• Sandrine (9/5): Home away from home ☺️ - Confortable, tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir chez soi. Emplacement génial avec arrêt de bus devant et à 20min du centre à pied. Micro bémol, on entends les locataire du dessus mais cela reste correct si tout le monde se respecte.

• catherine (8/5): spacieux et bien équipé - spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux, calme le clic clac dans le salon n'était pas confortable

• Tatjana (9/5): Super Unterkunft für einen kurzen Trip nach Lausanne - Ausstattung war wirklich super, es gab alles was man braucht. Die kleinen Details (Deko) in der Wohnung haben sie sehr gemütlich gemacht. Supermarkt war direkt daneben genauso wie eine Haltestelle. Zwei riesige Fernseher werten den Aufenthalt nochmal auf. Etwas hellhörig war die Wohnung, man konnte die Nachbarn über uns beim laufen hören. Im Gesamten aber nicht so schlimm.

• Tammy (9/5): Our stay at Cosy apartment was a pleasant one and indeed very cosy. - I liked that the apartment was spacious and separated into the living room, the bedroom and the bathroom. I liked that all three apartments were easily connected via the stairs. I liked that the bus stop was right in front of the house. The bathroom for apartment 1 was a little small compared to the others, and the main door to the house would take a little while to lock.

• Frank (9/5): Tip top sted med god plads og alle forhold i orden - Alt hvad man kan få brug for forefandtes. Der var super rent og indchecknings- udchecknings indstruktioner meget nemme at følge. Dejligt at der var parkeringsmuligheder. Måske var indretningen lidt upersonligt

• Nicolas (9/5): Séjour agréable proche de Lausanne - Location conforme aux photos, appartement très bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Serviettes, gels douche, shampoings, brosse à dents à disposition. Lits faits à l'arrivée. Entrée totalement sécurisée, parking sur place. Odeurs d'égout dans la cuisine et donc dans le séjour. Grille-pain qui a fait sauté les plombs, l'hôte est venu remettre le compteur qui n'était pas accessible (attente de 30m car il n'habitait pas à côté). Hôte très aimable, en revanche, il devait nous déposer un nouveau grille-pain dans la journée...que nous n'avons jamais eu ! Dommage.

• CAZENAVE (7/5): - Bel appartement, propre, clair, bien décoré, bien situé pour visiter, proche arrêt de bus, commerces avec place de parking. Il manquait certains équipements notés dans la liste des équipements booking: *Séchoir à linge * La table de jardin sur le balcon (présente dans les autres balcons) *La vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine très limités (pas d'ouvre -boîte, pas de couvercle pour la poêle, pas assez de couverts et de vaisselle pour 4 ,juste 4 assiettes, 4 fourchettes....)
• Clar3tta (5/5): CI È STATO ASSEGNATO UN ALLOGGIO GIÀ OCCUPATO!!!! Bocciato - -in seguito all'errore nell'assegnarci un alloggio già occupato, ci è stata messa a disposizione altra camera, seppur con tante scale, perdita di tempo e maggiore lontananza dal centro rispetto a quello da noi scelto -Check in complicato, in più necessaria connessione internet -comunicazione con l'host complicatissima -ci hanno assegnato un appartamento già occupato da altri due ragazzi, in attesa che il problema venisse risolto abbiamo perso soldi e prenotazione al museo, perso tre ore destinate alla visita della città, nervosismo e rabbia a non finire -l'alloggio assegnato era più lontano dal centro rispetto a quello scelto -scale strette e ripide per raggiungere la nuova sistemazione (abbiamo avuto parecchie difficoltà con tante valige e due genitori ottantenni) -riscaldamento NON funzionante (pochi gradi e meteo uggioso) -abbiamo prenotato il parcheggio e non era disponibile neanche quello -attesa inaccettabile per la risoluzione del problema (avevamo a disposizione un solo giorno a Losanna e l'abbiamo perso seduti sulle scale del condominio in attesa di una risoluzione da parte dell'host)

