Wir hatte Meer/Stadtblick und der war wirklich phänomenal. Allgemein war das Zimmer extrem schön eingerichtet und das Hotel liegt sehr sehr gut am Strand in Piernähe. In der Dusche war am Abfluss massig undefinierbarer Schleim, dass war sehr eklig. Allgemein roch das Zimmer leider stark nach Chlor. Sämtliche Sache Kosten extra und vor allem: direkt wenn man zb ein RedBull aus dem Kühlschrank anhebt, wird es elektronisch abgerechnet, da dort Sensoren sind. Das Valetparken ist wirklich eine Frechheit. 70 Dollar pro Tag ist nahezu Wucher. Wir haben im angrenzenden Parkhaus für 1/4 des Preises geparkt.

Perfect for exploring the city by foot and enjoying the California atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very comfortable. Service was excellent during the entire stay — friendly, professional and welcoming staff. One of the best parts is the rooftop restaurant and terrace. Incredible cocktails, elegant atmosphere and absolutely stunning sunset views over the ocean. Sitting there in the evening watching the sunset was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. If you want a hotel with a great vibe, perfect location and true Santa Monica energy — this place is an excellent choice.

На ресепшен мы оставили наличными депозит 800$, и при выезде процесс возврата занял очень много времени. Более того, вместо возврата наших они тут же пытались списать эти 800$ с карты, причем попытки продолжались несколько дней. Пришлось тратить время и нервы на объяснения, что депозит был внесён наличными и нам нужно просто вернуть наши деньги, хотя всё это было указано в документах.

• Claudia (8/5): Boa opção em Santa Mônica - A localização é muito boa, a dois quarteirões da praia. Os quartos são grandes e limpos. Banho e commodities excelentes. As camareiras e o pessoal da manutenção foram sempre muito simpáticos. Tínhamos enviado algumas encomendas para o hotel, e o pessoal que recebe as encomendas também foi muito solícito e nos auxiliou ainda antes de chegarmos ao hotel. O restaurante do rooftop é muito bom. A academia é boa, porém pequena. Os funcionários da recepção são antipáticos e pouco solícitos. Fizemos uma única reserva, com 3 quartos pelo Booking. Um dos recepcionistas fez meu check in e do outro quarto, e um segundo funcionário simplesmente disse que não estava encontrando a reserva do terceiro quarto e devolveu o passaporte da minha irmã. Eu pedi para que ele seguisse procurando e ele se recusou, dizendo que precisava do número da reserva. Pedi que ele procurasse novamente, pois as reservas tinham sido feitas juntas, e mostrei a reserva de 3 quartos no meu celular. Ele devolveu o celular e disse que precisava do número da reserva. Estava claramente de má vontade. Até que o que fez o meu check in o auxiliou e ele milagrosamente encontrou a reserva.

No todo el personal de la recepción es amable, hay un señor mayor bastante desagradable y poco atento. • Michael (10/5): Hotel is very pretty and the services they offer like bikes, chaufeuare super needed and helpful - Hugo at the front desk gave us a lovely, warm welcome, and even offered us champagne and fruit when he knew we were celebrating our anniversary. The room is well-designed and well-updated. It has a partial ocean view and a Nespresso machine, and the staff was so kind, bringing us everything we needed.
• Caelo (7/5): A few things were off at my favorite hotel in Santa Monica. - This would have been my fourth or fifth visit. What I love most about the Huntley is the amazing staff, the beautifully designed rooms and the fantastic restaurant upstairs. I don’t know if my last visit was unfortunately scheduled around some staff or management changes but things felt off. I had requested two things be fixed in my room: a curtain that was stuck in the closed position and the sink plunger which was left sitting on the bathroom counter because it was broken. The first request was ignored and unfortunately so was the second one - issues were never resolved. One of the valets also left me hanging: we arrived home from dinner and checked our car in, but I had left my phone in the car. The first valet had already left to park it, but I told a second one (a new guy I had never seen there before). He left on his break before letting anyone know I had made the request to get my phone out of the car. My girlfriend and I were sitting in the lobby almost a 25 minutes assuming they were working on it. This is the first time anything like these things have happened. I will visit again, hoping this was a one off because I truly love this hotel. But if it continues to happen, I’ll start staying at Maison 27 or the Fairmount.

A big shout-out to Assistant Manager Jacob, and Oz for their help rearranging our dates, they truly helped make our stay even better. The entire staff, from valet to bellmen to the front desk, was friendly and helpful. We borrowed the hotel’s complimentary beach cruisers for a morning bike ride along the beach, which was great!

• Degaetano (10/5): Super - Tolles und familienfreundliches Hotel. Bequeme Betten und saubere Zimmer. Schöner Ausblick auf den Strand und Pazifik. Gute Lage für Erkundungen und Ausflüge, alles in der Nähe was man braucht. ----
• Mowll (8/5): - Staff were lovely, room was clean, nicely decorated, and was stocked well. Windows let in good light, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I liked that there were many options for activities including bikes, the pool, music in the evening and the coffee shop. TV and Google Cast- terrible. Hotel needs to keep up with the times of other hotels and have Netflix and other channel platforms available in the rooms.
