L’ambiente era estremamente pulito, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. Non mancava davvero nulla. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, disponibile e sempre attenta alle nostre esigenze, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. Esperienza super positiva, consigliatissima!

- Boris (10/5): Muy recomendable - La experiencia completa ha sido fantastica. La comunicación fue perfecta desde el inicio. A resaltar Los detalles de cortesía del apartamento ,las vistas a la montaña roja, el tamaño y la comodidad de la cama, la terraza, incluso había toallas de playa. El residencial esta a unos minutos de la playa de la Tejita y del chiringuito pirata. hay un centro comercial con un supermercado y varios restaurantes donde poder comer. Apartamento muy recomendable. Todo fue perfecto

- Michael Fritsch (9/5): Immer wieder gerne komme im Februar schon wieder - Die Lage ist Hervorragend, rechts nach El Medano und nach links nach Los Abrigos und dazwischen die Bucht von La Tejita am Meer, der Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon zu sehen war einfach klasse 👍 Nichts😂
- Marta (10/5): Wspaniałe mieszkanie na tygodniowy pobyt :) - Piękne, duże mieszkanie, doskonale wyposażone :) Wspaniały widok na Montana Roja z tarasu. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, czysto i przytulnie. Gospodyni bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Blizutko do centrum handlowego La Tejita oraz na plażę. Dodatkowy plus w postaci miejsca postojowego w garażu podziemnym. 11/10!

- Maria (10/5): - We have stayed in this apartment several times. It is very comfortable and very quiet. There is also on site underground parking available for this apartment. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you could want. The pool area was nice and had sun loungers. This time we stayed in September which is very hot so the winds blowing into the balcony and the rooftop terrace were very welcome, however in winter months it can be too cold and far too windy to go up to the roof terrace
