Bedingte Weiterempfehlung, wenn der Pool sehr wichtig ist - Positiv: + Buchungsablauf, Infos (durch Booking.Com und die Vermieterin) + Kommunikation mit Oxana: sehr freundlich, sehr gut erreichbar, prompte Rückmeldung, persönliche Einweisung bei der Anreise, Tipps für den Aufenthalt + Früherer Check-In und Check-Out möglich + Getränke bei der Anreise (2 Bier, 1 Flasche Wein, 1 Flasche Wasser) + Geräteausstattung der Wohnung: z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine (hat sehr gut funktioniert, Waschmaschine (mit Kurzprogramm Wäsche in ca. 30 Minuten fertig), Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach uvm. + viele Utensilien in der Wohnung vorhanden, sodass man vieles nicht kaufen musste, z.B. Bad (Toilettenpapier, Seife, Shampoo), Küche (Gewürze, Essig/Öl, Kaffeetabs uvm.) + viele Tücher (Hand, Küche, Pool), Liegeauflagen, Strandschirm + Balkon (durchschnittliche Größe) mit bequemen Liegesesseln und Markise für die Nachmittagssonne + gutes und stabiles WLAN Lage: Wohnung mit Blick auf gegenüberliegendes Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und aufs Meer im Hintergrund Parken gut möglich in der Nähe (max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Supermarkt im Ort nur bedingt möglich Auto sehr empfehlenswert für Einkaufen bei Selbstverpflegung (Supermarkt Mercadona, Lidl ca. 10 -15 Minuten mit dem Auto) und Guter Standort für Anreise vom/zum Flughafen und Ausflüge (Nationalpark Teide, Los Cristianos, Playa De las Americas, Costa Adeje, El Medano) Empfehlungen: Las Galletas, Playa De La Tejita, Los Abrigos Kleine Kritikpunkte (nur als Info): Bad könnte etwas größer sein, aber ansonsten ok Schlafzimmer gut, aber 2 Fenster (eins davon nicht komplett zu öffnen), die zum Gang liegen und daher aus Sicherheitsgründen nur zeitweise/bedingt zu öffnen sind. Könnte im Hochsommer eventuell problematisch sein, allerdings gibt es einen Deckenventilator und einen mobilen Ventilator. Kann man also flexibel handhaben. Pool auf der Dachterrasse zwar ok, allerdings gibt es einiges zu bedenken: Zugang des Pools nur mit Smartphone und App zugänglich (vielleicht gibt es noch eine andere Möglichkeit?), allerdings funktionierte bei uns das WLAN beim Eingang zum Pool nicht, sodass ein mobiler Zugang (mobile Daten) notwendig war. Es waren dort zwar meistens wenig Personen anwesend (liegt vielleicht auch an den Zugangsbeschränkungen), allerdings auch nur vier Liegen auf insgesamt 2 Ebenen. Der Pool ist nicht besonders groß und war während unserer Zeit (Oktober) beheizt, sodass manchmal Personen „gefühlt stundenlang“ dort im Pool waren.
• Alex (9/5): Palm Mar Appartment - The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has a lot of facilities(modern). Oxana helped us with the late check-out and it was awesome. The only thing that is different is the pool on the rooftop is not like in the picture (it looks more old now, the sunbeds are old, almost ready to break and not so clean) but beside that everything was good, you have a very good view point.
• STEPHANE (9/5): Séjour calme et agréable - Son petit balcon pour prendre les repas et l’apéro ! L’appartement est de bonne dimension pour une famille et la décoration est très jolie. La piscine est un avantage. L’hôte est très gentille et serviable. Son sourire est très agréable et ensoleille notre arrivée 😊 La plage était difficile d’accès à cause de travaux et c’est une plage de cailloux. Mais nous n’y étions pas pour la plage donc pas de soucis pour nous et la piscine est agréable .
• alejandro (10/5): UNA ESTANCIA PARA REPETIR 😘☺️❤️ - El apartamento nos encantó!!!! Súper limpio, toallas para ducha, dejaron champú, gel de baño y mascarilla para el pelo, todo un detalle. Nos dejaron una botella de agua y dos cervecitas a la llegada! Nos explicaron como iba todo en el apartamento y las vistas que tiene de ensueño! La cama era comodisima y las almohadas igual! El sofá súper cómodo y tomar un café en las sillas de fuera disfrutando del amanecer también muy TOP! En cuanto volvamos a Tenerife, este será nuestro alojamiento! Mil gracias por como nos habéis tratado ya que nos sentimos como en casa!
• Микола (10/5): - Oksana and her husband are very friendly hosts! The apartment is very very clean! Sunny! The apartment has a view of the ocean! A wonderful, safe, elite area. Around the palm tree, which is the hallmark of the island and gives additional pleasant emotions to the stay. Oksana advised where to go to eat deliciously and have fun. The apartment has everything you need. And even sunscreen! We travel a lot and have experience in this. We definitely recommend these apartments!😊

The a - The property was delightful, and Oxana, the host, was really lovely and helpful to us. Lovely extra touches including a white and red bottle of wine!
