• Milena Pavlovic (10/5): - All together very nice place. Some things could be improved like bathroom, but this is just the warm suggestion. Maybe tap should be changed in bathtub. In fact, I liked everything
• Marion (9/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der Kaffee inkl. Kaffeesahne wartet schon auf einen. Das Bett war frisch duftend bezogen und mit Handtüchern sehr nett zurecht gemacht. Das Zimmer ist hell und sonnig mit einem schönen Blick vom südlich ausgerichtetem Balkon. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Einziges Manko ist das schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene Badezimmer. Die abenteuerliche Kabelverlegung. Und teilweise ziemlich wackelige Steckdosen im Wohnzimmer.

• Alexandra Bogdan (8/5): - Apartamentul este foarte călduros (încălzire centralizată) cu o panoramă foarte frumoasă la apusul soarelui, dar și dimineața devreme când poți vedea apusul lunii. Zonă liniștită cu parcare în spatele blocului, 2 magazine alimentare foarte aproape, iar stația de autobuz e imediat lângă bloc. Salteaua patului e confortabilă (moale), bucătăria are tot ce îi trebuie, geamurile au obloane tip rulou care fac întuneric în cameră și probabil țin afară căldura pe timpul verii. Momentan nu are aer condiționat și televizor, dar pentru noi nu a fost o problemă. Vasul de wc e ciudat, are scurgerea în față. Pernele extrem de moi, dispăreau sub greutatea capului, dar am rezolvat cu niște prosoape așezate dedesubtul lor. Lenjeriile de pat si fețele de pernă pot fi îmbunătățite.

• Werner (8/5): Sonnige Balkontage in November- da fehlte nur das Bierglas. - Ganztagssonnenbalkon.Lidl gegenüber. Putzutensilien sichtbar verstreut.

• Christine (8/5): Preis- Leistung war in Ordnung - Die Lage war für uns optimal. Es war sehr ruhig zum Schlafen. Die Bettwäsche war gewaschen, aber Leintuch hatte Flecken.
• Martin (9/5): Eine sehr praktische Unterkunft für einen Graz-Besuch, insbesondere mit Auto. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Ein schönes Apartment, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig. Gute Küchenausstattung, für den Kaffee steht sowohl eine Bialetti als auch eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Balkon mit schönem Blick. Gutes WLAN. Da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, hat uns die kostenlose und immer verfügbare Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Haus sehr gefallen. Mit dem Bus kann man die Altstadt gut erreichen, wir sind zu Fuß gelaufen. Der Lidl auf der anderen Straßenseite ist enorm praktisch. Nur das Licht im Wohnzimmer könnte noch etwas gemütlicher sein. Eine Stehlampe oder Leselampe am Esstisch wäre schön.

• Massimiliano (7/5): piacevole, ma appena possibile ristrutturate il bagno! - appartamento pulito eon quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. il bagno molto vecchio da ristrutturare. scaffali un po’ pieni di cosa forse lasciate da altri che occupano spazio inutilmente.
• Nicholas (5/5): - The toilet and bathroom not clean and there was mould (see photos). The apartment was rather cluttered with unnecessary items and things left by other guests. There was a lack of power sockets and one broken one behind the bed. There is no TV. The host did not come to meet us or collect the city tax, we had to fill in our personal details ourselves on a piece of paper that was scribbled on. There was personal information from previous guests left in the apartment.
• BeataIzaBellaPaw (9/5): Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt w przepięknym turystycznym Grazu. - Lokalizacja w cichej okolicy, w pobliżu Lidla. Do centrum 30 minut na pieszo. Uroczy balkon z widokiem na ogródki działkowe i miasto. Mieszkanie przestronne i bardzo dobrze przygotowane na przyjazd gości. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (nowe czyste naczynia). Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodynią. Moja drobna sugestia: w przyszłości można by pomyśleć o wyposażeniu mieszkania w najprostsze żelazko.

• Kristoulinka (8/5): Balcony matters - The apartment is spacious, with a lot of light. The bed very comfortable and the views from the balcony amazing (actually, the balcony together with free parking is maybe the best about this acomodation). There are a few restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Also a bus stop but you can reach the citycentre on foot in about 20 minutes. All the dishes and the kitchenware were greasy and dirty and we had to wash up everything before using it. However, there was no cleaning sponge, just an old cloth that smelled really badly. There were also not even two matching wine glasses, which naturally is a triviality, but makes difference.
• Dániel (7/5): Cozy apartment with good location - Cozy apartment with parking space, grocery store is nearby. Location is good, city centre is available with a easy walk (in 25 minutes). The bathroam is a bit run-down (tolilet seat, scale in bath).

• Ruth (9/5): Fantastic week in this lovely apartment. - The location. Easy walk to the centre of Graz. Food shop opposite, very convenient. Nice and spacious with a balcony. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice and clean and comfortable. Friendly host and clear arrival instructions.
