• Annie (10/5): - La vue de cet appartement est juste exceptionnelle ! Incroyable. Un 180 degrés sur le nouveau port, la ville, lokrum, et la mer. Nous avons pris l'apéro tous les soirs sur la terrasse. L'appart est très bien situé 12 min à pieds du nouveau port et 10 min en Uber du la vieille ville. 6 euros le trajet en Uber. L'appart est super cosy, on s'y sent trop bien. Je recommande
• Kristýna (9/5): ubytování je velice prostorné s dechberoucím výhledem na Dubrovník - úžasný výhled z pokoje, velké místnosti, 2 koupelny, paní majitelka dala včas vědět ohledně check-in, s ničím nebyl problém není to výtka nebo stěžování si, jen konstatování-ubytování je v kopcích mimo historické centrum (plno schodů a strmé stoupání), MHD k ubytování nejede, ale lze si zaplatit Bolt za přijatelné ceny :-)

• Alyssa (8/5): Stunning views from the penthouse! - The views are stunning from the penthouse and the property itself is just like the photos. It's spacious and the rooms are well laid out, with the bathroom in between meaning the rooms don't share any walls. The location was okay, it's a pretty long walk into the old town, but easy enough to get the bus or a taxi to and from and neither are expensive. There's grocery shops nearby and it's easy to walk down to the marina area near the port with shops and places to eat. The kitchen is decent, has most things you would need for breakfasts, but don't expect to cook full meals unless you have brought some kitchen stuff from home. Watching the thunderstorm from inside was really cool. The sheets are like sandpaper - they need replacing ASAP and the bed could do with a mattress topper. Also, it would be great to have even a thin duvet available. All we had was a thin sheet and then some woven blankets in the wardrobe. I am always cold so I needed a blanket and a duvet would have been welcome. I get that it's summer but it got quite chilly on our final night due to a thunderstorm. If you run hot you will need to sleep with the bedroom door open as there is one A/C unit in the lounge only. Not an issue for us really, but just meant we didn't have much privacy at night with the doors needing to at least be cracked. There are fans in the rooms, but the one in ours was so loud we couldn't really use it at night otherwise it kept us awake. Be aware that if it does rain, the stairs become a waterfall - this is not a complaint, just a comment. This is the case all throughout Dubrovnik so not unique to this location. We got caught in a heavy shower one evening coming back and it was an experience getting back inside :D but a funny memory! I also didn't realise the parking wasn't included in the nightly price, but is actually 10 EUR extra per night which I thought was a bit cheeky since it's on the listing and makes it seem like it's included, but as we only stayed 3 nights, it wasn't that much extra, just more annoying than anything. The kitchen could do with a few more things to make it usable like oven gloves to get things out of the hot oven and some better knives would make a big difference.

• Tom (9/5): Bewertung - Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einen atemberaubender Ausblick. Alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein da und es war Wasser kalt gestellt. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hat alles getan damit man sich wohlfühlt. Ganz lieben Dank für alles.

• Erin (10/5): Wonderful apartment with great facilities, 10/10 recommend! :) - The property is absolutely beautiful - a lot bigger than anticipated with amazing facilities. Super clean as well and our room was equipped with a gorgeous balcony which had the best views for sunset. I think the property was excellent all around, the only thing that I think could be a slight issue to some people is that it is a very uphill walk to the apartment for around 30 mins from the Old Town, which for me was no problem, however I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with accessibility issues that has not came equipped with a car (although taxis to and from the Old Town to the apartment were typically very cheap, ~€7-9.)

• Dominique (8/5): Beautiful, modern apartment with a stunning sea view - A fantastic, beautiful, modern apartment with a stunning sea view. However, this comes with the downside of having to climb many stairs, which was quite challenging for us in this heat… even for our sporty daughters of 13 and 15. Even Uber drivers declined our request to take us up, as they don't like going there by car either. Upon arrival, the floor was dirty and clearly hadn't been mopped, as evidenced by our blackened soles. The terrace could also use a good cleaning.

Spent a lot of time just lounging there in the morning at night time. I wish they would’ve fans for the bedrooms. There is an AC for the living room area/kitchen. My friend decided to use the couch to sleep in,because the other room is too warm.

• Robs_br (3/5): Poor - 1. The apartment was clean, bright and spacious. Very nice view from the balcony. Well equipped. 2. Early check in agreed. 3. The TV was not working, they sent a nice guy to help fix it. 1. The contact point/ landlady had quite of an attitude, she made me struggle till the last time to give info about the early check in, the key pickup and to share the Wi-Fi password. Not replying to text messages, very impolite and unprofessional. 2. The apartment is located uphill so unless you have a car or very good climbing skills or you're willing to use taxi service all the time, it's difficult to reach. Not recommended for elders. 3. From time to time there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain.

Lovely views, had everything we needed for our short stay. good communication from the owner and easy to find and access. The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine. lovely touch with the wine in the fridge - thank you. There is a shared lobby with the other property ( the penthouse), the light switch in the lobby also switches on the light in the hallway. this was a bit alarming in the middle of the night when the other guests arrived home making lots of noise and lights all came on! We had all the doors open as the air con was only in the lounge. we found this adequate even with the very high temperatures The slats on one side of the double bed do not fit properly and we had to rebuild the bed each night as they came off when I moved. Really not ideal.

The way how it’s advertised on booking.com is misleading. The owner has two apartments being advertised in one, when they should both be separate to avoid confusion . I thought that I was going to be staying in the rooftop apartment but later realised I wouldn’t be .

It is about a 20min walk to the old town and 20min walk to Lapada promenade. We absolutely loved it! Some very nice extra touches like chocolates & wine.
• Angela (8/5): Dubrovnik is a beautiful place, however unless you’re young and fit the apartment is not suitable - Lovely big living room and open plan kitchen. Fantastic views from the balcony Air conditioning was only in the living room. My friend had insisted on a place with air con. She had to use the grotty looking fan of a night which was rather inefficient. The location was high up many many stairs which we were unaware of. This totally spoilt the holiday for us as we’re in our 60’s and in the temperatures of 28deg+ every day was a chore for us. There was no information in the apartment regarding the quickest way to walk down to the old town or nearby amenities such as bakery, supermarket, restaurants etc.The safety deposit boxes were not screwed down, so could just be lifted and taken away.

• Sha95 (8/5): Nice apartment with perfect view! - Spacious and clean 2 bed and 2 bath apartment with everything you need! It is in a very quiet area, 15-20 mins walk from the old town. The view from the apartment is insane! Furniture are not very modern and you need to walk down about 10 mins to reach the closest grocery. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

• Denis (8/5): Very good - price wise is good. there was enough space for a family of 5. but beware of a lot of stairs when you go to the shop or old city the flat needs a bit of more maintenance and change of cooking ware. would be good to have a coffee machine (at least capsule one).
