• rosita (6/5): - Piccola camera in una struttura ben tenuta von un patio e tanto verde. A pochi passi dal centro di Dubrovnik. La serratura della camera rotta, tre giorni senza poter chiudere la porta e nessun intervento da parte dell' host.

• Guest (1/5): - The apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived. We had to start our vacation by cleaning it ourselves because they did not have any cleaning staff available. The drain in the shower clogged after only a few days. We received no response from the landlord (Ivana), and we had to buy a product to fix this ourselves. The water in the shower was ice cold for the last three days. The landlord called us and accused us of having taken the neighbor's keys, which of course, we had not done. The ceiling in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms is so low that it is impossible to stand upright (I am 1.68 m tall). After countless messages and promises of a refund due to the lack of cleaning, we were finally told that they neither had the time nor the desire to help us.

• Muriel Gachadoat (9/5): - Super bien placé par rapport à la vieille ville. Maison absolument charmante et qui a une âme. Joli jardin. Super calme. La climatisation était la bienvenue Les clés dans la boîte n'étaient pas bien identifiées contrairement à ce que ns avait précisé notre hôtesse . L'aspirateur n'avait pas été bien passé. Ns avons retrouvé une paire de chaussures et une bouteille d'eau au sol. Impossible de faire fonctionner la télévision.
• Frida (7/5): Trevligt och bra i sin helhet och återvänder gärna. - Läget och närheten till stan, det va fräscht och välstädat med rena lakan och handdukar samt sköna sängar. Det var brist på information. Vid incheckning fanns det flera olika nycklar att använda och det stod inte på som vilken som gick vart och vilka dörrar eller lägenhet/rum som det framgick i meddelandet. Vi mötte aldrig värden och fick aldrig info om vad som gällde vid utchecking. Köket saknade vissa delar som diskborste och skärbräda men det gick bra ändå. Uteplatsen var inte rengjord på löv och lite tråkig men gick även den att använda.

• Nikola (1/5): - We showed up and they forgot that they had guests coming that day so they had to cancel our booking on the spot leaving us with no place to stay for the night. They’re too unorganized to run their property. Please do not stay with these people.
• Sedman (10/5): - Lovely location near old town! A lovely little house with nice amenities. We really would recommend this place No notes!
• Dipak (4/5): For the same price, we could stayed at Apartments Zoom Zoom modern flat - Close to old town Very old property wardrobes tatty . 2 single beds very narrow. Bathroom and toilet out of date. Stairs to steep . Locks to entrance gate and main door stubborn to open.
• Daiki (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Host never replied on email , he only answered by phone call. I made to contact with hem by WhatsApp call, but there is no mention that he has WhatsApp account. If you don’t know, you have to pay international call. Host should be more clear how to check in.
• Annemarie (7/5): Very pretty apartment - Very good location although walking up the steps after a day of walking is a killer. Beds are comfortable, nice living space. There is washing liquid and kitchen tea towel which is always welcome. Air conditioning was awesome in the hot weather There was no hot water and the shower head and curtain need to be upgraded. Additional breakfast bowels are needed and mugs
• Emma (4/5): Slightly claustophobic - Outdoor shower was a nice surprise and blessing in the extreme heat. It was better than the regular one. Cool attic apartment. You can see the famous tower if you lean out of the window. AC worked well. Would have died otherwise. Crispy clean sheets! Good location close to Pile gate, but not for everyone to walk the stairs in the heat. Beautiful alleys around the house! Washing machine, toiletries, toiletpaper, own entrance is not included even if stated in info on booking. Very dusty/not cleaned and broken furniture. It could have been fantastic flat with half the furniture and some wall hangers, and if it was cleaned. No answer from host on booking, and no answer on whatsapp after a while either. If you are tall you will probably bump your head in the attic ceiling. Aouch. Would be great to mention that the address is 11. It is very hard to find otherwise.
• Maciej (6/5): Decent location, flat has potential but was dirty - Decent location close to the old town and Pile Gate. Layout is comfortable. The beds were comfortable and looked new. Air-conditioning works well. The apartment was pretty dusty, with a weird smell coming from the sink area and fridge. The plates and cups were dirty. The furniture is a combination between run down and new. The entrance smelled of mold and the outdoor area was not maintained. Communication with the owner was only via WhatsApp after we called not via booking. Those with a lot of luggage beware that the street the house is on consists of stairs. The apartment has a lot of potential with minimal effort (ie. Thorough cleaning, changed shower curtain that contains mold...etc).
