PRIMERO QUE NADA EL APARTAMENTO NO ESTA EN PLAZA CASTILLA. • Jaap (8/5): Comfortabel appartement in Madrid - Modern, netjes en schoon appartement, royaal ingericht, genoeg servies. Douchecabine erg fragiel, wastafels zijn erg klein.
• Andrea (8/5): - Todo muy bien, pudimos entrar a la propiedad sin problemas. El apartamento era muy cómodo y contaba con todo lo que necesitábamos para nuestra estadía. La locación nos gustó y está a 5 minutos caminando de la estación del metro. Las duchas se desbordan, lo que hace que el piso del baño quede mojado luego de cada ducha.

• Cristina (8/5): Apartament ideal per passar uns dies a Madrid - És un apartament molt bonic, té tot el necessari per passar uns dies a Madrid. Està molt ben comunicat amb el centre amb metro. M’ha agradat la decoració i tots els utensilis que tenia, també tenia molts complements com sabó, xampú, sabó de roba, de plats, pastilles pel rentaplats, cafè, sucre, etc. La planxa genial, anàvem a un casament i vam poder planxar la roba. També ens va agradar el sofà, molt còmode. Estava tot molt net i endreçat. Té molta llum perquè té moltes finestres i balconet. Els armaris son grans i hi cap molta roba, hi ha molts penjadors. L’escala per pujar a l’apartament és estreta i fa corba, cal anar amb compte, però nosaltres ens hem adaptat sense problema. La zona on es troba l’apartament té moltes cafeteries, bars, restaurants, botigues, supermercats… ens ha agradat molt, el recomanem. La mampara de la dutxa no tanca bé i surt l’aigua, cal anar amb compte. El coixí del llit era massa dur pel meu gust, però aquest és un tema molt personal.
• Natalia (9/5): Maravillosa Estancia - Piso muy confortable, equipado con todo y súper limpio. Dormimos super bien porque los colchones son muy cómodos, no se escucha nada de ruido y no entra luz. Es muy acogedor y tiene calefacción. Dado que hay un tramo de escaleras que conecta la entrada al edificio con la vivienda, sugiero que coloquen una valla de seguridad para impedir caídas a la escalera. Viajaba con mi hija de 2 años y eso me tenía intranquila. La parada de metro más cercana (Tetuán) no tiene ascensor.

• Wendy (8/5): A sweet home for our stay in Madrid, owner quickly responded to an issue re coffee making. We liked the area as it was - The property was charming and fresh, spacious and comfortable and well-equipped for 3 adults. The shower doors and seals need to be repaired/replaced to prevent water leaking onto bathroom floors.

• Odile Inés (7/5): Agradable - Lo que más me gustó fue la limpieza del lugar y que pude acceder facilmente. Además la cocina tiene todo lo que uno necesita para pasar uno o dos días. Un punto extra lo doy por el lavarropas. No me gustaron dos cosas. En primer lugar, el acceso es por unas escaleras muy chiquitas. Si vas con equipaje, es muy incómodo para subir. Lo que menos me gustó de todo fueron los baños. Son extremadamente chicos. La ducha es muy incómoda. El sistema para cerrar la puerta de la ducha estaba gastado y se salía toda el agua. Como el baño era tan chico, enseguida estaba todo inundado, así que cada vez que se usaba la ducha, había que limpiar con una mopa.

• ALBERTA TACCHINI (8/5): Capodanno a Madrid - La tranquillità della posizione della casa e nello stesso tempo bicina alla stazione metro I lavandini della casa improponibili piccoli e scomodi, la docvia deve essere riguardarta fa acqua ovunque e si bagna tutto Un asciugacapelli rotto e sucvome eravamo due coppie sarebbe stato carino averne due a disposizione come venduti. Inoltre poca comunicazione con la proprietaria avrebbe dovuto dare lr indicazioni prima dell acaccsso alla casa

• Harald (8/5): Tolle Lage, ruhig, sauber und empfehlenswert - Die Wohnung war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht schallisoliert und man hört sowohl die Nachbarin mit Hund von unter der Wohnung als auch die Geräusche von der Straße, aber nachts war es ruhig. Außenjalousien sorgten für die Abdunkelung der Wohnung, sodass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Um die Ecke ist ein sehr gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt. Die Metrostation der Linie 1 und verschiedene Bushaltestelle sind in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin hat schnell auf unsere Frage reagiert. Alles Kleinigkeiten, über die man auch hinwegsehen kann. Der Ofen in der Küche funktionierte nicht, was für uns nicht so schlimm war. Wir haben uns anders beholfen. Die Innenjalousie ist in der Küche so angebracht, dass die Kühlschranktür nicht ganz geöffnet werden kann und damit die Schublade im Kühlschrank nicht genutzt werden kann. Der Wäscheständer war kaputt und konnte nicht benutzt werden. Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung, die in der 1. Etage liegt, ist extrem eng, was uns mit den Koffern vor eine echte Herausforderung stellte. Die Waschbecken in den Bädern sind extrem klein. Händewaschen nur mit großer Vorsicht, Gesichtwaschen unmöglich.
• José (10/5): Appartement très confortable et très bien situé. - L'appartement a une situation parfaite pour visiter Madrid en transport en commun. L'appartement est très propre et très bien équipé, avec deux vraies grandes chambres, chacune avec salle de bain et wc, et un salon très confortable. Le quartier est populaire et chaleureux, les commerces nombreux et très facilement accessibles.
• Harmonie (10/5): Casa Marmel : comme à la maison avec l e dépaysement en plus ! - La Casa Marmel est située dans un quartier calme ,proche d'une supérette Al Campo et à 10mn à pied du métro Teruel . Logement neuf, spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé. Grandes chambres, literie très confortable, petites S de B attenantes mais rien ne manquait. Grande pièce cuisine bien équipée, salon spacieux et canapés d'angle de bonne qualité donc confortables. On s'est senties toutes les 4 comme à la maison. Très bonne adresse à retenir même si l'escalier pour accéder au 1er étage est un peu étroit (mais on le savait ) On conseille ce logement pour son calme, sa propreté et son confort.... On n'a été en contact que par SMS avec les responsables mais cela n'a pas été un.probleme car bonne réactivité et réponses rapides.