• Wieslaw (5/5): Obiekt wymaga jeszcze dużego wysiłku, aby go polecić. - Świetne wi-fi, przystanek trolejbusowy pod samym domem, dobrze zaopatrzone sklepy w pobliżu, kontakt z właścicielem (może jednak warto zastosować skróconą formę najważniejszych wiadomości,takich jak kod wejściowy i kod do kluczy), a nie wypisywać długie i najczęściej pozbawione treści merytorycznej listy. Żeby w ogóle dostać kody wejścia, należy online zapłacić (w naszym przypadku 18 CHF). Nie ma o tym żadnej informacji. Wręcz przeciwnie: na stronie Bookingu jest napisane, że całkowita kwota obejmuje także podatki. Rozumiem, że miasto, czy też państwo pobiera jakąś opłatę. Ale wtedy na stronie obiektu widnieje informacja: mogą obowiązywać dodatkowe opłaty czy też podatek miejski płatny na miejscu. Tu zabrakło tej informacji. Prosiłem o wyjaśnienie, właściciel obiecał odpisać za kilka minut. Niestety, okazał się niesłowny! Skoro nie dostałem odpowiedzi, oznacza to, że obiekt pobrał 18 CHF bezprawnie, czyli nazywając rzecz po imieniu, ukradł je. Kolejna rzecz. Fatalne, strome schody, o których nie ma ani słowa w ofercie. Dla starszej osoby z bagażami jest to bardzo duże utrudnienie. Czyli dwie istotne informacje zostały zupełnie pominięte. To nie jest uczciwe! Do zmywarki, na trzy dni, dostaliśmy jedną tabletkę. A ilość naczyń jest niewystarczająca na czas pobytu bez zmywania. Czy trzeba oszczędzać na takich rzeczach? Zupełnym nieporozumieniem jest jeden worek na śmieci. Do tego punkt w regulaminie, że mam wyrzucić śmieci i je segregować. Czy mam te śmieci wynosić w rękach (bo worków do segregacji brak). Pomijam już fakt, że nie mam obowiązku wyrzucać śmieci (znosząc je po wspomnianych fatalnych schodach), bo opłata za pobyt obejmuje także sprzątanie przed i po. Nie wiadomo co robić z plastikiem i z butelkami. Powtarzam: czy trzeba oszczędzać na takich drobiazgach? Najgorsze jest to, że temat tabletek do zmywarki i worków pojawia się w kilkunastu recenzjach. Jak widać - bez efektów. Kolejnym mankamentem jest akustyka. Słychać wszystkie rozmowy, prowadzone w całym domu, a także hałas z ulicy. Na koniec warto wspomnieć o nie najlepiej wyposażonej kuchni i źle spływającej wodzie w prysznicu i braku wieszaków na ręczniki.
• Raoul (8/5): OK but to be improved - Good position, not far away from station and city center. Fully equipped, nothing essential is missing, directly at Migros supermarket and bus stop. Host easily reachable through WhatsApp. Not the best choice during summertime. It is under the roof and becomes very hot over the day. Sofa-bed noisy, should get some oil... Check-in instructions could be given a little bit earlier (or specify when exactly they are released). Information in the room to be reviewed, telephone number and Hi-fi password are wrong.
• Małgorzata (9/5): - Apartament z parkingiem. W domu są trzy apartamenty. Nasz był na pierwszym piętrze. Była w nim sypialnia, salon, kuchnia i balkon. Bardzo czysto. Wyposażony we wszystko, co jest potrzebne. Bardzo jasny opis wejścia i inne informacje dotyczące pobytu w Szwajcarii bardzo pomocne. Wspaniały pobyt. Dziękuję.

• Kácsor (7/5): It is not cosy rather simple. - Good location. There are supermarkets very near to this apartman. Balcony was with sun shine. BIG TV-s. Not normally furnished. Information about check-in. It would be good to have a short description without the codes beforehand so that the guest knows. Printed house rules and TV programs would also be useful. Not enough power outlets.
