• Angie (7/5): Ok for a 7day break - Location Quite on a night. 5min walk down a hill to the beach. Nowhere to leave luggage on check out. Dated room needs to be update. Cooking facilities poor ,no chopping board No kettle
• Jennifer (5/5): Für den Preis gibt es bessere Angebote - Sauber, zentral gelegen In die Jahre gekommen, sieht auf den Fotos moderner aus. Ist in einem Hotel, gehört aber nicht dazu und Service des Hotels wie zB Gepäckaufbewahrung kann nicht in Anspruch genommen werden. Reinigung und Austausch von Handtüchern während des Aufenthaltes nur gegen Zusatzgebühr. Die enthaltene Reinigungspauschale scheint nur die Endreinigung zu umfassen und ist etwa 3x so hoch wie üblich. Keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden.

Great views of pool & Seaview Cleaning not provided, no fresh towels after week one no new bed linen, no bucket & Mop provided to clean ourselves. No washing machine.

• Noreen (7/5): Lovely apartment just lacking cleaning supplies & mop & bucket - Very convenient to local bars & restaurants No cleaning whatsoever, they didn’t even leave extra sheets and no washing machines for towels etc. no cleaning equipment like mop & bucket to keep place clean.
• Mark (8/5): Cost too much money for the room. - I stay in Santa Maria all time so I now Santa Maria like the back of my hand. I paid £575 for a studio apartment with pool view. You gave me a one bed overlook the road. The room went to £630. I had a email on the day of landing stating that I need to pay €60 to get a code for the door to get in the room. The room came in at around £690. Do I get the €60 back for the door code?.

• David (8/5): Nice break - Our apartment was clean, spacious and in a good location. Nice pool area and big outdoor space on the balcony. The bathroom would benefit from some updating but for the price of the apartment it was satisfactory. The online check in was a bit overly complicated. I'm guessing anyone who isn't online savvy would struggle. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I prefer a firm mattress so would suit others.

• Galina (1/5): Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety concerns and the lack of response from the host, I could not stay in this apart - Nothing. Unfortunately, due to serious issues in the apartment, I had to leave on the day of check-in and move to another hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered cockroaches in the apartment and the terrace door was broken and had no lock, which created a safety concern. Because of this, I had to leave on the day of check-in and urgently book another hotel. Attempts to contact the host were unsuccessful, including the stated 24/7 phone line, and Booking.com support was also unable to reach them. The next day the host suggested resolving the issue by spraying store-bought insecticide and sending someone to check the balcony door. In my opinion, pest issues and safety-related repairs require proper professional treatment and cannot be resolved in a few minutes while a guest is staying there. My refund request was declined.

• Arthur (7/5): - The position of the Apartment in Hovima Santa Maria, Costa Adeje was handy for the beach The beds in the apartment were uncomfortable,also not well equipped with basic kitchen gear, for instance no tea towels. Having to contact Obsidian rep by what's app to get anything done. The reception staff of Hovima Santa Maria didn't want to interact with us because we were in an Obsidian apartment.

• freija (7/5): A property in need of some love - Great terrace, spacious studio , easy check in/check out. Free street parking in the vicinity The cockroaches & accumulation of dirt in the bathroom. Property is in need of some love I understand that with the climate on the island there will be some insects around, in this case, they appeared each time you opened a drawer or turned on a light from the bathroom to the kitchen area. When advising the management company they did apologize and said they would check with their team if it would be possible to apply some product.

• Mihaela Erika (7/5): - Am stat la Obsidian și, per total, experiența a fost decentă. Poziția este bună, ceea ce reprezintă un mare plus – acces facil către punctele de interes din zonă. Camera însă nu este „wow”, destul de simplă ca amenajare și confort. Un aspect care m-a deranjat a fost ușa care dădea în balcon, era defectă și nu se putea bloca, doar se trăgea, fără posibilitatea de a o închide corespunzător. Acest lucru mi-a creat un disconfort, mai ales din punct de vedere al siguranței. Cu puțină mai multă atenție la întreținerea camerelor, experiența ar putea fi mult îmbunătățită.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Great apartment in good location - The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a good location. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and bedding like new. There was everything you needed in the kitchen for self catering, and the balcony was spacious overlooking the pool with a sea view. WiFi was included and of a good speed. Access to the apartment was gained using a key code. The location is ideal with the beach just 5 mins walk away and shops and bars on your doorstep. The only negative was the apartment had full sun all day making it very hot, luckily there was a fan supplied with helped cool the apartment at night.

