• María Gracia (8/5): - El apartamento está reformado y está muy bien. La cama comodísima. Bastante céntrico y próximo al metro. El piso inferior es un espacio desperdiciado, realmente todo está arriba: cocina, habitación y baño. La TV no funcionaba bien.

• Elena (10/5): Great location for a good price. - The area and the district are perfect for a short-term stay and exploring the city. Just 2 steps to the main street, Conad supermarket right around the corner, many bars near and really very quiet inside! The wifi was ok, the host was great, the apartment was clean and nice, right like the photos. The matress on the bed is a little too soft to my taste, in case it matters. But anyway there are 2 more sofas. Actually I can't complain anything. Really appreciated the balcony, high ceilings, the quiet street and nice experience living like an Italian.

• ewa (1/5): Bad experience - Location of the facility - you can get everywhere in +/-20 minutes Dirt in the bathroom - the shower is moldy - as seen in the photo. Smelly fumes from the sewer and bathroom drain - the fan must be used 24/7. The fan is dusty and hasn't been cleaned in a long time - see photos. The staff didn't charge our card until the day of departure. After our departure, they claimed the card wasn't working—which was untrue, as we used it in Italy both the same day and the next. They demanded payment via Revolut, then via Sum Up. After the payment to strange systems, they canceled our booking with Bookings—which had already taken place! They still haven't issued an invoice for our stay, even though we ultimately paid via Sum Up! To avoid a negative review, we contacted Bookings and reinstated the option to add a review—to warn others. They shared our card details, along with the CVV code, in a chat with Bookings—not on the payment portal, but in a chat where everyone can see it!
• margit (4/5): Verbesserungswürdig - Alles prima erreichbar, gut gelegen zu Metro, Alibus (zum Flughafen) und Bahn (für Pompeji und Vesuv). Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, unten Platz zum Essen, oben Schlafzimmer und Küche. Es können zwar mehr als 2 Personen bequem übernachten, um zum Bad zu kommen muss man allerdings durch das Schlafzimmer gehen. Das angegebene 2. WC gibt es nicht ( genausowenig wie den Safe) Einchecken war einfach da Schlüsselsafe. Leider war die Dusche total verkalkt. Die Bitte den Duschkopf zumindest zu reinigen wurde mehrfach überhört, nach 4 Tagen wurde er dann getauscht... Die Bilder vom Bad sind etwas älter, die Silikonfugen sind ziemlich schwarz. Die Küchenausstattung ist minimal, Töpfe/Pfannen ja, Schüsseln nein. Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine ist defekt, die ( mehrfache ) Bitte um zumindest eine Teekanne wurde nicht beantwortet. Auch Besen o.ä.Reinigungsgeräte fehlen völlig ( bei 7 Nächten Aufenthalt wäre das zwischendurch ganz gut). Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird nur gegen Aufpreis getauscht, auch hier bei 7 Nächten nicht angenehm. Auch für die Bettwäsche für ein Schlafsofa wird eine Gebühr fällig, es ist ratsam, dies vorher zu klären...
• Kristina (5/5): Cheap stay in great location - Location is great- everything is at your doorstep. The building itself is located at a very charming piazza. The owner was very helpful and accomodating Weird uncomfortable layout, dark bedroom and kitchen, lacks coziness. The worst is probably a looot of mould in the shower. Bathroom needs a major renovation. Coffee machine was broken. You get you pay for.

Casa grande e spaziosa con proprietario disponibile, gentile e chiaro nella comunicazione Malfunzionamento di alcuni elettrodomestici, pulizia del bagno (polvere su termosifone e wc, da migliorare situazione doccia)
• Jan Vecera (10/5): Great accommodation in the heart of Naples - The apartment is located in the historic center of Naples, within walking distance of all the beautiful landmarks. Although the building is situated on a square near a main traffic road, we were not disturbed by any excessive noise. Moreover, the balcony faces a side street, so the accommodation was really quiet :) The accommodation was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything necessary. The bed was comfortable, and in addition, the two-story apartment has 2 sofa beds, so it can easily accommodate more guests. The building is located about 200 meters from the Duomo metro station, making it easy to get anywhere in Naples. The owner was very kind and communicative. I warmly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you :)

The building entrance was hard to find and was underwhelming when entering through a common area that was run down and a bin storage area. The kitchen needs a lot more utensils and equipment for a self contained stay.

In my opinion, a very good location for exploring Naples.Contact with the owner was via WhatsApp, everything went smoothly.The keys were in a box locked with a code, as we agreed.I definitely recommend this owner and this apartment - no air conditioning in the bedroom which meant I slept on the sofa near the air conditioning unit. - when I was leaving the shower, I touched the metal shelf with toilet papers with a wet hand and I received an electric shock. This is very dangerous and must be checked. - the silicone in the shower in the bathroom was all moldy and should be replaced as soon as possible
