• Tatyana (10/5): Уютно - небольшая, но уютная квартира недалеко от метро. Небольшой супермаркет в соседнем доме, парк с фонтаном в 2-х минутах ходьбы нет
• husan (1/5): Unsuitable place for rent - The location is just good The place is not as it appears in the pictures; the photos seem old. The place suffers from dampness and a bad smell, and the floor and equipment are unclean. Almost everything is dirty. We had booked the apartment for four days, but we couldn’t stay due to the foul odor and the presence of mold. We ended up booking another hotel closer to the city center at a lower cost. Presenting a different image than the reality is misleading to people. As I noticed in the comments, many others mentioned that the apartment suffers from dampness and unpleasant smells. This issue should have been addressed instead of merely reviewing the feedback. We only used the washing machine, as we were afraid of getting sick the lack of cleanliness, so we left. This is the first time in my life that we have rented a place this bad.

• ALEXANDROS (10/5): Worth every cent - It’s so quiet around here you’d almost forget you’re in Athens .. definitely the best to unwind and relax. The apartment was clean the bed comfortable and the garden the perfect spot to enjoy the sun. Supermarket 20 meters from the apartment, gas station as well next to it and also close to a metro station. Bus stations 5-10 minutes away to reach monastiraki etc. The host(s) really helpful and answer fast to any questions, everything was uncomplicated and straight forward. All was perfect.

• Anastasios (6/5): Καθαρό και συμπαθητικό - Η αλήθεια είναι πως ο ιδιοκτήτης προσπαθεί για το καλύτερο . Το διαμέρισμα είναι ισόγειο άρα δεν έχεις και πολλές επιλογές με υγρασία . Από την στιγμή που έχεις μέσα καφετιέρα για εσπρέσσο...άσε και ένα φλιτζάνι . Έπινα στο νεροποτηρο Αυτό που δεν μου άρεσε είναι πως στις παροχές αναγράφει δωρεάν θέση στάθμευσης . Αυτό ήταν και το βασικό κριτήριο για την επιλογή του καταλύματος. Όταν έφτασα και είδα πως ουσιαστικά δεν υπάρχει θέση η κάποια πυλωτη μου είπε πως μπορώ να ψάξω στους παρακείμενους δρόμους και αν βρω είναι δωρεάν ! Οκ αυτό ισχύει σε όλους τους δρόμους . Μην αναγράφεις στις παροχές του καταλύματος "δωρεάν θέση στάθμευσης " .
• Nomad (10/5): Exceptional - This is a very nice place with a lovely outer space. Metro, tavernas and stores are at hand.
• Conor (6/5): Nothing spectacular, if you want a place to sleep and shower it’s okay but definitely could be cheaper. - Really close to the metro station, only 5 or 6 stops to the centre, 11 or 12 to the beach. Air conditioning in the room. Back patio area is pretty nice. Cockroaches very prevalent, didn’t really bother me too much, it’s almost expected on a ground floor apartment in a hot country but if that’s a no go for you, don’t stay here. I think for what you get, it’s a bit expensive, definitely cheaper hotel options closer to the centre. If you want to work, you need to sit on stools by a small table so might not be the best.

• Theodoros (1/5): Bad - The flat is old and needs renovation, as well as maintenance. Smells of dampness and humidity/ mold
• Ærmann (6/5): Don't go if you have respiratory issues - The apartment is big, the backyard is cute, the host is caring and responsive. It is very moldy throughout - in the cabinets, in the basement. You wake up feeling sick and congested. The hot plate on the kitchen is really bad, it still works but it's like cooking on the lowest setting on any normal stove. My bike got stolen from the lobby (it was locked). Just two very soft pillows for two people for a bed you also use as a couch (there is no couch).

• Irina (7/5): Great stay for the price. It isn’t the best one but not the word either. We had some troubles opening the door, and the - Very cosy garden, in terms of facilities had everything you need. It doesn’t smell to good inside, it’s a very humified air.

Cleanliness was not adequat, leaking air conditioner, some cockroaches, there were no hygiene products as advertised, it was a bit far from everything to see. It wasn't catastrophic, but it didn't deliver on its promises. Also, the accommodation is not worth the full price.

• Martin (10/5): Fully satisfied with our stay. - A very cozy apartment near the metro station. There is an exit to a small yard from the bedroom - a rare feature compared to other places.
• Nick (10/5): Exceptional - Very kind staff, all recently renovated, fully equipped (iron, hair drier, kitchen equipment, washing machine). Wine, coffee and toothbrushes for everyone. A supermarket and a metro station around the corner The kitchen is a little bit small
