• Andrea (9/5): - L’appartamento, moderno ed accessoriato di elettrodomestici di tutti i tipi è caldo ed accogliente. Rachid, l’host, è stato molto attento e gentile nella descrizione di tutti gli accessori e funzionalità della casa. Wifi ottimamente funzionante. L’appartamento è perfetto per un viaggiatore singolo com’ero io ma anche per una coppia. Inoltre è posizionato vicino a minimarket, bar e ristoranti un po’ di tutti i tipi ed a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata di shepherd’s bush sia dell’underground che overground, nonché di numerosi bus. Volando a Gatwick ho trovato molto comodo arrivare alla struttura (Anche da Heatrow ci arrivi facilmente). Pertanto anche i collegamenti con gli aeroporti, ma soprattutto con molte delle principali attrazioni della città sono facili e veloci. La casa è molto pulita, mi sarebbe piaciuto dare 10, ma le tende oscuranti della camera avevano un po’ di polvere sopra che non era stata tolta.

• Kelly (7/5): Good location.everything u need - Really close to tube station.lots of shop, takeaways, Westfield nearby. Nice apartment. The staff were really nice and they checked in on us. Had bottles of water in the fridge nice touch The big bonus was we were able to check in early. Big thumbs up for that Ok so this has nothing to do with the apartment but the apartment above. Someone enjoys wearing high heels and loves walking around on their wooden floors all times at night plus they have a dog and u can hear dogs nails on wooden floor especially when said person is throwing a ball and dog is chasing it . It did interrupt our sleep through the night . If you're a heavy sleeper id say stay here but if your not its up to you . Also the cushions and throw on bed needs binned asap.
• Jessie (10/5): Very comfortable stay. - Everything was ready and just fitted our needs. The apartment was clean and cosy. The host was so nice to set up the sofa bed ready for us as our request. Among all apartments I had stayed before, this apartment is the only one providing pans and pots without scratch and really usable. Thank you. It will be perfect if the washing machine is coming with drying function. Anyway, the apartment has clothes hanging rack for drying clothes. Thank you.
• Elena (9/5): - Small but cozy apartment. The nice hosts left us sweets and fruits as greetings, which was very nice! Even though the apartment is pretty small, you have everything in there so its not a big problem. The only thing we noticed is the loud noise from the street which can be disturbing, but to be honest it wasn’t as bad. The subway is super close, as well as the shops and the biggest shopping mall. I would say the location is perfect, you can get everywhere pretty quickly!
• Carolyn (7/5): Clean London flat that has what you need in a busy area. - Interesting flat in a 1930's block in a busy part of Shepherds Bush. It's London so it was fairly small but had most things you needed. Bed and couch were comfortable and we felt safe once we were inside. There were issues with our check in. They wanted all our passport and personal details by their email, not through Booking.com before we arrived and we refused to do that. Although I had paid well in advance no information was sent re check in before we arrived so there was a nervous moment trying to ring for help when we arrived. A friend of the owner came to let us in. It was a little uncomfortable as it was warm and you could only open the windows a few inches. The fridge is in the bedroom. The neighbourhood has everything you need, but I would not like to arrive at night time, especially alone.
• ulrike (9/5): Tolle Lage und recht gemütlich - Tolle Lage, super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und viele Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Shepards Bush Market mit einigen interessanten Marktständen nur 5min entfernt, Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Das Apartment selbst ist wirklich ganz gemütlich, es gab alles, was wir brauchten um auch mal was kleines zu kochen. Im Bad gibt es keine Ablagen, da es sehr klein ist, aber es ging auch so, wir sind zumindest zu dritt gut zurecht gekommen. Es ist auch nachts wirklich sehr laut, da viele Polizei und Krankenwagen mit Sirenen durch die Gegend fahren. Mit geschlossenem Fenster oder Ohrstöpseln geht es aber.

• Karina (8/5): Ubytovanie bolo blízko metra, dobre vybavené a prístup ubytovateľov bol veľmi ústretový. - Byt bol dobre vybavený. Oceňujeme aj súkromnú kúpeľňu, pretože v mnohých ubytovaniach v Londýne je kúpeľňa spoločná. Rušná ulica, ako uvádzajú aj ostatné hodnotenia, avšak blízko metra, čo je veľkou výhodou. Ďakujeme za ústretový prístup ubytovateľov. Z Londýna sme si domov odniesli množstvo úžasných zážitkov.
• Joanne (10/5): Great place and ideally located - The apartment is exactly as the title says. Cozy and charming with character. Ideally located for us as we know the area and the nearby location of the train stations made for easy access to our daily destinations. We arrived late in the afternoon and it very easy to collect the keys and access the apartment. Although it is located on a busy street, the apartment is at the back of the block so it was very quiet. The apartment is also located near food stores and restaurants and pubs so there were a lot of options for meals. I loved the fact that the apartment felt very homely and we found everything we needed in the well-appointed kitchen. The bed was comfortable and ample storage space in the bedroom. Victoria was a pleasure to deal with

• Gabriela (9/5): Superb - The apartment is pretty and comfortable. We were there on a very warm weekend (up to 30C) and, unlike some of the reviews say, there were fans available and the windows can be open to let fresh air in.
• Bob (7/5): I would definitely recommend this place for value for money, and the host (Meena). - Things we liked: the host, Meena, was very responsive to our queries and requests; the apartment, though small, had all the facilities we needed; Shepherd's Bush is an interesting and vibrant area, with easy transport links to other parts of the city; this apartment is good value for money. Things that weren't so good: the internet wasn't very good; the TV is a smart TV with no direct access to terrestrial channels; Shepherd's Bush is quite a noisy area at night, with cars and sirens through the night; the information pack could have been a bit more comprehensive and up-to-date.

• Arum (9/5): A lovely flat! - Clean & cosy! The flat had a lovely bedroom, a kitchen, a private bathroom, & a comfy sofa bed in the living room. There's also the user friendly washing machine. Perfect location with a few minutes walk to Westfield & Shepherd's Bush underground station. The host was a wonderful person, very helpful & sweet!

• Fatima (6/5): READ THE RULE BOOK before booking! - It’s nicely located with plenty grocery stores to explore nearby and also it’s possible to explore the neighborhood such as Notting hill by foot. The flat is nicely decorated and makes you feel at home real quick! The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable. I didn’t appreciate some of the rules the host has put in the rule book e.g. don’t pull up the blinds (it’s a small flat without much air movement, there is only 1 window that can be fully opened to let air in) and we were not allowed to use the cleaning supplies (we stayed 9days)

The flat was clean, cosy, very well decorated and well equiped (washing machine, big fridge / freezer, all sorts of utensils in the kitchen) The bathroom is very small but it's got everything you might need.
• Pieter-jan (10/5): Nice stay - The apartment is really nice, modern and has everything you need for a stay in London. Located close to Sheppard's Bush underground station, you have quick access to the Central Line. The sofa bed is quite large and comfortable so it offered good nights to our 13 year old travelling with us. Bathroom is supersmall, but clean, and does the job.

Apartment with all services, very clean and very well located, surrounded by shops and excellent public transport. Everything was perfect. Maybe because we like to sleep with the window open, the street is a little noisy. But that's why the apartment is so well connected.
