• Stephane (5/5): Dommage car spacieux et bien placé, mais gros problème d’odeurs. - L’emplacement résidentiel dans un secteur calme, à 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro. Le chauffage excessif dans l’appartement sans possibilité de régler le thermostat, surtout dans la salle de bain. Un taux d’humidité élevé et une odeur de canalisations très forte. L’état des serviettes n’est pas acceptable pour une location, tachées et très rêches. La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus équipée. Le prix du parking (20€ la nuit) en option, pourrait servir à acheter des serviettes neuves.
• Benjamin (8/5): - The location is right next to a mall and many restaraunts and shops. Aswell being right next to the station was very handy. We found that it wasn't very clean, as all the kitchenware was dirty and the surfaces were unclean/dusty. Also one of the window blinds was unable to retract.
• Petra (7/5): Poměr ceny a kvality dobrý. - Klidná lokalita, 10 minut na metro. Nová budova a nové zařízení bytu. V bytě bylo teplo, teplé vody dostatek. Vyzvednutí klíčů bez problémů. Majitel komunikuje v angličtině. V kuchyňce nebylo téměř žádné nádobí. Ručníky byly flekaté a tvrdé. Nešla pustit klasická televize, jen placené kanály.

• MykytaOlimp (8/5): A good place for a longer stay if you have a car or don't mind taking a metro to the center - Spacious apartment with modern design, large bathroom, walking distance to the metro through a shopping mall, easy check-in The place wasn't very clean, there was dust and hair in some places. The garlic press was completely unwashed, seems like the hosts expect the guests to wash the dishes after themselves, and don't do anything if something is left unwashed. The towels were very old and had stains.

• Liviu (9/5): As expected - The apartment was spacious and the appliances were new, we really had inside everything that we needed for a pleasant stay, I would recommend it for anyone wanting to visit Prague. The area in which the apartment resides is also very quiet. There were towels and bed sheets being dried out in the hallway that gave away humidity and an unpleasant smell. They also charged too much (20€ per day) to park the car inside the yard that was always empty and it did not make sense to do it since free parking spots were always available on the street.

The really good bit was that you could get into central Prague in half an hour....one bus and the underground Secure parking charges we took high at 20 euro...more than twice what we paid in large cities. To compensate the on road parking is opposite a fire station which is manned 24/7 and do is quite secure

• Andrei (6/5): It was somehow okay. - I did like the parking inside but you have to pay for it, I liked that is mostly silent in that area of the Town. The shower drain was really smelly, and it made the whole bathroom smell bad. Also they advertise parking on location but only tell you you have to pay 20E per day after the reservation.

• Zuzu (8/5): Very good - Nicely decorated spacious apartment with large comfy bed, supermarket 3 mins away and metro station around 7 minutes walking distance. Smell from shower drain was unbearable, you can't keep windows opened 24/7. There was no heating (radiators or underfloor heating) but luckily building was well insulated so it got nice and warm soon after closing the windows.

• Jasmina (5/5): Functional, modern and clean flat, however, with some major issues regarding smell and noise. - The location was good for the purpose - while slightly outside Prague city, it was very easy to get to the center by tube. The flat was very modern and clean and a great place to stay in principle. However, two main issues impacted the stay and hence the rating: i) strong and persistent sewage smell in the bathroom that also seeps into the living room/kitchen area; ii) the walls within the apartment block are extremely noise permeable and one can hear everything - from chairs moving in the neighbor apartment to people shouting.. The hosts only emailed me instructions a couple of hours before I arrived, which I did not receive prior to arrival. I therefore had to ring the resident family that seems to organize the flats twice - to get in and to get the Wi-Fi code - therefore disturbing their family evening. Also learned then upon arrival that those details would have been made available, would I have paid the local tax and registered the guest online, as instructed during my trip to Prague.. I would have appreciated receiving the instructions and the flat info at least one day before arrival, rather than two hours before, while travelling. Finally, while the host was able to communicate/send emails to give instructions, there was no way to contact the host - only a residential phone number was given that would not be picked up anyway..
• Eva (10/5): Excellent accommodation, satisfactory in all respects, very good price-performance ratio. - Accommodation in a very quiet place, which was very pleasant. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Since we also had weekend activities within walking distance, the location was excellent for us - if you wanted to go downtown, you would have to take the subway. But the subway stop was also within walking distance. Strangely, there was no hair dryer available at the accommodation (which is curious, as such details as an iron were also available).
• Péter (9/5): Superb - We were at the end of August. The only thing missing was the air conditioning. When the wind is blowing, the exterior blind is very loud.
• Michal (9/5): Superb - Apartment was new, clean and spacious. Self check-in procedure worked perfectly. Bedroom had TV with Netflix account logged in. Public parking can sometimes be hard to find. There is no dishwasher in the apartment.
• Simona-alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect from beginning 'till the end. The apartments are new, very well equipped, very clean and the villa is really nice. You have Lidl close in case you want to buy anything and the bus station is also close. The location of the villa is nice and clean as well. Unfortunately we couldn't stay more, but we wish we could. Nothing I didn't like.

• Mikalai (9/5): Really worth its price - Very clean and almost new appartments. Perfect location vs cost value - is't placed in 15 minutes walking from subway. I was a bit short on a dish drying rack.
• Torsten (6/5): A mixed experience - The flat was very well equipped and was very clean. The area is also very quiet. 🙂 Communication with the "supervising agency" was rather poor. At first, the information stated that parking was possible directly at the apartment and the pictures also offered this. This information was then deleted and suddenly it was said that parking is free on the street and 20€/night at the apartment. We felt a little bit fooled and on my request everything was denied. That was very unprofessional. It's not a big deal to make mistakes if you deal with them professionally. So overall it was not a good experience, which is actually a shame as the flat is quite nice. 😐

• Viktorija (8/5): Good Stay - Everything was modern, about 10 min from Metro. Shops and restaurants few minutes away. Bed was comfy. Internet wifi is ok, had problems for the few days of stay, but we got that sorted. Also the boiler was barely heating water for 1 person shower( no instructions were there until I emailed nearly by the end of the holiday and got instructions how to get more hot water). No oven, kitchen had lack of things in there( Just empty cupboards).

• Kim (10/5): Exceptional - It was a spacious apaprtmrnt with 2 stories. There was a huge supermarket near 5 mins by foot. I missed some stuff at the kitchen for my cooking, for example, oil, kitchen towels and some containers.

• Simona (5/5): Passable - Accomodation is nice, comfort. On the Booking the host is advertising free inside the area, which is after my arrival not true - I spoke with the owner, and he told me - it is impossible parking inside the area, but I can use street parking next to the house for free - regarding also the Booking advertising informations - picture attached below. On the second day of our stay, I got a notice on my car that I had to visit the police station because I had received a financial penalty for violation of parking rules in the area. I spent almost 3 hours on this incident at the police station: - Where I had to give an explanation of my offense. - Where I then had to pay a fine, see attachment. Therefore, based on the false information of the owner, I lost my time that I should have devoted to work, plus, of course, the money that I paid for the fine. Immediately after this fact, I called the host and asked him for a replacement solution for my parking for the rest of my stay, unfortunately my host told me that there is no other parking and that he also parks in this place - where I was fined. Option number two offered me parking next to the Lidl shopping center - where parking is of course PAID!!!!! It is simply dishonest and deceptive advertising by the host!
