Guest Reviews
- Robyn (5/5): Spacious home with run down aged feel that doesn’t feel like you are spending $2000 for 6 days in Adelaide. - Location.
Quiet street close to shops.
Spacious.
Some beds were comfy.
Bedroom linen was new and fresh.
Washing machine and dish washer worked well.
Enough cleaning supplies.
Owner welcoming.
Parking convenient.
Enough supplies and resources in kitchen.
Air con kept us cool in hot weather. Broken toilet flush that kept sticking. Running tap in ensuite no matter home tight the tap was shut off.
One double bed was unstable and could not be slept in by 2 adults safely.
2 adults had to sleep in room with sunlight in roof so were awake at sunrise each day- hardly relaxing.
Carpet beetle damaged flooring in sunroom. Rip it out asap and throw a rug on the floor. It is ugly and sticks to feet.
Dead garden including pots made the vibe of the place sad and added to aged and run down feel. If not maintaining it to survive then remove it as it is very ugly.
Towels and had towels were paper thin and only one spare towel, no spare hand towels supplied.
Heaps of spare pillows but only one spare pillow.
If still listing as accommodation and taking good money for the house then tidy it up even a little bit.
- Noble (6/5): All in all we had a pleasant stay considering the extreme weather on the first 2 days. - Good location close to shops, beach etc. The house was a pretty good size - we were a family of 5 adults and 3 small children and there was ample room. The view from the sun room was great, however because of the extreme weather when we were there we were not able to use the room for the first few days. until weather had cooled down. The hosts were lovely and promptly came when we arrived to introduce themselves and show us a few things A few things need attention and we have contacted the hosts to advise them.

- Karen (10/5): Beautiful fantastic place to stay - The views are amazing clean comfy bed lounge just perfect Wish the spa and pool was operating that would be amazing
- Carol (5/5): Good central location. Just needs some updating. - The views were great. Outdated. No smart tv/dvds/board games. Nothing to do when at the house. Beds were uncomfortable
- Zoe (7/5): Lovely view and very comfortable stay - The view was incredible, the house was very quiet and comfortable!
Jenny was so easy to communicate with and exceptionally casual and accommodating.
Was great having a backyard for the dogs, so I could do some shopping without them for the first time all trip ! The house could do with a few upgrades, especially with doors and bathrooms and it would be nice to have some soaps/body wash in the bathrooms. I wouldn’t recommend staying alone, due to the size and how old the house was it was a little scady, but in a group I can imagine this wouldn’t be an issue at all Otherwise lovely!
- Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional - We were a large party, 3 adults plus 3 kids. This house was exactly what we needed! We were even able to host family for a dinner and had room for everybody. The hosts are very communicative and super easy to work with!
- Ann (10/5): Excellent stay highly recommend would stay there again - Everything was what we would have expected of a 5 star hotel experience ,the hosts were exceptional only too happy to help most of all we were welcome with our pets it was no problems at all ,quite place no traffic to keep us awake & it was close to shops if we needed any supplies ten out of ten Nothing

- Meaney (10/5): Exceptional - Easy location to get to and close to everything. Great spacious house with group and separated areas.
Facilities were excellent, clean and readily available.
Communication was very easy between everyone.
Seriously though, awesome view! Look if the worst thing was that it took us a bit longer than anticipated to find the kitchen light switch, do I really have anything to complain about? Once we actually asked, took like two seconds to find it.
