• Line (3/5): Mauvaise expérience. - Service mauvais, nous l'avons avisé que la porte de la douche est abîmée et il a décidé de la réparer la veille de notre depart après 3 jours. Il ne voulait pas nous donner le mot de passe wifi qui était effacé. L'immeuble est en rénovation, l'entrée est en décrépitude. La porte était difficile a ouvrir. Le balcon donnait sur une cour intérieur.
• Jorge (1/5): Horrible - La ubicación Todo lo demás. Llegamos y el apartamento está en un edificio que parece Okupa, los telefonillos están arrancados, el edificio sin mantenimiento y algunos pisos apuntalados y con grietas importantes en zonas comunes. Entramos al apartamento y el piso se parece a lo que aparece en las fotos pero la ducha tiene la mampara rota, no te puedes duchar. Además, la limpieza es escasa, las sabanas están sucias y el suelo con pelusas. Tuvimos que irnos a un hotel.

• Christof (7/5): - Die Lage ist super und das Schlafzimmer sehr schön. Es gibt einen unangenehmen Geruch im Bad der aus dem Abfluss kommt.
• Sheila (1/5): HORRIBLE - El piso por dentro estaba medio bien La fachada del edificio totalmente destruida, por dentro todo lleno de moho, escaleras rotas, puertas rotas, daba miedo subir y bajar del apartamento, parecía un piso de okupas, para la recogida de llaves tuve que ponerme yo en contacto con ellos ya que ellos no me mandaron ni un mensaje, la entrega de llaves fue tarde tuvimos que esperar, la puerta del piso estaba pujada y había que abrirla a patadas, la ducha no traga y no podías ni ducharte cómodo, pone que tiene wifi pero luego no funciona… no sé cómo puede haber pisos así en Booking, no vuelvo a ir ni regalado.

• oscar (5/5): Ubicación genial pero muy antiguo - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y la tranquilidad de no escuchar a nadie El edificio era muy antiguo. La puerta de entrada (la de abajo) costaba mucho abrirla. Las escaleras se caían a trozos. En el cuarto de baño, no funcionaba la luz, y me las apañé con una linterna que tenía yo. Los vasos olían un poco a humedad, con lo que compré vasos de plástico y la vitro no estaba muy limpia
• Irene (4/5): No recomendable. - Lo único positivo es la ubicación Aunque el apartamento fuera cómodo, el momento de llegada fue de lo mas surrealista. Para empezar, nos abrió un vecino, la entrada estaba muy descuidada y no trasmite ninguna confianza. El check-in era a las 3 y fue la hora a la que empezaron la limpieza, entramos al piso a las 5 de la tarde. Por si fuera poco tampoco nos ofrecieron hacer el check-out más tarde. El piso tenía un olor a tabaco que duró toda nuestra estancia. No lo recomendaría a ningún conocido.
• Nuria (10/5): - El piso era muy acogedor en general muy limpio todo. Tuvimos que esperar fuera 40 minutos para que nos abrieran la puerta, al irnos tampoco nos despidió nadie y la caja de la llave estaaba cerrada y no podiamos meter la llave. Mala organización.
• Bernat (7/5): Calidad precio buena - La cercanía al centro i el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto i el baño estaba bien.... Como he leído en otros comentarios la apariencia del edificio deja mucho que desear la verdad pero luego el apartamento perfecto relacion calidad precio buena. Llegaron a las 15:30 para hacer el check in sobre avisar en antelacion que llegaria 14:20 i que no habia problema
• Nuñez Cadiz (6/5): - El alojamiento en sí estaba bien dentro de lo que cabe relacionando el calidad-precio y cerca del centro Para empezar nuestra hora de entrada era a las 15:00 y no nos cogían el teléfono y finalmente pudimos entrar a las 16:00 después de llamar un montón de veces a los encargados de darnos la llave. Despues la entrada era horrorosa yo no me atrevía a entrar ni salir sola del alojamiento,daba mucho miedo parecía que era una casa de okupas aunque después el alojamiento por dentro estuviera bien esa entrada deberían de darle un arreglo. Vamos la experiencia no la volvería a repetir en este apartamento jamás. A sido nefastaaa

• Juan Manuel (6/5): - La ubicación La entrada con un andamio super feo y pared agrietada. Por la dificultad de aparcar me multaron por pasar por una calle adyacente restringida que pasa desapercibida para un turista común
• Stéphanie (5/5): Bien situé mais...... - L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Grenade Dans le message pour accéder à l'appartement, on nous dit qu'il y a une boîte à clés à la porte d'entrée or IL N'Y A PAS DE BOÎTE À CLÉS On a cherché la boîte à clés dans la rue pendant 15 minutes Après avoir envoyé un message, on m'a répondu 20 minutes plus tard et une personne est venue nous apporter la clé 1 h après le 1er message et pas d'excuses La cage d'escalier est sale et vétuste Dans l'appartement il n'y a pas de table,ni de chaises Si vous voulez manger c'est canapé et table de salon Le matelas n'est pas très confortable car trop mou
• Patricia (7/5): - La ubicación La entrada del apartamento está fatal, está en obras y la escalera para subir está muy mal, la verdad que cuando entras da miedo. La cerradura de la puerta del rellano funciona regular, tuvimos miedo de no poder entrar por un par de veces. El apartamento por dentro no está mal, pero al entrada es horrible.
• Teik (7/5): Accommodation good communication could be so much better public parking nearby - The location was great Public parking was about 400 m away so that was great Mixed messages from the host about checking in and about where to put the keys Was getting Kiko’s to get in and when we arrived at the apartment and realised there was no key box and had to wait half an hour for someone to let us in On departure, you get a text saying leave the key in the key box then another message saying on the table leaving the key in the room very mixed messaging Check-in instructions were bad People need to be aware when entering the building it felt like a building site up two flights of stairs which were quite narrow and a couple did not feel safe once in the apartment apartment was very good
• Bojan (2/5): Not recommended - The apartment was like it looked in the picture Initially it said that there was parking at the apartment that turned out to not be true there was no parking available. When we arrived we were told that the keys were in a lock box and that we could pick them up when we want so we went sightseeing only to get a message at 8 pm that the keys are not in the box and that we need to call 30 min before we arrive so that the keys can he handed to us. We requested the keys to be available at 9 pm this message was ignored, we called the property number several times and there was no answer, only after calling the number the 4th time did we receive an automated message that the number is not available after 9 pm (that time had passed by then), in the message another number was given we called it and the host didn't speak English, the host said write on WhatsApp which we already did but were ignored. The host finally answered on WhatsApp and wrote in complete Spanish he did not try to translate his words to English that had to be done by us customer service 0. All of this left us scared that we would not have a place to sleep that night and we already paid for the accommodation. We asked if the keys could be delivered to a restaurant close by the apartment since we went to dinner cause we couldn't wait anymore and the host agreed and said he would be there in 15 minutes. 30 past by and there were no keys were delivered so we asked where is he, he said he was late and would be there in a couple of minutes. Another 30 minutes went by and no keys, we asked again where the host was he answered he was almost there, so we waited 15 minutes more and no keys, finally we said this was unacceptable and the host said he was there. The host did not deliver the keys to the agreed location and went to the apartment and did not notify us, we were left out in the cold, when we finally got to the apartment it was 11 pm and the host did not apologise or speak any English. In the apartment the bathroom light did not work.