• Tibor (10/5): - Közel volt a metró állomás, mellyel egyből a városközpontba lehetett utazni. A szállás mindenben megfelelt az elvárásainknak, nagyon kényelmes, tiszta volt.

In reality- we had to pay extra, and in order to park, you have to get inside the apartment, get a remote, and then drive a few minutes to the parking.
• SinaP (7/5): Uns hat es in Madrid sehr gut gefallen. - Die Ferienwohnung entsprach den Anforderungen. Sie war sauber und die Ausstattung ok. Der Zugriff per Schlüsselcode war auch ok. Das Stadtviertel ist recht bunt, aber supernahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein kurzer Weg zur METRO. Ein kleines Bad für jedes Schlafzimmer ist ok, allerdings ist es sehr klein. Für große und kräftige Leute wahrscheinlich eine Herausforderung.

• Mammadli (7/5): Good - Overall, I liked the apartment. It was clean, it had all the amenities mentioned in the description. The location is indeed 5 minutes walk from Tetuan metro station. The sinks in the bathrooms are extremely small. The stairway which leads to the apartment is quite narrow which could be a challange for someone with big suitcase.

• Orsolya (8/5): Nice apartment with practical layout in residential area - Nice, newly renovated apartment on the first-floor. The layout is very practical, features two separate rooms, each with its own small bathroom, making it ideal for friends, couples, or families. It's just a few minutes' walk from the metro, providing easy access to the city center while nestled in a typical, residential area. A local bar on the corner and delightful breakfast spots enhanced our experience. I appreciated the eco-friendly amenities, including plastic-free soap and shampoo. The kitchen was well-equipped. Overall, to be recommended It would have been nice to have one complementary coffee or tea for the first morning boost- but this not a big issue! Note that there are some stairs from the entrance to the apartment - one floor.
• Clare (7/5): Lovely apartment in excellent location, shame about the noisy neighbours. - This lovely apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the number 1 metro line with easy quick access to the centre of Madrid. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk. The apartment is very well equipped with tv, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave. The sofa and beds are very comfortable and it is very light and spacious. There was plenty of washing liquid and fabric conditioner and dishwasher tablets, which was a great bonus and saved us having to buy them. The soap and shampoo in the bathrooms was also helpful and smelled nice. The code for entering the property is easy to use once you managed to work out that you need to pull the door before pushing it open. We were able to leave our bags at the property after we checked out at 11am and collected them at 1pm to go to the airport which was very useful. The bathrooms while lovely and modern are very small and the sinks are so small I had to brush my teeth in the kitchen sink. The shower doors in both bathrooms also leaked water on to the floor which was a shame. Our main problem was having very noisy neighbours who shouted at all hours of the day and night. We stayed for 8 nights and never had an undisturbed night's sleep which was a great shame. I appreciate that noisy neighbours are not within the control of the property owners and it might just be something that people accept when staying in an apartment a highly populated area, but the disturbed sleep did negatively impact our stay and hence we felt only able to give 7/10

• Zoya (8/5): Very good stay, new, clean, working appliances, great care from the host. - We really liked the place and glad to have decided for it. The apartment is nicely furnished, newly renovated with great quiet AC. Separate entrance and relatively close to the metro. Communication with the host is very fast and helpful, all the instructions were clear and all worked well with the key and the garage. The parking is a bit far from the apartment, required separate bank transfer for payment. The bathrooms are quite small with tiny sinks, it takes time to adjust.
• Simona (9/5): Our stay at Casa Marmel was great. We would suggest some improvements, but all in all it met our expectations. - The property itself was modern, clean, and up to the latest standards. Casa Marmel provided us with everything that we might have needed during our stay. We think that the property is a fantastic value for your money. There was basically just 1 thing that we didn’t like about the property. The bed was situated right under the window and there was a strong wind that we could feel while sleeping despite closing everything.

The sink is very tiny. Our group can fit into the bathroom but it would be too small for bigger people.
