• Kloe (8/5): Great stay in nice area of Florence! - We had a really nice stay at Ponte Vecchio Luxury Stay in Florence. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy, homey feel. It’s not a huge space, but it had everything we needed for our time there. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the main parts of Florence by bus or walking. It made getting around pretty straightforward. Jacqueline was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a good stay and suited us well for exploring Florence. Thanks, Jacqueline! The kitchen space was quite small, so we didn’t really cook during our stay, but it did have everything necessary if you wanted to prepare something simple. The beds were a little bit springy, but overall the place still felt super cozy and comfortable.

• Andrew (6/5): - Location was great and Veronica was very nice. The sewer gas smell from the primary bathroom was intolerable and the bathroom had to be closed off so that we could stay. The TV mount in the master bedroom was a good idea, but should be retractable because we kept hitting our heads.

• Cherry (10/5): Our stay was very nice. We enjoyed Florence. - The location was excellent. Very near all the sites we want to visit. It was also clean and comfortable. There was also a washing machine we can use. There was no elevator going up the property. We also need to throw our own trash somewhere.
• Chantale (8/5): Location, spacious, convenient - The location was excellent… close to many restaurants. Lots of space for a family… washer was available which was very useful. Two bathrooms was fantastic. The beds were not comfortable and the a/c in the master bedroom was not working well. It was very hot
• Katie (1/5): Dirty apartment, air con issues, not 'luxury'. Manager hasn't refunded money as previously promised. - Location was good, but let down by dirty, very basic, apartment and air con problem. Manager agreed we could check out early and have remaining nights refunded but later changed mind and refused to refund full amount. Dirty floors that hadn’t been cleaned or mopped in a long time and left our socks black within minutes. Dust in corners. Surfaces hadn’t been wiped down. Dirty old kitchen sponge. Air con unit made buzzing noise intermittently even after being switched off. Property manager denied this even after I sent an audio recording. Sofa was tiny and for 2 people maximum. Absolutely nothing luxurious about this ‘luxury” apartment. Due to above issues, we asked to check out early and have remaining nights refunded. Manager agreed in writing then reneged on her promise and only refunded half. Have been trying for almost 3 months to resolve this. We ended up staying in another beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment in city centre for the same nightly cost!!!

• Teo (8/5): Excellent location next to Ponte Vecchio, walking distance to historic city - Location was superb! There is a supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants and snack shops. It is also only a 6 mins walk to Piazza della Signoria across Ponte Vecchio. There are also a few bus-stops where we could take buses to different tourist spots. There is an elevator but it does not stop on the apartment's floor. You can either take the stairs or take the elevator and walk down a few steps. Apartment is large and spacious, with an extra study room but there are some tight spaces due to the apartment's layout, maybe due to the fact that it is part of historical buildings surrounding it. Overall, it was quite cozy and we enjoyed our stay. A man met us at the apartment and handed the keys to us as well as collected the mandatory tourist tax in cash. He did not speak much English but he was friendly. He pointed us to a book with instructions in English on how to operate the electrical items in the house. 4 of us stayed for 4 nights but only 3.5 rolls of toilet tissue were provided. Since there is a supermarket nearby, we bought more ourselves. But we thought it would have been nicer if such items had been thoughfully adequately provided for. Nonetheless, the superb location more than makes up for this small issue.
• Marina (10/5): Lovely spacious apartment next to Ponte Vecchio - Excellent spacious apartment in an ideal, very central location of the city. The host was very helpful and accommodating with all our requests for an early check-in and late check out. Would definitely go back if visiting Florence; this place is a real gem.