• Enrico (2/5): Obsidian Santa Maria appartamento PESSIMO - solo la posizione, comoda a tutto e vicina al mare appartamento vecchio con pessima manutenzione, freezer stracolmo di ghiaccio forse da anni, phon appeso al muro che cadeva continuamente perchè mancavano le viti, letto largo 140 cm. alla francese, non menzionato nella descrizione. appartamento 563 da evitare assolutamente. WFI non funzionante, ripristinato dopo 2 gg. Piatti fondi assenti, abbiamo dovuto comprarli, così pure lo scolapasta. Alle nostre rimostranze Obsidian non ha risposto Pessimo servizio. I 2 anni precedenti sono stati un poco meglio. Mai più. Ora ci siamo trasferiti al Parque del Sol, stessa zona, Qua è fantastico

The furniture was old and broken no hand rails in bathroom for safety,which resulted in my mother falling in the shower bath.she is 83 years old and could have really injured herself. The fridge would not regulate it kept freezing over and the tv only had one channel .

• Gillian (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment overlooking the pool, very clean, modern, spacious and central It didn't spoil our holiday but it was very noisy from about 10-1pm which came from another hotel, only heard in bedroom. No bottle of water, cleaning products or sweeping brush, very trivial but it would have been nice to have these as it states on site.

No stopper for kitchen sink, no single egg cups, no trays in oven. No extra bed linen or towels for 2 week stay. No bed linen for sofa bed. Had to use it when I had an extra few drinks. Had paid enough for these to be supplied. On morning of leaving was called to reception to tell me our room was leaking water to the one below. They wanted me to sort it with Obsidian. I hadn't the time. Seems leaking from shower when I washed the tiles in shower. Not very helpful reception.

Bathroom smelled of stagnant water - (probably lodged under the loose floor tiles). Door very loose on kitchen cabinet to left side of fridge. Could do with breakfast cereal bowls. No bottle opener. The patio door doesn't lock. No sunbeds on thr patio. The apartment as great potential and needs major updating to bring it up to modern standards

The apartment is a great size, the beds were so comfortable as were the pilows.. Decent size balcony, catching the sun for a good few hours during the day. Would highly recommend this apartment, home from home. Nothing

• Mary (10/5): Obsidian estudio Santa Maria - The studio was newly refurbished to a high standard. The bed was very comfortable the kitchen was good it even had a full oven and a dish washer. The view from the balcony was exceptional . The wardrobe space was very good. There was a big smart TV on the wall. A big comfy sofa. Inside and outside dining furniture. The apartment had wi-fi and the bathroom was really nice I would recommend this apartment I would have liked a mop and bucket and a broom. As the apartment did not include cleaning.

• Jodie (8/5): Christmas at Obsidian Santa Maria - Positives. The room was clean with lovely views of the pool and sea. The complex itself has a nice atmosphere, staff were friendly. The heated pool is a bonus. Great communication with Obsidian rentals, very helpful! The location is perfect, central to everything. We had a lovely stay here. Thw only thing I can think is an oven would be ideal, as a self catering guest, but we managed.

Cucina poco attrezzata e rotta in alcune sue parti(ci saranno stati tre bicchieri e poche posate spaiate), niente lavastoviglie o elettrodomestici. Mancava anche la cassaforte. Bagno da ristrutturare completamente, la vasca era crepata e il wc perdeva acqua. La porta finestra aveva la chiusura rotta e per chiuderla avevano messo una sbarra da incastrare in modo approssimativo

