• Ittai (9/5): נהנינו. יש סיבה לחזור - המלון כיפי ממש במרכז מילאנו ליד הדואומו ותחנת התחתית. כל החנויות השוות מסביב מסודר, נקי, מסביר פנים, צוות אדיב ארוחת בוקר טובה. קל להגיע בתחתית ולצאת לשדה התעופה קיבלנו חדר ממש קטן כמו חדרי המלון ביפן אבל מאחר והגענו למעשה רק ללינה לשלושה לילות לפני הטיסה חזרה אז הסתדרנו. המקלחון קטן אינו מתאים לגדולי גוף.

• Lata (10/5): Beautiful stay close to the Duomo and great breakfast along with amazing and helpful staff. - Very lovely hotel and located really close to the centre. Where I had to go. Had excellent staff - really helpful with everything from check in to things I needed to check out and getting and taxi as well . They were a bit sticky with the check out time- I mistook it for 12 noon and it was 11 am- she gave me half an hour but I was on a call and took another 5-7 min after that. I was on my way out but lady kept knocking on the door and I literally rushed out of the room. When you are so particular to not let check in before the time- you could give a little time when the person is genuinely busy- I wasn’t asleep or anything- it was a work call- anyway.

• כוכבה בטאש (10/5): - מלון נהדר.הן מבחינת מיקומו . והן מבחינת שירותיו. המלון ממוקם דקות מס' מן הקתדרלה המפורסמת DUMO מהמרכז המהמם ביופיו של Vittori Emanuele II. יש ממול המלון מכולת נהדרת, מסעדות, וכמובן תחנת מטרו . ושירותי המלון ללא מילים: החל בקבלת הפנים האדיבה ומסבירת הפנים . בנקיון הממרק כל יום את החדר ואת סביבת המלון. וכלה בסגנון המוקפד של המלון למרות היותו מלון קטן לא חסר בו כלום. בילינו בעלי ואני בחופשה מענגת ותרבותית בעיר הנפלא מילאנו ומחוצה לה .ואין לי ספק שאמליץ לקרוביי ומכריי על מלון זה. תודה

The staff were lovely The room was very warm and you couldn't turn the heat down. I am sure if we had asked the hotel would have changed this as the staff were very helpful. but we arrived late and stayed one night leaving early the next day.

• Daniel (8/5): - The room was very clean. We asked for quiet room and got one that's facing the inner side of the building, which meant low noise. We got free water (still and carbonated) in the fridge. Room has enough space. Location is superb. Just a few hundred meters from Duomo, with everything else you might think of in the vicinity. Connection from Central station was straight-forward, 4 stops with metro and few hundred meters of walk (albeit roads are full wild in Milan, so hope your baggage has some good wheels). Staff was very friendly and understanding. We were on the first floor, and while it was great to be on the "inner side", our windows were not showing anything - there was some sort of glass structure. Felt a bit like not having windows at all. AC was blowing directly on us, so we had to call the room service to turn it off (which they did and it solved the problem). There was a bit of a weird smell in the hallway, which someone else also reported. Not sure what it is because the place looks and feels very clean otherwise.

• Joachim (8/5): Mailand ist eine tolle Stadt mit eine chaotisch schönen Altstadt und einem einzigartigen Dom.In den Kleidergeschöften gi - Lage,Lage, Lage Alles ok, nur die schöne Straße , an der das Hotel liegt, ist eine einzige sehr chaotische Baustelle, halt typisch italienisch. Da die kleine Anliegerstrasse jetzt eine umgedrehte Einbahnstraße ist, spinnt das Navigationsgerät völlig. Wir haben uns mit guten Nerven über eine Stunde immer im Kreise leiten lassen, obwohl wir uns gut auskennen. Das Hotel könnte einen schon etwas vorwarnen!
