ikinci kattayken yeterli yer yoktu. 15. kata taşınması konaklayanlar için iyi olmuş.

Azerbaycan gibi çöreği meşhur bir yerde doğru düzgün ekmek bile yok. Yeşillik çok zayıf. Doğru düzgğn peynir yok. Çay zatır demleyip bırakıyorlar oda acılaşıyor. Check out yaparken personel mini bar kullanımı sordu kullanmadım dedim. Fakat 5 dk. Beklememi kontrol ettireğini söyledi kabul etmedim beklemedim. Bana güveneceksiniz dedim. Burası ucuz bir hotel değil. Dediğim çıkmazsa her şekilde ulaşırsın. Hatta kredi kartı bilgilerim bile var. Maaleaef üç kuruşluk su kuruymiş peşine insanı töhmet altında bırakıyorlar.

Персонал просто отдельная благодарность: внимательные, вежливые и всегда готовы помочь 🙏 Локация отличная удобно добираться в любые точки города, всё рядом. И, конечно, сам Баку покорил сердце красивый, атмосферный и очень уютный город ❤️ Спасибо за тёплый приём, обязательно вернёмся снова!

• Kamel (10/5): Udany pobyt. - Personel bardzo miły. Hotel zlokalizowany blisko centrum. Bardzo ładne pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Recepcja top - nigdzie na zachodzie nie spotkałem się z tak dobrym serwisem. Śniadanie mogłoby być troszkę lepsze.

• YULIYA (10/5): - Отдыхали в отеле Mövenpick Winter Park в Баку втроём - остались в полном восторге. С самого начала учли все наши пожелания, что сразу создало ощущение заботы и внимания к деталям. Персонал замечательный: очень заботливые, внимательные и приветливые люди, которые действительно стараются сделать ваш отдых максимально комфортным. Обслуживание на высоком уровне, всё решается легко и быстро. Если еще раз приедем в Баку, обязательно вернёмся снова именно в этот отель и с удовольствием будем рекомендовать это место друзьям. Есть прекрасная сауна на 3м этаже. Иногда не хватало чая и кофе в номере, но этот оказался легко решаемым через администратора.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to Nigar, who made the experience even more memorable with her exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her attention to detail and guest care truly stands out. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!
• Rachel Louise (9/5): Nigar is the star of the hotel! Give her a pay increase! - Amazing staff, very obliging and wanting to ensure we had the best experience. Staff were all lovely. Rooms large. Immaculate hotel. Breakfast was a bit limited but the staff explained that the breakfast area is under a renovation period and they sought to offer whatever we wanted.

Special thanks to Leman for her exceptional service. She was incredibly kind, attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is convenient, with everything nearby. Overall, a wonderful experience — I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

• Faisal (10/5): A perfect 10/10 stay with amazing staff, great location, and thoughtful surprises. - Exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The front desk staff is extremely great—very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is close to the main street, in a safe area, and the rooms are soundproof, neat, and clean. We were surprised with complimentary gifts twice and even upgraded to a bigger room, which made our stay truly special. Nothing at all – everything exceeded expectations.