• Henning (4/5): Ikke valuta for pengene - Beliggenhed fin Pool-område dejligt Kommunikation med vært skuffende. Vi havde ikke modtaget info om nøglekoden. Desværre kunne jeg ikke bruge min mobiltelefon ved ankomst så at jeg kunne ringe til værten. Kunne sende mail og sms. Værten prøvede at ringe, men vi havde ikke forbindelse,Efter ca. 2 timers ventetid lykkedes det mig endelig at få hotellets reception til at kontakte værten pr. telefon og endelig fik vi koden til lejligheden i lejligheden. Skal sige, at det selvfølgelig ikke er hotellets reception, som skal løse kontakten. Blev afvist af reeceptionist, men senere lykkedes det at overtale en anden medarbejder til at ringe op så jeg kunne snakke med værten. Værten kunne selvfølgelig ikke gøre for, at min mobil ikke kunne "samtale". Vi havde ikke wifi de første 3 dage. Vi fik forkert wifi-kode og det viste sig efter besøg af medarbejder på 3 dagen, at wifi blev delt med naboværelset. Router stod derinde og var ikke tændt. Skabslåge i køkken ved affaldsspand kunne ikke lukke. Blev udbedret af medarbejder ved besøg på 4 dagen.. Skabslåge til garderobeskab i soveværelset kunne ikke lukke. Blev udbedret af medarbejder på 4 dagen. Sofaen i stuen (sovesofa) var ubrugelig, da den ikke var slået rigtigt sammen. Vi skulle ikke bruge den til at sove på, men til at sidde på. Dette blev ikke udbedret under ophold. Medarbejderen prøvede men kunne ikke løse det. Oplevede 4 kakerlakker i lejligheden. Fik aflivet de 3. Den sidste gemte sig under skænk i stuen. Vi havde inden ankomst forespurgt om der var en kaffemaskine i lejligheden. Fik melding om at det ville blive undersøgt, men vi fik aldrig svar tilbage. I lejligheden var kun 1 sæt sengetøj og 1 sæt håndklæder. Det er ikke optimalt, når man er der i 2 uger og det ikke bliver skiftet. Alt ialt ikke pengene værd. Vi har været i Costa Adeje flere gange tidligere og også flere gange på Santa Maria til væsentligt lavere priser og hvor alt var ok. Vi får svært ved at vælge Obsidian igen
• Elżbieta (3/5): Oprócz apartamentu pobyt byłby wspaniały - Nie korzystaliśmy ze śniadań. Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra. Wygodne materace w sypialni. Brak markizy lub parasola na nasłonecznionym tarasie. Zasłona na taras podarta, kanapa w pokoju bardzo zniszczona trudna do użytkowania. Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo skąpe : brak kawiarki, filiżanek na kawę, sztućce zbieranina kiepskiej jakości, Kuchenka 2 palnikowa , garnki bardzo dużej średnicy, z których nie można było jednocześnie korzystać, brak mniejszych naczyń, jeden z garnków z oberwanym uchwytem. W sypialni brak kontaktów, nocnych lampek przy łóżkach oraz wyłączników górnego światła w zasięgu ręki. W korytarzu wejściowym do mieszkania brak oświetlenia, kod umieszczony na drzwiach 10 cyfrowy o bardzo małych przyciskach. Korzystamy z najmu wakacyjnego przez Booking od wielu lat, lecz apartamentu o tak niskim standardzie jeszcze nie spotkaliśmy. Jesteśmy bardzo zawiedzeni, że takie mieszkania są wynajmowane przez Booking.

Рядом магазин, кафе, рестораны. За свои деньги -превосходно. Не понравилась автоматическая регистрация, отсутствие рецепции. Ты должен заплатить окольными путями гарантийный платеж, если ты не гражданин ЕС то пути будут долгими и мучительными, по итогу платеж не вернули.

Very spacious and beds extremely comfortable Just small things, decor a little dated, bed bases in a poor state however mattress’s very comfortable, shower head needs a good clean
• Birdsey (10/5): excellent, we are booked in again in january and really looking forward to it. - we arrived a little early but when i rang to announce we were in the vicinity we were met within 5 minutes and were taken straight to the apartment which was fully ready for us and we were settled in and unpacked well before our normal check in time. some instruction for the cooker and dishwasher would have helped, but having my wife along helped and she soon taught me how to use them.
