Tive 2 pontos, um dos quartos o chuveiro não esquentava muito bem quando era de manhã e de noite e o outro é que comprei um combi de cerveja no hotel para hot park, me deram em garrafa, perguntei novamente se poderia entrar com garrafa e os funcionários disseram que sim, quando cheguei lá bararram a entrada! Tirando isso, tudo ótimo! A poderia ter um aciso que o parque das fontes foca com uma piscina só aberta quando e depois das 23.00

Pouca opção para o jantar, tanto na área do parque como em Rio Quente. A diária incluía meia pensão e o jantar avulso tinha um preço muito alto no Hotel Cristal, R$ 202 por pessoa, em um lugar com poucas opções de qualidade para se jantar.

Tive um problema na chegada com o ar condicionado do quarto, o atendimento para resolver foi péssimo, perdi uma tarde inteira com isso, tive que correr atrás de funcionários com muita pouca vontade em resolver meu problema. Um local desse precisa de pessoas mais bem treinadas, e dispostas a dar resolutividade ao cliente.
- Uyara (8/5): Precisa melhorar para fazer jus a nomenclatura de resort - Os quartos são muito amplos e confortáveis, o que podemos reclamará é o atendimento dos funcionários no horário das refeições, além do que o buffet de comida ficava todo remexido, não cuidavam da apresentação dos alimentos nas ilhas, comida fria e pouca variedade. Ficávamos por muito tempo aguardando algum garçom aparece para nos levar bebeis e recolher, limpar as mesas. - Jefferson (9/5): Superb - The hotel is very good. It's clean, confortable, there is a good space at the badroom. Hot Park one of the best water parks I ever seen in my life as well as the park of fountains. The prices of food, inside the hotel and the parks are very high compared to outside. Sometimes more than the double. It should be reviewed.
