Werner L. (8/5): - Gute Lage, man ist sofort sowohl im Ortszentrum und auf der Strandpromenade. Modern und ansprechend ausgestattet (Einschränkungen s. unten). EG-Wohnung, etwas dunkel, da nur zwei Terrassentüren Licht hineinlassen. Kunstlicht notwendig. Fehlende Staumöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Küchenzeile, für Kleidung (keine Hängemöglichkeit für Kleider, nur zwei schmale halb mit Kissen gefüllte Hochschränke). Schlafzimmertür schleift am Boden.
