And on ceiling
Broken blind in bedroom therefore no privacy
Booked this accomodation for 3 adults and 2 children
Meant to be a pull out sofa bed
There was only a stretcher bed with no sheets
And no towel for a 5th guest
There is also huge gouge out of the wall in one bedroom where bed has been jammed up against wall
Tv doesn’t work in bedroom
Considering how much this accomodation cost me
I am less than impressed to say the least
Might want to consider mowing the grass outside also

- Felicity (1/5): This place is so disappointing. For the amount that we paid I expected it to be at least sanitary. It was beyond disgust - The location to the CBD was great.
George was a great communicator. It was disgusting! Filthy is an understatement. No protectors on the beds/pillows. No sheet, straight grotty duvet. Used sanitary items in the bin. Blood and hair through bed and on pillows. “Dried” pee on toilet. Black mould in the showers. Broken furniture/beds, dirty walls and floors. It was an unpleasant stay with us not wanting to touch anything.

The host, George was quick to reply to all messages.
Easy to pick up keys from lockbox. Secure onsite parking, but a tight squeeze! The property is very run down and smells like people have smoked onsite then tried to cover up with heavy air freshener. The second bathroom is shared with a laundry and it was filthy and the shower black with mould. I didn’t even let my daughter shower in there as mould flakes all over the floor, while you shower.
Dust everywhere, including all over couch and main surfaces. Holes in walls and furniture coming apart. Leftover flu medicine in bedside cabinet and old water bottle under bed. Parking garage has old furniture, rubbish and trolleys piled up which you need to share your space with. Back garden not child friendly, makeshift fencing propped up everywhere. Lots of broken or wobbly sockets, lights. We left early.

Large outside covered patio space off the living area gave a sense of space
Available secure parking great to have in the city Older property, smaller kitchen, but ok for our needs.
Some Mold on the ceilings
Building site next door. Construction noise from around 6.30am made it noisey to sit outside or sleep in.

- Anneke (9/5): Great family accommodation close to the city. - The location is great, with secure off street parking. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything you could need provided. Perfect short stay accommodation.

- Suzanne (7/5): Good location and enjoyable. - Location was good. Free parking a bonus. The fridge was broken and froze all our goods. Owner’s response was to come around and turn off the fridge. The problem was not resolved. There was a delay getting into the property due to previous tenants having a party and extra cleaning was required prior to us entering. The place unfortunately had a residual odour but otherwise cleaners did a good job in trying circumstances.

Heavy construction next door starting before 7am.
Smelt like a dog had previously been in the property.
The main ensuite bathroom was dated, and the spa didn't work.

It was absolutely perfect for our stay.
Plenty of room for a family of 5.
Facilities were well kept, clean and so very comfortable.
The outside area was a fantastic little extra that we enjoyed.
Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, Southbank and City. We could not fault a thing.

- Jill (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet, spacious, well appointed, clean unit with nice outlook on trees and large terrace. Unit is at the back of the building, which is good as Edmondstone Street can be very busy. Kitchen is well equipped.
West End shops are walking distance as are the buses and trains. Bus 198 can take you PA Hospital and Mater Hospital.
Musgrave Park Swimming pool is across the road.
After reading some of the reviews, after I had booked, I was a bit apprehensive , I need not have worried.
