• Coralia (5/5): Atención y servicio muy mejorable - La tranquilidad del lugar, comodidad de las instalaciones, el lugar era muy acogedor, parking en el propio alojamiento. En la descripción no se menciona que el alojamiento es en la planta baja de una vivienda, o sea, se comparte jardín y garaje con la vivienda de la planta alta lo cual resta bastante intimidad. Al llegar nos estaban esperando, el olor a humedad y cerrado era bastante desagradable, pudieron perfectamente ventilar la casa para mejorar nuestra primera impresión pues te encuentras con una casa oscura, con olor a humedad y muy fría. No es la mejor acogida para alguien que llega para pasar unas vacaciones. El mobiliario y los enseres del jardín, muy descuidados. Tratamos de modificar la fecha de la estancia para reducir los días a través de la empresa que gestiona la propiedad y el precio era más del doble si nos alojábamos menos días por un error de éstos en la plataforma de Booking. Recomendación: mejorar la acogida y servicio al cliente pues el precio de la vivienda no se equipara a lo que ofrece.

• Chris (8/5): Enjoyable stay in Hondarribia - Nicely appointed apartment, in a quiet gated residential street, close to the very nice beach and an easy and pleasant waterfront walk to the historic town centre and shops. Good communication from the hosting company, which made our arrival and departure easy, thank you. The apartment itself was very comfortable, well equipped, comfy beds, good showers, good kitchen, good Wi-Fi. The only thing we didn’t like was the biting bugs / midges in the garden, which meant we didn’t use it greatly, especially after 5pm. Perhaps just the time of year, but we didn’t get bitten anywhere else in the local area, so did wonder if it was exacerbated by the water drains running across the patio / garden area.
