- maxime (6/5): - Accueil très bien , mais nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir des sous-vêtements dans le placard de la cuisine, de la vaisselle sale et collante, du maquillage sur le sol de la salle de bain, une table pas lavé. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles nous avons trouvé cela un peu léger. Personnel de la réception très compréhensible après vérification de la situation ils ont réalisé un petit geste commerciale.
- ROBERTA (6/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Ligo per 5 notte (2 adulti e 1 bambino di 9 anni). Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento deluxe senza colazione, troppo cara per le nostre esigenze. L'hotel presenta alcuni aspetti positivi ma altri negativi. Sicuramente la posizione, nonostante la stradina in cui si trova non sia molto attraente, risulta positiva per la vicinanza a Rue de la republique che con una passeggiata di pochi minuti porta al quartiere di Le Panier e in 10 minuti conduce al Porto vecchio, pieno di locali e punto di partenza di diversi tour. Altro punto a favore la gentilezza del personale, la presenza di un angolo con dei giochi per i più piccoli e la possibilità di riempire gratuitamente H24 le borracce con acqua naturale o frizzante, cosa che ci ha fatto risparmiare notevolmente. Passando alle note dolenti: la pulizia delle stanze non è adeguata a un 4*, inoltre l'ultimo giorno la nostra stanza non è stata pulita tuttavia, su nostra richiesta, abbiamo avuto subito asciugamani puliti. Il nostro appartamento deluxe, a dispetto di quanto indicato nella prenotazione, non aveva alcun terrazzo ma, cosa per noi più scomoda, non aveva il tavolo con le sedie, come mostrato nelle foto sul sito. Tranne un giorno, abbiamo fatto colazione sempre fuori, visto che sulla via principale ci sono due forni a pochi metri dall'hotel, ma la mancanza del tavolo da pranzo è strana, visto che l'appartamento è fornito anche di cucina con frigo, microonde, stoviglie e, addirittura, lavastoviglie!
- Roisin (4/5): - The room was clean, however when we arrived we did not have enough towels in the room including no hand towels or bath mat. We also did not have any cups in the room. The smart TV doesn't work. The room wasn't cleaned during our stay. Towels were left in the room in the late afternoon, but the dirty cups were not replaced, nor was the rubbish removed during a 2 night stay. However, the main reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel is due to my experience with the staff. They actually went out of their way to be unhelpful. I encountered Lena at the front desk multiple times, each time she did nothing to cooperate or help. I broke my phone on the last day and could not access my boarding pass and was in disbelief as the lack of help from them.

- Lauren Emily (10/5): Great Stop, Fab AC, Spacious Rooms! - I was so grateful to the staff for letting us check in so late due to a wildfire and the airport delaying our flight. He kept in touch over WhatsApp. The rooms are huge for Europe! We were very comfortable. AC in July was super cold! Great place if you’re just sight seeing for a few days and not in the room too much and in need of a pool etc. thank you Hotel Ligo!

- karl (2/5): - The hotel limits the air conditioning to 7 degrees cooler than outside. It was 95 degrees outside. My room was 87 degrees. No fans. I could not sleep. It was so hot I nearly passed out. Front desk just said they were very very sorry. Never stay on a hot day.
- Nathalie (8/5): - Hôtel sympa très bien situé au calme et a dix minutes du vieux port La chambre est très grande et propre avec un lit super confortable avec une terrasse donnant sur un petit patio extérieur très sympa. Point négatif : pas de prise dans la salle de bain et quelques détails qui devrait être normalement a faire comme voir sur les photos.

Niveau salle de bain c'est une baignoire pour prendre une douche c'est vraiment pas pratique. Le confort est la quand même le personnel est agréable le cadre du hall d'entrée est parfait. A 10 minutes du vieux port , parking république en face de l'hôtel.Il y a une très grosse différence entre l'entrée et les chambres. Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles.

Boisson à disposition à l’accueil plutôt sympa et déco très mignonne

- Lillie (6/5): Very clean, not enough staff - Hotel Ligo had a fun, colorful design. The room and lobby were very clean. Blackout blinds covered the windows at night. The bed was comfortable. However, the hotel needed more staff. When we arrived at breakfast, half the tables were covered by other guests' dirty dishes. The plates had run out. One of the coffee machines had no mugs. On the second day, the eggs were cold (not room temperature -- actually cold!). There was a long line at checkout because the front desk had just one worker. I would stay here again, but not at full price.

La struttura è in buone condizioni ad eccezione del bagno che è datato ed essenziale (aveva un asciugacapelli vecchissimo che quando è stato accesso ha restituito la polvere lì ferma da tempo). Il personale è gentile e la posizione strategica per raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutti i maggiori punti di interesse e i ristoranti/negozi. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
