• Jutta Justiz (7/5): Ruhige Basis für London Trip mit einigen Abstrichen - eigentlich schönes großes Appartement (nr. 53) mit Blick auf die Themse, neues Viertel, schön ruhig und gut erreichbar. Gute Betten, 2 gute Bäder, schöne Einrichtung und große Küche. Wir konnten unser Gepäck früher reinstellen beim Reinigungspersonal. Die Schlüssel mussten 15 Minuten entfernt in einem Laden geholt und auch wieder abgegeben werden. Die Balkontür konnte nicht geöffnet werden da defekt. Lüftung nur über die 2 Schlafzimmer möglich. Zudem waren die Fenster sehr schlecht geputzt. Spülmaschine verdreckt, zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck da. Schlechtes Maintaining bei eigentlich sehr guten Möglichkeiten

• Guest (7/5): Besides some inconvenience we had a good experience. - The apartment looked the same as on the pictures, the view was really nice and it was clean. The keys were in a shop located 15 minutes from the apartment, so it was not really convenient. We also could not figure out how the AC works as there was a central AC system with one panel for the whole flat and it looked like it was not working, we tried setting it up, but nothing happened.
• Donna (7/5): Lack of communication from Host was very disappointing. Did not answer my call on any occasion. - Lack of communication from the host prior to arrival and on departure. I required a late arrival and an early departure. Host failed to get in touch and prior to my arrival I had to get in contact with Booking.com customer services. This was disappointing.
• Carrow (10/5): Great stay and a Great experience - The place was immaculate, the person on the otherside of the communications was incredibly helpful. The whole experience was easy and no hassle I would 100% stay here again! Nothing to note.

• Natasha (8/5): Lovely apartment, perfect for access to o2 arena! - Lovely modern apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Stunning waterfront views from living room area and bedrooms, you won’t be disappointed! Perfect location for access to o2 arena, we just got the water taxi (Uber) over which was super quick and only a 5 min walk from the apartment. Host was very helpful throughout too. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the beds, they weren’t the comfiest but okay for 1 night! Otherwise highly recommend.

• Ceryah (6/5): Pleasant - It was not the same property as in the picture and I was not made aware of this beforehand. However, the apartment given was still decent definitely smaller though. Was not same apartment in the pictures.

And she provided lots of information of the parking…Great place to stay! Can see the river view

• Paulina (6/5): Overall we had a nice stay and the hosts were helpful, friendly and very responsive - The property does not look like what is shown on the pictures, it is a completely different apartment. However, the property was still modern and clean, and the staff were helpful and responded to messages quickly. The property is not what I booked, as I paid for the apartment that was shown on the pictures. There was no shower gels, shampoos or water provided which for the price, and the damage deposit that is required, I think this would have made a positive difference.
