• lulu (1/5): - Front door would constantly get jammed with no way of opening it, contacted the property owner who pretty much said there was nothing she could do. The bathroom door was broken in one of the bedrooms and was held together with a literal band-aid, the washing machine also tore my clothes up and once again the host said she couldn’t do anything about it. Good location but terrible staff.

• Bekéné (4/5): - Minden nevezetesség sétálva gyorsan megközelíthető. Metro, boltok, éttermek a közelben. A reptéri transzfer szervezésében segítő volt a tulajdonos. Télen hideg a lakás. A falak egy része penészes és koszos volt. Fürdésnél a víz vagy jéghideg vagy tűzforró volt. A takarítás lehetne alaposabb. Wifi nincs, hiába mondják hogy van.
• Cocca (8/5): - Ubicación excelente. El apartamento es muy cómodo, limpio y silencioso. Las anfitrionas muy amables y bien predispuestas. Repetiríamos sin duda!! :) Tuvimos algunas incidencias con los servicios (wi-fi, ducha en un baño) pero las anfitrionas estuvieron muy presentes y atentas a resolverlo todo. Gracias!

• Sergio Costa (7/5): - a localização é bom bem próximo a piazza poppolo. o ambiente escuro, com cheiro forte, as camas são ruins e o lençóis manchados, as lâmpadas estão queimadas e o chuveiro vaza por todos os lados. Sem espelho de corpo inteiro.

This is by far, the best experience we had with a host, and we rented 3 other apartments in Italy.. which were very subpar to bad, This host cares and wants you to be happy, very professional! The best! It is great that you are in an apartment, but it is like 2 separate apartments as each room has a bath and its own kitchen area! Great, as you can go in kitchen middle of night or early morning and not wake other room! I highly recommend! The only thing to improve, would be more comfortable mattresses and long mirrors for women especially! Otherwise, great..

• Dat (10/5): Nice location and the Marilu was super nice settling us in. - The host had a third party met us and explained the process to us. She was very nice and gave us a lot of tips of where and how to travel around Rome center, the Vatican, and popular restaurants and places to visit. The communication with the host was challenging, especially in arranging for a shuttle from and to the airport. Due to timing and late to no responses, we had to arrange our own travel from the airport to the location. For our departure, the host arranged a shuttle to pick us up at 3AM to the airport for our flight. When I got up at 2AM, I received a WhatsApp message that was sent after midnight that the driver had an emergency and wouldn’t be able to drive us. The host provided local taxi numbers to call for transportation but none of those numbers connected. We frantically searched the Internet for a taxi number to call and had one picked us up within minutes….and the cost was only €50 to the airport instead of the €90 that we were going to pay for the shuttle. We made it to the airport as planned and made our flight.
