• Mitak (7/5): - Близо до плаж и център. Сравнително посредствена хигиена, недостатъчно кърпи. Проблеми със съседите за паркинга, и неглижиране на проблема от собственика, въпреки ясно обявено паркомясто в обявата!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, großzügig geschnitten und die Betten waren unglaublich gemütlich. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
• Antonio (1/5): I don't understand such high rating. Aggressive homeless person gatekeeps the parking. - Location is extremely convenient, rooms are spacious, air conditioning in all rooms. Our week-long stay was unfortunately affected by several issues. A homeless person regularly controlled access to the parking area and asked for money every time we entered or exited — and if you refused, he could become quite aggressive, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I don't understand how this is not mentioned in any of the existing reviews! The bathroom was pretty bad, and basic amenities were virtually non-existent. Despite booking for a full week, we were provided with only a single roll of toilet paper and had to purchase all other essentials ourselves. Considering the price we paid, it’s hard to understand why basic items like body soap, shampoo, and a few toilet paper rolls were not included. The crib for our baby had a deformed mattress that was unsuitable for use, so we had to purchase a replacement ourselves. Be aware if you’re traveling with a baby — I doubt the host will provide a proper mattress or replace it. Another frustrating part came with the poor communication with the host. After accidentally leaving behind our dog's collar, I reached out to ask if it could be returned to us via Ekont (with shipping costs covered by us), but I was completely ghosted. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations — especially given the cost. I don't understand such high rating for this place.

• Denitsa (10/5): Exceptional - Just excellent. Very clean, top location, equipped with everything you might need, great design. The garden and beach are just across the street. The kitchen is fully equipped for a great experience. Spacious bedrooms and pretty design. There is no elevator in the building! This should be more clearly explained beforehand, because the apartment is on the 3rd floor of an old building.
