• nini2610 (10/5): Bien - Proximité du métro. Places pour se garer dans la rue, l'horodateur est dans la 2eme partie de la rue (après le rond-point). Nous ne l'avions pas vu au départ alors que tarif à 1.20€ donc 👍🏻. Pièce spacieuse. Bien équipé.

• I-Kinni (9/5): Una notte a Milano. - Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo appartamento per una sola notte in occasione di un evento. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva, l'alloggio ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative per un breve soggiorno a Milano. L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla e ben collegata, a pochi passi dalla fermata Corvetto, linea gialla M3 che porta pure al Duomo. L'area circostante offre negozi, bar e ristoranti, rendendo la posizione ideale. L'alloggio era esattamente come nelle foto. Ben arredato, accogliente e funzionale. L'ambiente profumava di fresco e il bagno era pulito. Il letto era comodo e ci ha garantito un buon riposo. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza del wifi e della macchina del caffè. Non abbiamo usato l'angolo cottura ma mi è sembrato attrezzato per le necessità di base. L'host, Mattia, è stato professionale e disponibile. Le istruzioni per il check-in e il check-out sono state chiare e precise. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi una soluzione tranquilla, pulita ed elegante per un breve soggiorno a Milano. Se avrò nuovamente necessità di un alloggio in città, tornerei sicuramente qui.

• Carmelo (10/5): - Tutto, non mancava nulla, qualsiasi cosa ti serviva c era, tutto pulito. Il proprietario ci ha accompagnato in tutto nonostante non fosse lì presente. La posizione super ottima, due minuti a piedi hai la metro. Stupenda davvero. Ci tornerei volentieri. Grazie. Niente, perché era tutto perfetto.
• nicola (8/5): Monolocale comodo e in zona strategica - Posizione strategica, bel contestò condominiale , molto bello l arredo anni 70 e il marmo del bagno Personalmente ho trovato un po’ sproporzionato il bagno rispetto all’aerea del monolocale. Da migliorare la registrazione dei documenti come da GDPR

• Claudia (8/5): It was good to rest for around 5 hours - I just stayed there for some hours to catch a early flight I didn’t like that I had to pay 18 euros for city tax for only my daughter and me. Since other places charge less for this tax. Another thing was the towels were super stinky we couldn’t used them.

• Fredrik (10/5): - The host was willing to let one extra stay after we found out a friend had rented a bad place, was also willing to re arrange beds etc there so it would suit our needs. When you first arrive you have to call them and have them remotely open some doors etc, (Dont get me wrong, it worked very well to do so, and the host answered immediately etc) but still feels like a bit much

• Luca (10/5): - L'appartamento si presenta accogliente e soprattutto pulito. Inoltre è dotato di tutto ciò che può servire ad una famiglia di quattro persone. Il bagno è grande e comodo. L'alloggio è in una zona tranquilla a poche centinaia di metri dalla fermata di metropolitana "Corvetto". Il proprietario si è subito mostrato gentile e disponibile. Ritirare le chiavi è stato molto semplice. Se dovessi soggiornare di nuovo a Milano non cercherei altro, ritornerei qui. Assolutamente consigliato alle famiglie! niente

• Helia (9/5): Good valie for money - Good value for money,and well located. The manager was nice to let me stay longer when i warned in a very short notice But everything is manage at distance Easier to have phone number that we can talk direclty to someone, cause whatsapp is limited
• Barbora (1/5): Unprofessional, not recommended!!! - At first everything seemed perfect. I received an email with instructions in the morning. I called after arriving at the airport. And since then, no one has contacted me. We stood in front of the house and couldn't get in for a long time. Even though the email said that the host would open the gate remotely. If it weren't for the kind gentleman from the house, we would probably still be standing there. The host didn't get in touch until more than 24 hours later the next day. I'm still angry about how the host could do something like that!!!

• Jana (9/5): - Apartmán byl za velice rozumnou cenu. Komunikace s majitelem naprosto perfektní. Na procházku do centra trochu dále, ale téměř u ubytování je metro, které vás doveze přímo k Duomu. :-) -

The property was super clean, very organised, classy furniture and decoration, has a clean toilet and a well-equipped kitchen. The AC's location was very far from the bed, so won't be very effective in very hot weather, but will be perfect during normal weather. The host was very nice and gave clear instructions on check in and check out as well as the apartment's utilities.

Nothing in particular bothered me, however, since the AC is a bit far from the bed, in summer, it might feel a little bit too hot.

• Siyu (8/5): Very nice apartments for stay. - The apartment is very tidy and spacious. It is not that close to the metro station, but we already knew that from the address.
• Vladimir (10/5): Milan Vacation - The apartment is well-equipt with everything we needed for a short stay. It is a short walk close from supermarket and subway. The subway line is direct to Duomo and Central train station. I had to make a phone call in order to get in.

• Ashim (10/5): We were very happy to stay there. - The apartment is in a very safe and secured building which is located in a well-connected part of the city. Grocery shops are very near. Very kind host who always helped, starting from entering the flat to checking out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for only one night. So, we couldn't really figure out anything that we didn't like. However, a few more cooking utensils would have been more helpful.
• Chanyoung (10/5): Exceptional - staff was so kind, i didnt know italian electric thing, so i used microwave, cooking , more , lots of use electronic. so all electric was shut down and i called to staff and he fixed it quickly! apartment was so good all was so good! this place is in covertte, just take Metro 3 and 15 min in Duomo or Centerale! (this was not problem but, this village? looked like not for alone traveler. cause so quiet 🤣 it is good for other traveler! but i was a little bit alone 🥲 but apartment and all was so good (if i was with my friend, then more good)

I'd love to have very hard pillows for sleeping though, but that's subjective...If I visit Milano again, this property will be my first choice there isn't anything that i didn't like.......
